Ran over and immediately knew what it was and boom. Very satisfying find. TFTC
A quick find here today, the cache was easily found and is all goodToday after arriving from singapore and with the whole day in Sydney I headed out to find some caches in the area before the afternoon event. Thanks for the cache
Doing the AL & realised I was on top of a Traditional. Found these before, but the tree title had me looking fruitlessly for a couple of minutes. Good co ords. Log dry, side 1 filled, but side 2 empty. Thanks echo1978 for the cache.
Found a few of these types of caches before so I was surprised when I finally found it that it took so long
Heading home from a few days in Sydney, detoured to collect some AL waypoints which happened to be quite near a few traditionals that would help with this month’s Wheel Challenge at the same time. Good co-ords and familiar camo for a quick find.
Another classic case of my favourite type of camo; signed the log and replaced as found; TFTC!
Nice quick find today!!!
We Have found a few of these before!!!
We are so silly for not bringing the pen with us!!!
Went back to the geo-mobile to get one!
Signed and replaced!!!

#3 Early cycle to Riverwood and back. Wasn’t sure where to start but where I started was correct. Good one Echo1978 #1987
We were about to give up, then a kid turned up and put it back. Would never have thought to look in this place… great spot
I had the park nearly to myself. A white cockatoo keep an eye on me as I SL. TFTC Echo1978
Found as part of a cycle trip along the M5 cycle path.

3rd time back, was in the spot we had thought of many times previously but kept missing. Great hide!! TFTC!! Aliendoods are on the move
Happy New Year!
Very quiet here on a drizzly New Year’s Day morning.
Found in a different spot to what I expecting considering the cache name. But luckily I came across this one quicker than I might have.
I like the kangaroos here

After an uneventful night last night I decided to start the new year on an active note and do a park run followed by some first caching in this year, a couple of events and a bike ride. It will be almost impossible to beat last year's statistics, but you never know.

Took mr 9 and 5, on a bike ride to find some caches, as they wanted to spend the evening on screens. Mr 16 joined us too!
We ended up finding 3, and riding 8 kms, as we have found all the ones real close to home!
After not finding this a few nights ago, we gave it another go. After help from Wilbert67 I gave Mr 9 and 5 a hint, (Mr 16 was down in the storm water drain ) and they made the find.
Thanks Co for the cache and Wilbert67 for the help!

We gave up. We really did. A few comments gave us one last idea and now we feel stupid. This is an incredible cache!
Omg!!! We were just about to give up, did one final sweep looking for things that looked just a little off and….. well played, ma’am, well played!
One of the better cache hiding spots I have seen.

Did get some weird looks from muggles when our search party consisting of two adults, child + dog walked straight past the play area and proceeded to focus their attention on nearby grass and trees.
Geohusband found almost straight away.
Pretty good hiding spot.
Needs new log unfortunately.

Had to go to the big smoke to visit my son for his birthday , so stopped for this cache on the way to fill a county . Found the tricky little hide after a brief search. Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
Found something that needed further investigation which turned out to be successful. Tftc
Eagle eyed cache girl nabbed this one, the log is technically full but we found a spot. Glad we got this one early in the day as when we walked past a few hours later the park was pumping!
Lonely number seven in this series is the last man standing. Grabbed this one off the freeway on my way home from Westmead today. TFTC
Nice easy one near home after a break from geocaching. Could do with a new log though TFTC!

After tirelessly looking, geogirl finally spotted something that didn’t look quite right! TFTC!
Not where I first thought it would be. Only one place left to check and sure enough there it was. TFTC.
A really neat, classic hide, relatively straightforward late by evening find.

This was the only find for the day. After completing cache maintenance in Liverpool, Geodad and I headed towards this cache and I really wanted to find it as it fills the last missing spot on my 'date placed' calendar. We arrived at GZ, which was deserted, and after reading some logs, we walked straight up to the cache - a very quick find. SL. TFTC.

Approached from bike path...that didnt work until we spotted the park close by. A short search resulted in a find. Signed and rehid. TFTC Echo1978.
Spent a while looking and found what I assume was the hiding place but it was empty
I came over to the Kingsrove area today and saw this cache wasn't far away and was an unfound for me and sort of close so I came over.
It's a nice quiet area when rain is threatening so I was able to park the geomobile easily, walk to GZ, survey the area and decided 'lets try here' before I used the GPS.
And there it was! SL and hurried back to the warmth of the geomobile.

