Passing through the area on a cloudy winters day collecting a couple of smileys on the way. Performed signing duties and returned cache to where found. Thanks @Hiddo for placing Balm along side the track for the GC community to find !!
We looked for five minuets all over and couldnt find it. I think when the owner replaced it, they replaced it with a pink container so someone picked up as a piece of rubbish.
Nearly gave up as the rain came in. Took a seat to have a think again and bingo. TFTC
Looked through the bush and shrub but couldn't find it. Will have to bring back up next time.
Was about to give up but looked at previous photos of when other people found it which gave me a hint and then eventually found it

Fossicked about in the leaves for a while, but didn't want to stick around too long in the heat!
Apparently an uncamod mint tin not worth the chicken scratch to find under some leaves.
# 9014 iPlod65 and I are here in Perth over the Xmas New Year period. Far from the very average conditions being experienced back on the east coast. It's truly summer here.This isn't a geo-trip so only grabbing a few here and there as time and conditions permit.A not so balmy day or cache, but it was tricky to find after looking in all the usual spots.Thanks Hiddo for placing this Traditional Cache
Found myself in the area after finding a challenge cache near City Beach... I had parked over at Perry Lakes & wandered over to this one where I made a quick find of the mint tin

Ok, as everyone has said, it’s no longer a lip balm container. It’s a non-camo’d mint tin. Obviously right or left depends on which way you approached the path. It’s on the right hand side if you’re approaching from the basketball stadium / western force side. We hunted for a while, then I needed to sit down as my hip was hurting, then bingo the other half found it! TFTC
My bf and I had big debates about which right hand side it was but we got there eventually Tftc!
Poodling around these parts this afternoon, stopping to give some closer attention to this complex ive only ever noted as I past by. Noone around to bother me as I dug out this one, as per the given indications. Thanks for the hide Hiddo
Hint depends which way you're walking down path! Was quite exposed, have rehidden with more camo
Adding some Smileys to the map in the area, so we stopped to hunt this one. We parked at the recommended spot and said g’day some of the western force guys that were doing some training as we passed. Once at gz we started our search and after a few minutes Leega turned up the cache. We added our names to your log and returned your cache to back to where we found it. TFTC Hiddo.
Enjoying the winter sunshine and the area around here as our caching choice today. I haven’t been here for a long time, I’m sure it even predates this wonderful complex! It is huge! We had a bit of a search for this one and the hint left us scratching our heads but amused at it. Eventually found it but it wasn’t a lip balm container any more! Love the paths and board walks here. Found the cache in eclipse container not sure if that’s the one has a log sheet so I’m assuming it is but very fun tftc

Not a lip balm container or camoflaged, but original log, maybe maintenance needed?

Don’t mean to be nit picky, but the container is not camouflaged unless it’s disguised as a piece of garbage
Someday, during a park cleanup the cache could be unknowingly “disappeared”.
