Had an afternoon of geocaching with alare5150 and done quite a few. Some tradi's and nearly half of the ACT series. Thanks co's for making and maintaining the caches! Now back home to the Netherlands.
Spent the afternoon geocaching with my sis and had a productive afternoon. Thanks for the work done on the caches.
Found by Mary & David at 1545. Mary's Dad was a primary school teacher in country Victoria, so she was used to moving every few years. Good practice for being a RAAF wife. How the school children would have loved this area. Our thanks to 35DegreesSouth.
Thanks for the hide. Beautiful old tree but not much else remains of the site.
Decided to do a caching run to Albany and stay overnight and cache on the way home. Our aim was to pick up as many as possible including multi,s and puzzle caches that the hubby had solved. Most caches were found quickly with a few that took a bit of searching to find. A big thanks to all the CO,S for placing the caches for us and everyone else to find.
A nice quick find in the second place we looked
A nice hide here and thankfully we had no trouble adding our name to the log book. TFTC .
35DegreesSouth - jinta29 found your cache History of Elleker #3 on 28/09/2016, 3:07 PM. This is my find #5861 and find #20 today. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

Did this series several weeks ago and forgot to log. Enjoyed the walk around the village.
By the roadside, I was wondering where to head for to find this cache.
Hmmm !! That tree doesn't belong here !!
Ergo .... head for it
And sure nuff in one of the many nooks and crannies,
there was the cache
No skool today

Nice quick find on our geocaching trip to Albany/Denmark.
I walked starlight past it but apparently it was sticking out like 'dogs balls'!!! Hmmmm?

Great little hide what a n awesome tree! Pity there was a trailer load of rubbish just thrown on the ground nearby! Tftc!
Found at 2:50 PM GAFF1.
We were camped nearby, so after lunch we headed off to do the local caches and explore Elleker. A lovely big fig. When we got to GZ we were distracted by the stump with pine cones stuffed in it - a very good hiding spot we thought. However there was nothing in there . So we went over to the next most obvious spot and there it was [^] Wonder if the road was called "Old" right from the beginning in 1905
Thanks 35DegreesSouth.

Cute hide. Love the rope swing near. The cache is very damp. Needs maintenance. TFTH!
Love the tree... beautiful and peaceful under the canopy. Thanks for taking us here.
B-4. On a drive to Denmark we called in on this one. Log book wet. Nice piece of history here. Thanks for bringing us here
Out and about showing Mistraluna the delights of Albany and picking up a few caches I had never got round to finding. Thanks for the fun.
Another glorious day, with so many more caches just waiting to be found around the Albany area. Stopped to grab the caches in this little series on our way out to grab the last of the WA Explorers. The most memorable part of Elleker (now that I am home again) was seeing the little house that was used in the Lockie Leonard series - can tell my students about that once I am back at school.
No problems finding this cache. Contents very damp though. Could do with some TLC. Thanks for the smiley 35DegreesSouth

Heading to Denmark for the afternoon. Nice spot for a cache and a magnificent tree to boot. Lots of history at this site.
I intended to complete this series but time pressure meant I could only visit a few of these caches.
Thanks for the cache 35DegreesSouth.
Thanks for the cache 35DegreesSouth.
Heading towards Albany today and we really should have continued on but after checking the great camp spot at Cosy Corner we couldnt resist an overnighter here. So we parked the van up and left the cat there before going off to explore(cache)
This was our 5th of the series and as we turned onto old school road a young couple and their collie puppy were walking near GZ so we drove past turned around and hoped they would have passed by before we got back.
With the coast clear it was a swift find before moving along.

Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.

Nothing left of the school now, I couldn't help but wonder how big that ficus tree was when the school was there and if the children used it to climb up. It sure is huge now.
thanks for showing us this beautiful spot.