It is rare to find a metro cache that was last found 6 months ago. Easy find and cache in great condition. Standing here brought back memories of exploring all these storm water drains from Penshurst to Beverly Hills, plus some urban caving with the scouts, thanks.
As a community cache maintainer, I can confirm that there is plenty of log space left and all in good nick.
I had a gap in my counties for "Georges River" so decided I would grab a cache whilst heading into Sydney to fix that!
This cache is on the VERY edge of the Georges River countie and just qualify's! Meant I didn't have to detour off the freeway too much, and also a quick park and grab which was nice!
Got to GZ, scratched my head, and thought "could it be?"
Yup, it was! A common, yet very sneaky hide, and something I will always appreciate rather than a cache thrown at the base of a tree. Great hiding spot, can see how this has lasted in a central location!
Thanks Echo!

Took the opportunity while I was in Sydney today to grab a few caches in local government areas where I have yet to make a find. Georges River was one of those, but not any more after I was able to chalk up a straightforward find here. Thanks for placing this cache Echo1978.
I'm off on a cruise later today so decided to go for a cache run before setting sail.
I love these kinds of hides and as previous logs have suggested the clue is not in the name. Thanks for the effort in making this cache, Echo1978 and a fave pt from me

Echo1978 I found your cache Tree of Life #7 on 31/3/18, 11:29 am. This is my find 1955 and find # 4 today. Found in the first place I looked. Thanks for the cache! TNSLLN
Great hide - few issues with the gps but eventually it settled down and gave us accurate coords. Great hide, mr 10 was impressed even tho geomum actually found it
Took a slight diversion on my way to work today, going via Kingsgrove and Beverly Hills, to grab a few caches around those suburbs. This was the 3rd of 5 finds, and 1 DNF, for the morning.
After finding "M5 Linear Park" I next drove to this one, parking the geomobile in Tallawalla Street and then strolling through the deserted park and over to GZ. Quickly uncovered the very popular style of hide, which then had me with CIH. Signed the log sheet and then replaced as found. TFTC Echo1978.

Find #1921
I was out and about and driving past and found myself close to this cache so decided to make a slight diversion and take a look. I never knew this park even existed, being tucked away here. Parked the car nearby and then headed over towards gz. Fortunately there were no muggles about so I was able to search with ease. But it took a bit longer to find the cache than I was expecting, being fooled by the title. I had tried a few other areas with no luck, but then came back to a place I tried at the beginning, but obviously not hard enough. Second time around I tried again and had then had the cache in hand. Signed the log and replaced it all as found. TFTC
My last one for the day. And what a great day of caching it was. Tronador's log helped me decide to look beyond the "tree" and find the hide. I have always liked this style of hide.
Great cache! Found within seconds but 3 muggle lawnmowers staring at us from the playground. Had to leave to escape the annoying lawnmowers. TFTC
Find #22
Found this while out with the geo kiddies. When I arrived at the park I opened the app did a quick check of the cache location and thought yep I know where that will be. Then it was just a matter of waiting for the muggles to disperse.
It proved to be quite a wait. The geokiddies had a good play on the equipment with the muggle kiddies, then we thought we would walk further along the linear park to a cache further east but that proved difficult with all the construction and detours in place so we headed back to the park where more muggles had step up camp. Some more playing and a quick morning tea and we finally had the place to ourselves. Turns out where I thought the cache was, was wrong and so it was back to the gps....as soon as it settled I realised it was a different type of hide and it was CIH in a matter of seconds.
Coords are spot on, the cache was quickly retrieved, log signed and returned to its hiddy hole. Cache is in perfect condition with plenty of room on the log.
Thanks for introducing us to this little gem of a park! TFTC!

Easy night cache as there were no playing muggles, only one jogging muggle. TFTC Echo1978
Muggles kids on swings so had to be careful. Found with Happy Jackie without detection. Thanks

I was in the area today for work training, so stopped by this one on the way home. Parked on the road and walked through the desolate park towards GZ. Found it in the first place I looked. Signed and replaced as found. Nice hide, TFTC!

Found as part of geosportz in August for geocaching Australia. Park to myself this arvo and a quick find add it is very reminiscent of one of my first hides. Cheers!
#311 Seventh and final find on a quick afternoon's caching around Bexley North and along Wolli Creek. Found after a persistent search and reading some of the previous logs. TFTC
