No luck for me here either; hasn’t been found in 2 years; I think it definitely needs a CO check :/
Had a lot of trouble with this one. Looking at others photos we determined we were in the right spot, however couldn’t locate it anywhere. Might come back to this one.
Well that was a pain to find. Clever hide. Took a long time. In the end I had accidentally kicked over the thing holding it. I turned it back over and stood it up again. TFTC
We lucked on this one really quickly! Nice hiding spot. The paper is a little wet
Needing a find today for my cache calendar, we had plans to get up early and head out, but the cat put the kibosh on that plan by being a super cute snuggler! Then the cricket had started... finally headed out at lunch and went for the final two waypoints of an adventure lab, hoping to get the bonus but alas we could not get the numbers to work out. So back in the car and we detoured you grab this one on the way home. We were very cautious about our legless friends here and managed to avoid them and all the spiders around, with geoboyfriend finding this one with some assistance of previous logs. Job done and back home to the cricket we go!
On the way home from work decided that I had seen the spot on the GPSr in the car everyday so thought today would be the day to look for it. Have been here a couple of times before. May have looked for this one but didn't find it. It is a lot more overgrown than I remember it. Spent a while here today walking through the grass & spiderwebs. Eventually came from a different direction and spotted the cache
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache Echo1978

A quiet track, despite its proximity to a residential area. A nicely placed cache. TFTC
Somehow managed to find it during an evening walk in the area. Great hide. TFTC!
#2005 Second of seven finds with Rieka on a beautiful Sunday in Sydney. Found after a short search. TFTC
With some cooler temperatures and clear roads this morning it was a pleasant drive getting to the GZ.
As there was no school on today i had the area to myself which was good because it took me a while to locate the cache.
After circling around the bush checking out potential hiding places I eventually stumbled upon the correct one.
It took a little effort to extract the log (a TOTT would have helped) but i soon had things signed and back in place.
Its good to see a patch of bushland that isn’t currently on fire.
Thanks.

I hit this one just after school time and to my surprise, no one was around. At gz while I was waiting for the gps to settle down, I spotted something that required a closer look, and to my surprise, the cache was in hand! Thanks for the awesome cache!
This one took a bit of searching for, but on widening our search the cache was located. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
A tricky little one this but once we checked out the clues in previous logs soon realized we were barking up the wrong tree so to speak... So widened our horizons and the gz soon stood out... We had been "circling" around it!! Signed log and replaced in the cute little hidey spot.. thanks for bringing me and the geokids here..loved the find ...
Located at 12:00pm. #763. After a morning of high terrain Earth Cache and Traditional Cache hunting, I took a quick breather by logging a nice and cleverly hidden cache here. You certainly need to be at the right angle for this. Спасибо для кеша! תודה! L’chaim! TFTC!
Find 4 of 5 while out on a trip across the Shire this morning.
Fourth find of the day. After finding the nearby Shire’s Treasure I headed over to this one. Finding the right path lead me quickly to GZ which had vacation care kiddlets close by. Fortunately they were too busy practicing their karate to notice what I was doing in the bush. Circling GZ a few times then widening my search, the sneaky hide was spotted, nice camo. Extracted the cache but could not sign it, as the log is so tightly jammed in the cache I could not remove it without potentially tearing it all apart. I didn’t have a spare log on me but took a photo as proof of find if required. Maybe the next finder could replace the log? Returned as found then heard ruttling in the bush nearby thought maybe I had been sprung. I was pleasantly surprised to see two magnificant yellow tailed black cockatoos in the trees above me. How very appropriate as this find earns me the Phoenix hidden creatures souvenir!
Thanks for the cache Echo1978.

Find #305
I’m actually stunned to see thus one still going as the CO hasn’t been active in years. Nice to find one of the missing pieces in this series that starts so far north.
Back in the Shire this morning to grab a few caches for the SSCC cache. Took awhile to locate this cleverly camouflaged cache and it was only found after reverting to a photo and a reference in one of the logs.
Caching with EverestHigh.
Followed a geo-trail straight to the log, nicely crafted too!

Arrow bouncing around a bit and, not sure if there is a connection but, after comparing all the blackened trees with one stand out, our search was soon narrowed down to the correct spot.
This was a sneeky little hide, with 3 pairs of eyes on the search we soon found it
Thanks Echo1978 for the cache

Walking back to Menai Indoor Sports Centre to watch my cousin play futsal after a quick scramble in the nearby bush to find my first 1/4 cache
This was a quick find despite some of the logs, I think I got lucky and spotted it peeping out from the distance.
Thanks for the cache, shame for all the graffiti tags around here

