As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

Got to this beautiful location late at night and with the approaching full moon and a torch in hand I felt like Indiana Jones on the hunt. The spot is amazing and well worth a cache. After 5 minutes hunting I used the spoiler photo and another 5 min but still no luck. Thanks for bringing me here anyways. Well worth it. TFTC.

We are in Byron for a few days mainly to attend a wedding but caching is always in the back of our mind and we also wanted to get Nyssaflutterby's archived multi!

Once we got to the right area we spotted the container quickly as it was uncovered! We covered it up a little better. This was the last cache of the day! Liked the container.

Found after a short stroll while enjoying a couple of nights at a nearby resort.
I could spy the cache, but it was a bit like a monkey puzzle extracting it for my not so petite hands Smile

Thanks JR Watts, nice spot

Road tripping today! teamdfl and I are going from Brisbane to Byron Bay or bust! I left my place at 6am and I got home at 10.40pm! 400+kms, 27 caches for me (including 5 multis and 1 puzzle), several beach visits, about 10kms walking all up, a railway bridge and tunnel, and then photos of the lighthouse and moon to end up the day. An awesomely mad day out [^]

One last one to grab before we headed back to Brisbane. A lovely wander up the beach with a full moon overhead, and the search by torchlight made it a pretty cool experience Big Grin Definitely one of my happy places [^] The cache was a quick find. We got some more shots of the moon over the ocean and the lighthouse. A great way to finish off a fun day. TFTC, JR Watts.

Out on a mission to play I Spy with IolantheK today. We had collected all the clues we needed and were now meandering very slowly towards GZ collecting caches along the way.

With that goal reached we now had a new mission to discover the hidden gems of Byron Wink That goal had also been achieved and we were now on the homeward leg.

The beach was beautiful tonight with the moon rising over the ocean, the surf crashing onto the sand and a nice cool breeze afer a hot summers day. Devine. Absolutely bliss.

The cache was soon located at GZ, and our day was done. Well except the drive back to Brisbane Wink

Swapped TBs.

[orange]Nice easy one the way we like them, went for a stroll along the beach from the Suffolk Park caravan park, Charlie found and managed to retrieve the container. Had to negotiate lots of dog poo from the path along in front of the fence to cache area. Ewwwww! Charlie didn't want to return that way and jumped off the steep bank down onto the beach. LOL! We then spent the rest of the morning playing and swimming on the beach.[/orange]

Hello geocachers! I had to replace the cache today as somebody had taken the container and left just the log and pencil in its zip lock bag. Weather it be a muggle or a geocacher, just letting you know you can find those glass jars at the 'reject shop' for $1.50 each, please don't ruin the game by taking the container again. Thanks!

Woohoo! New caches released in Byron Big Grin On the drive down from Brizvegas I had a quick look on the map and noticed a few nice little green dots that I could make smilies this weekend. Good to see a new cacher in town.

I had a chance this evening to head out and find this one, I do love the beach at night. Armed with my flashlight and bare feet, I jumped from the monster truck and headed for the sound of the waves. Following my navigational tool, I skipped along the sand and jumped some poo Razz and quickly found myself at GZ. Hmmmm, that spot there looks like it will hold a cache. A flash of my torch and I had the cache in sight Smile What a lovely little container. I signed the log and replaced the cache as found. Ok, time to get out of here before the owners of those undies come back for them [?] Strange!

Working in Byron today when 2 new caches popped up. I dont normally like caching with a smart phone during howver it had to suffice.
I seen a few hidden like this before and new I had to be careful extracting the cache.
Coordinates are spot on. Nice to grab a ftf.
Thanks
