Even though I saw all the DNF logs, I figured I may as well look for it since we were here. It was late Sunday evening, just before the sun went down and not a soul was around. I was free to look without a worry of a muggle nearby. I stuck my hand all over the place, but found no cache.
Raining. Had a good look around but didn't want to hang out any longer in the rain. Garden looks like it had a do over.
Mrs SoBad had checked a few places where the cache wasn't when SoBad arrived and just handed it to her after a quick look. No idea why she hadn't looked in such a logical spot.
Thanks.
Thanks.
I spent an enjoyable four weeks in New Zealand. I saw a lot of beautiful natural sites. On the way back from south to north, I found this cache. Thanks for the cache, greetings from Prague.
Stopping the night in Karamea, so we hopped on the bikes and found a few caches. Quickly found after booking our tour in the Honeyconb Arch tomorrow. TFTC!!!
My grandmother lived in Market Cross as a young girl. As I got this cache I couldn't help but wonder what it was like living here nearly 100 years ago, tftc

I was fortunate enough to be able to squeeze an 11 day holiday out of two leave days!! I headed out west to find some caches, see some sights, and relax before the madness of the semester hits. The weather was unbelievably good, only a bit of a storm over Arthur's Pass on the first day, otherwise hot and sunny. I found a great variety of caches, drive by's, walks, hikes, even a power trail. Thank you to all the CO's for their great hides!!!
This one was found before I managed to get to GZ. A very quick park and grab. TFTC.
After tramping the Heaphy Track over the last 4 days we stay the night at the last resort to get a hot shower, a beer, a second beer, a wine, more wine and some good sleep. To get all the drinks we made ourself off to the local grocery. On the way we collected this one. TFTC
Lovely little rest area with the weather being amazing we were able to enjoy the area. Tftc
This one gave me the most trouble, but I got there in the end. Thanks for the smiley!
Great easy find! And the market was just setting up, so no muggles to be concerned about. TFTC!
where and what end ??
After a few minutes we were successful.
Thanks from Switzerland

A quick find on our way in, but do not trust the GPS. Coordinates out by about 10m, but persistence prevailed. TFTC
DNF
Was in Westport for two nights and decided to go out to Oparara and Karamea for a day trip, then back to Westport for our second night along the way, this was our third DNF for the day.
Managed to find a car park in the front of GZ as Mrs Yeetrees wanted to use the nearby facilities, so it was a great opportunity for another cache, had a good look while Mrs Yeetrees was busy but alias no luck
Decided to give it a miss for this visit, decided to go to the DOC office and advise them that there were some naughty muggles that had an open fire near GC44X81 - Moria Gate (West Coast) and also they seemed to have being on the happy plant as they were having a good swim in their birthday clothes and were not concerned about the issues around them, definitely not a good view,
Decided after doing our civil duties it was time to get a reward for our long walks, an ice cream
Thanks for bringing us here and we will definitely be back in the future to do more walks.

Thanks to all the owners of the geocaches that we found today on our way from Westport to Hector, Karamea and back to Westport. We had a lot of fun!
TFTC and greetings from Belgium.
TFTC and greetings from Belgium.
Came twice to this one as it was so central. The first time there was a muggle working on the trellis and the second time when we came at night, the clue was not enough at night as needed a little more clarity even though we had a light in our phone.
Finding some caches with billiehenny around Karamea before heading back to Christchurch later in the day. GPS was intent on pointing elsewhere.TFTC

Found this one during a short break on our way to Greymouth. Thanks for the cache!
Finally found this one. GPS on phone didn't seem to behave too well. Also thought a little more on the hint. TFTC
A day spent around Karamea today. Plenty of windstorm damage, including the roads and tracks to the major caching areas. We'll just have to come back. Power out in Karamea most of the day, but when it did come back on the lights stayed off! Had a look, then a coffee, then a better look. Thanks for the hide.
Out for a morning walk from the Domain. Made a quick find and then used the facilities. Intrigued about the 24 surveillance signage. I don't believe it.

Out for a weekend away with my Dad Kiwi Grandad to walk the Fenian track and find a few caches. Staying in Karamea again tonight and we had looked unsuccessfully for this cache last evening. Left ready to log a DNF as it just didn't seem to be there. Back near here this afternoon so stopped for one last check. When it's not where you think it's time to look elsewhere and sure enough there it was almost instantly. Coordinates pretty much spot on but we had misinterpreted the hint.
Thanks weenz for the cache.

Quick in, grab, sign and replace inbetween the steady flow of people heading in and out of the facilities. TFTC #5377
Found on a nice day on the coast. Finally caught up with Biggles in the supermarket
Off and away on a drive to Karamea and beyond, we stopped to find a few caches along the way. After settling family into our motel, they decided to rest while I decided to back track to a few caches we'd driven past on the way here. Caught up with family again here and after finding the cache went shopping for dinner and bumped into bullertrout. TFTC, Biggles.
Easy found. We are staying in Karamea. After dinner we try to find some caches.
Thanks CO
Thanks CO
And another quick find this evening after dinner.
CO thanks.

12966… Headed into the CBD to purchase some supplies and there was a cache at the nearby Market Cross, TFTC.
This was just a 'short' detour from our planned route to Lake Brunner from Nelson We never need an excuse though to go to Karamea and with several new caches published since our last trip up here it was an obvious choice. We had to wait for a couple of muggles to depart before we could find this one. TFTC.
FTF. This little cache had us stumped for awhile as the GPS led us to another spot but old Pooh was lucky and snagged the cache. TFTC
