Continuing our trip from Melbourne to Darwin and back, we are now on our way back home and spending a few days at Alice Springs to see the things we missed on the way up. This morning I got up early to grab a few caches on our last full day in Alice before bugging out first this tomorrow morning, sadly heading to a much cooler climate Sad
A quick find at most locations this morning, containers generally in good order unless indicated otherwise.
**Thanks for placing this cache Alicecaching**

Found during a trip from Adelaide to the northern tip of Australia and back. Traveling up solo along the Strzelecki Track to Innamincka, then through central Queensland to Quilpie, Blackall, Barcaldine, Hughendon and Ravenshoe to Cairns. In Cairns I met up with e.gregory1 and a non-cacher friend and spent three weeks on Cape York Peninsula before making our way back to Cairns and Mareeba. From there I headed on my own back home via Normanton and Karumba, Cloncurry, Mount Isa, Tennant Creek and back down the Stuart Highway through Alice Springs to Adelaide. All in all I spent six weeks on the road, visited many out of the way locations, enjoying the scenery and finding caches along the way. Thanks for the cache Alicecaching!

Three weeks on the road for a family holiday to Alice Springs, Ayers Rock and Kings Canyon amongst other cool destinations had us traveling all over the place. We had a great time and the weather was extremely hot with bushfires that actually prevented us from going to some destinations.
Myself and the boys got up early this morning to head out and explore the outer areas of Alice Springs, of course caching along the way. We had a great morning doing some 4WDing and checking out some really cool sites.
Thanks for the cache.

We travellled a track less travelled. Not in SA. The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.

Over from perth western Australia and this was our last day in town before we leave early in the morning for the long drive home. Headed out this morning to grab a few more caches. Did the OSH series which is in need of a maintenance check as a lot of the log books are choka block full. We picked up the other caches nearby then headed back into town to get the wherigo, a puzzle cache and a few other traditionals nearby. All caches were found with a few that took a bit of searching. Thanks to all the CO,S for placing these caches for us and others to find.

We had fun with caching few weeks here in Australia ( South Australia and Northern Territory ). Lots of geocaches and many sort of them too. We saw awesome places, weather was good all the time and people were friendly and polite. Caches were pretty similar like in our home country. Of course there were some exeptions. Nice and huge country!

We visit in Australia (Adelaide, Murray Bridge, Port Augusta, Whyalla, Coober Pedy, Uluru, Alice Springs, Port Vincent and other place which are on the way those places) on April 05.-20.

We see many beautiful place where we visit and enjoy every cache what we found, so humble thanks every cache owner that you hiding this cache!

Team ICE on a two week geocaching trip in Australia. Our main target was the Red Centre Experience at Alice Springs but of course we did some caching in other places too. We drove from Adelaide to Alice Springs and then back. We saw lots of interesting and beutiful places like opal mines at Coober Pedy, Ayers Rock and Kata Tjuta. Our rental travelled almost 6500km on gravel and tarmac roads. The weather was great, only on last day we got some rain.

All the caches logged as Team Ice, T-ice or Tice with kapeka, laalaa and Hiltsu. We had a great trip!

We spent three days caching around Alice Springs. This is so different area than bushy flat desert around it. Lots of beautiful places to see. Truly Red Centre Experience for us.

Thanks for the cache and greetings from Finland!

Out with SpiderJockey07 and Orrsome Family to nail the OSH series, plus the other randoms en route. We ended up in a caching convoy with HamSpam, KellyDrinksTea and MudBuzzie - all fellow WA Cachers who I knew by name but had never actually met in person. Funny to be doing so 2000km from home! With a team effort, we made quick work of this series. I was a little concerned about taking a 2WD (Toyota Kluger) down the track but all was good with the exception of a tricky spot just north of the Geoff Moss Bridge cache. With some good guidance from the muggle part of the Orrsome Family Team, we made it OK. Sorry about the generic log - so many caches to log! TFTC Smile

Yes it was a "Good Friday", we cached our way along and around the Old Stuart Highway, in the good company of Alansee, Clatmandu, Goblin Dust, Hearse 068, Liz & Bruce, Semik and Gonefishen 07, who demonstrated exemplary driving skills on the hairy parts of the "highway", beside the Old Telegraph Line.
(For economy of time and space our logging name = ASB or Alice Springs Bunch!)

Thanks Alicecaching for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

I flew into Alice Springs to meet up with my caching mates Sol de Lune, Albida33 and LuckyL10n (signing mostly as ALFS) to attend the Red Centre Experience and then venture up north to Darwin and then east into Qld before heading south for home - a three week caching trek.

Sol de Lune, Luckyl10n, Fitzy_1965 and I had hotcross bus with smitten Granny, then headed out for caching in the CBD and suburbs. Things were made easier on a quiet day.