Quite a hard one, especially since the area seemed full of spiders and mosquitos. But we got it eventually. Log seems a bit water damaged. Tftc
Ozuk found it so happy to signed the log with ozuk.. Thanks for the cache and hunt
Took us a while to find this one, mainly because the GPS had us looking in the wrong spots. Some detective work to find the place which best matched a photo posted by a previous finder soon got us closer and we found the cache shortly after. Great little hiding spot. TFTC
Stopped by on a night drive and luckily coordinates were spot on and made a quick find. Thanks
23/10/16. 2:23 PM. Cache #4329.
3rd of 4 caches in Menai today.
I headed south for Menai today with high hopes of finding quite a few (Menai has about 15 GC caches in it and so far I'd only found "Child's Play" and "Game of Gnomes - Gnorman Gnunston", so 13 to go). However, I was well aware many of these involved lengthy walks and/or high terrain.
After spending hours and hours on just two today - "Endeka-Elf" and "Mill Creek" - I had to reset my expectations; I only had time for a couple more and they needed to be much shorter. So, I came here.
Followed the primary school fence line east most of the way then found a few narrower tracks criss-crossing here and there in this reserve, able to get me much closer, but a short bush bash required at the end. Worried I'd struggle to find a micro here in the bush, but it wasn't that hard to spot after all. Took a while to get the log out - too many pages for such a small container - but eventually did. Signed the log, rehid and then continued on foot to "Shire's Treasure #13.". TFTC.

I think I was quite fortunate that this only took a few minutes to find. A top location and hide. TFTC.
Found this cache a while ago with a fellow cacher but was unable to log it.
Parked the car nearby and approached the location along the fence line. I initially thought the cache was on one side of the path, but it turned out to be on the other. We headed towards GZ along another path, passing a few shrubs and trees. Started having a closer look up and down when suddenly a strange object was spotted - it was the cache! Removed, signed the log, then replaced it back into its very snug hiding place. TFTC

I like these containers ....better than mint tins for sure. A warm afternoon and a quick walk to the cache.
It would be difficult do approach this at school lunch times.

Found with Mikev1. Having just found a newly published cache we decided to try a few more nearby. Parked the cars and followed the fence line before we headed into the bush. Soon found the tree of life and the container with log. Or is that log with container? Added our names to the list and headed to another one in the same reserve.
TFTC. Nice little reserve here. #269.

Very nice hide. Love the container, too.
The log paper, while not wet, must have expanded slightly with the humidity making it very difficult to remove without tearing small bits off it.

#1838 (3 of 5 today)
Was originally intending to spend more time down here today, but that got derailed by a First to Find at Minions, not that I'm complaining.
With a lengthy and unsuccessful search at one of the waypoints for confound The Language, I only grabbed two before dinner with friends. Had time for another two on the way home, though...
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
Well, having found - with varying degrees of angst - a number of the earlier caches in this series, I thought I'd try this one. Arrived at GZ and started the search - my favourite, a micro in the bush with no hint.
My iPhone was pushing me to two possible spots, so concentrated my search there. Nothing was spotted at either, despite a few promising looking spots at each. After 20 minutes of walking around in circles - with only one muggle walking by - I was about to give it up when I noticed an area away from anywhere my iPhone had indicated. So, walked over there and immediately spied a promising spot.
CIH!
Phew! Nice hide & camo.
Completed signing duties. Now onto an historic part completed multi.

This is our first in this series. Loved the camo, looking forward to what other clever hides we will find in the series
Heading home from my meeting in Sydney I made a short detour via here where after a short search the cache was found. I had over complicated this thinking it to be something else.
Thanks

A couple of short sharp caches on a great winters day. Heading back home and did a diversion to the Tree of Life. School hols, so all good. Nice hide. Visited a TB. TNLN, SL. TFTC Echo1978.
I will be back to look for the others in the series.

A nice early morning stroll to pick up a couple of caches in a nice bush reserve/ Once again, never would have ventured here except for geocaching. Cheers Echo1978
TFTC - I logged my find, just as the school gardener was mowing along the fence line..
Geodad thought the top of the cache was a snake for a second, haha. Good hide, sl tftc xo
TFTC,
In the area and picked up my first in this series.
Visited a group of trackables building up miles and taking in the local area.

First of four caches found during the early morning before working in the district. No muggles around at this hour but it would have been a challenge if school was in. Many thanks Echo 1978
Another find for the series. It was to hot to walk to the last one!?!
We were glad school was out today.

It was TC who spied the sucker, I just did the log duties....there seems to be a theme to these ToL caches.
After quite a long search but no find, I was almost resigned to having to log an ignominious first DNF for this one, but then I widened the seach area and soon made the find about 6. from where my GPS said. Phew! Another finely crafted cache befitting the series. TFTC.
Find easily enough.
But I must have dropped my pen walking back from tree of life 10 and i had to go back to my car for a spare.

In the dying light I still had to make a try for this one. Another great homemade cache. Well done! I'll be back for the final part of the series soon I hope!
