As with the last logger, we had no luck also. We didn't spend 45 minutes, but did spend about 10ish minutes with no luck. Given the size, we should have found it by then. Assume it is gone...
Looked for a solid 45mins and no luck on this one

A horrible wet and windy day! Things were getting stormy between the GeoKids at home, so we bundled them into the car and headed out to find some drive by caches. I was in my raincoat and gumboots, and so was the designated cache finder/retriever. I did ask for help from the GeoFamily with this one (only one of them got out of the car!), and also made use of my caching stick - so much rubbish! Fortunately the phone pointed me in the right direction and the cache was retrieved. Took some time to look at all the birds sheltering in the small bay. TFTC!
Beautiful sunny day for caching today. Great hide. Thanks for bring me here & cache
Out caching with Bazinga01 and Posho6. Parked right next to the cache and it still took a little while to find.
One of the girls found this one after a little bit of a search. The rest of us had passed right over it. Thanks to TR!
Good spot for geodog to stretch his legs and geokids to find interesting shells. Found a few sea snails in the rock pools. TFTC.
Took a bit of hunting around but with GPS all over the place, static maps were right on the money

Being a Sunday the carpark was packed with boat trailers, their owners all out to sea.
I was a bit at sea here as there was a lot of rubbish around GZ which I carefully picked through until I chanced upon your hide.
Fell fortunate to have nabbed this one.

Out and about after work today to fill in a few hours.
Ticked this guy off my list.
The iphone was bouncing around.
Fortunately I stood in the right side and spotted the cache.
Signing the log I admired the view.
Rather blowey 2night.

Doing a cache run with Mrs Blue Duck. There were a few fisherman coming and going from the ramp but we managed to locate the cache without too much trouble. Signed and decided to go for a walk for the other 2 close by.
This was the 4th cache of the morning session of caching with MrsBlackDuck! By the time we arrived at the end of the road, we were shaken up! I tried going slow, going fast, swerving like a made women. none of it helped. but we made it!
I found it despite the local rabbit's best attempt at giving the cache some "natural" camo!
Cache is intact and dry! Thank you for bringing us out this far... we would have never come to this cool place!

Whilst being out this way we decided that we should have a look and see if we can find this one. Looking around for a little before we found the hiding spot. Thanks for the cache TR!
sorry for the late log took on a new job and have just got time to log my past finds we did enjoy the hunt and find
thanks to TR! for putting this cache out for us to find
I was in the area so decided to head to Kirks Point and hunt the two caches here and this was first. Parked right at GZ and saw where I'd be hunting, lots of dense low bushes, could be anywhere! And a muggle car then pulled up nearby so I thought this could be a lost cause but the muggles moved on to the boat ramp and I could hunt with a bit of stealth. Using eyes was the way to go but it still took a while before I finally spotted something and had the cache in hand. Thanks to TR for this one.
Nice quick find with Wozzle68 & St37e while attending the CITO

I'd like to write 'quick find' by i know the CO will delete my log as it's not the truth! Found after a little 'hotter colder'. tftc
Searched for a while here on the 28th but to no availe , thought the storm might have taken it but bumped into the CO on the way out who assured us it was there but with places to go and people to meet we left the more thorough search for another day Tfth
DNF today. There were four of us but we could not find it, even after a good PAF so we are pretty convinced that it is gone.

My main objective of this trip was the WWFM IX event in Geelong at ridiculous o'clock. After caching near the city after the event, it was time to make my way toward home... but I had plenty of that time still in hand.
I've a certain fondness for this area, courtesy of a couple of memorable hides, one of which gained me a year's worth of unloved days when I visited the Point and walked to the bird hide. Since then, a whole new slew of caches has been published, so it was time to return.
Sometimes you can't take a trick... when I arrived, there was nobody in sight, and experience told me that there was only one place the cache could be. Sure enough, there it was. In the time it took to sit and sign the log, there was not one, but two car-loads of people pulling up in plain view of the hide. Hmmm... what to do?
The container accompanied me on a short hike to the nearby Port Vistas, because there was no way to return the cache to its hiding place without it being so obvious. Upon my return, the coast appeared clear. As it happens, maybe not so much.
(I'm waaay behind on my logging and note that the cache went even more walkabout than my little trip along the beach... I know it can happen any time, but always feel responsible when it does. Anyway, it was replaced, and put in a better place, so others can enjoy the find and the location as much as I did)
Thanks, TR!

Last week I came down to Lara caching with Biggles Bear. There were many caches we ignored as they had already done them, so today I decided I would try to clean up the area. Quick find in an obvious locations. Thanks to TR! for the cache.
What it is? I have no idea. You've brought me here, This must be it.
Another early morning find. evidence of fishermuggles on site, yet no live evidence detected.
Another Mint tin in the bag, cheers TR! hip view with the morning haze hovering over the water

What do you do when you have a good weather forecast for Saturday? You plan a day caching out in and around Lara . Square Pegs, GazaC and I left Melbourne at sunrise this morning, stopping here to have a look for this cache which was found with accurate co-ords and in good condition.
I enjoyed the drive to this quiet spot this morning where we made a quick find.
Thanks TR! for making this an enjoyable day exploring.

What a lovely waterside location, the water was calm and the sun was still only just rising. It was such a peaceful spot early in the morning. This is definitely one of those spots that I would never have known about if it weren't for caching.
Thanks TR! for bringing me this idyllic location and for the cache.

My ninth find of the day before a wander to a couple of other nearby caches. I parked only metres from GZ and made a quick find before collecting my gear and deciding to walk to find the other caches, since the weather was fine and I needed the exercise.
A previous finder will be pleased to note that as I returned later, some council (?) employees had arrived and were collecting litter from the area [^] which will hopefully help to tidy things up a bit.
Thanks Teamranger! for showing me this spot I haven't been to before !

The Adventure:
It is sad to see what people do to out of the way areas like this, I would imagine that this area would be nice without all the rubbish in the area. Having and overflowing bins wasn't helping matters, but I suspect that a lot the rubbish that was around never made it as far as the bin anyway.
My Gps lead me straight to the coords and I quickly had the cache in hand. Returned to the car to sign and then quickly returned the cache.
There were a few cars about, no one was in them I assumed that they were all out fishing since a number had trailers, and the ones without were out with the ones that did.
Took: Nothing
Left: Nothing
Thank you for the cache.

Found with Trailrunning on another Monday caching adventure, We were both had time off work so this gave us the opportunity for a big cache run, we headed out to the You Yangs and then headed towards Geelong, a good time was had with some interesting places visited. Thanks Teamranger! for the cache.
The hardest part of this and two other caches in the area was negotiating the roads. The first road in was badly corrugated and the road to the last two caches had many deep holes which took quite some negotiating in our low clearance Ford Focus. Again accurate coordinates and limited hiding locations in the area of GZ led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. TFTC Teamranger!
Having taken the day off I'd planned to grab some caches in the Geelong North area, and was happy to hear that Rebel had also taken half a day off. Meeting at the end of the Eastern Freeway we headed over the Bolte and Westgate to gain access to the rich rewards of an un-visted and un-plundered area. We had a great day of caching with my tally 60 Finds / 2 DNF's. We will be back next week to do it all over again, as I've solved all the puzzles in the Geelong area and it's not time to collect. Easy drive by here. Thanks
Damn , that's a good magnet !
A nice stop in an area that I wouldn't visit too often.

There are a lot of these hidden boat ramps lovely spot. GeoKids were looking for a different one and of course GeoDad drove past then thought there has to be one here
A few boaties and a fisherman evident today, but noone near GZ, so it was a quick find. Nice spot. TFTC

Cache was quickly found and all was good. Thanks for another one Teamranger!

Only one car at the end of the boat ramp, looked like he was more interested in fishing than getting his boar wet. Thanks for the cache Teamranger.

#497...phew...close now !
When I first arrived here, fishermen were getting themselves set up and were far too interested in me, so I decided to head down the bumpy dirt road and give the Suby a bit of dirt time to grab the others nearby first.
By the time I arrived back with a nice layer of mud on the freshly washed car, they were well and truly engrossed in their fishing and so I was free to wrestle with the magnet unobserved.
Back to the car to sign, a quick replacement and off via the Mad Max caches at Little River to make the Whyndam Lights #500.
Thanks for the cache Teamranger.
As expected, Mrs Juc went crook at me, but was somewhat pacified when I explained that those sort of conditions were one of the main reasons for updating the Peugeot to the Suby. The Peugeot would NOT have made it down there without leaving some undercarriage behind.

I decided to find all the caches in Point Wilson this afternoon.
This was #3 of 6.
I had to wait for a muggle to leave the area before pouncing.
Definitely the strongest magnet I've ever encountered at a cache !

Suscoe's first find of the afternoon as we worked our way around the Lara area to convert greenies into smilies.

Log signed and all returned.
A delightful afternoon with lots of sun and very little wind.

Found on a day out geocaching on my own. I was unable to bring BJ due to having a wee rental car whilst my dog wagon undergoes repairs. Relatively quick find whilst pretending to take in the view and information until the muggles in the car park ignored me TNLN. TFTC Teamranger!

The container lid is off its hinge and springs off when the cache is replaced in its hiding place. Container needs replacement.
Our third find for the day. With nice weather this was a busy spot today with boat trailers and fishermen aplenty. On our approach we thought we may have to return on a quieter day but we were able to use stealth and get the job done. Enjoyed the scenery, SL TFTC
It's a boat ramp. Lots of muggles here today as the legendary Bushfire and I extracted this cache from its hiding spot. A rough road in but worth the visit. Great views, lots of birdlife. The container lid is off its hinge and is liable to fall off when replacing the cache - needs maintenance. Thanks to Teamranger for bringing us here.
Plenty of people out on the water enjoying the lovely sunshine after the rain overnight.
Reading the logs there have been four caching teams out here today. On arrival we were being watched very carefully by an Asian fisherman who was probably taking shellfish illegally as his mate was still in the shallows.
He must have decided we were not watching what he was up to as he turned his interest to other things and some lunch.
Container was soon located (Requires a little TLC) signed and we were off to the next down the road.
Thanks Teamranger.

Kirkykrew decided to go and find out what is at Kirk's Point and to find a few of the caches out that way. It was a nice Sunday afternoon drive to a location we hadn't visited before. Parked the car, quickly found and logged this before trekking off to find the others. TFTC
