Knew this was a DNF, but wanted to try for the conversion anyway. Glad we did actually come, because it was right at sunset/dusk, so we got to see all the resident fruit bats take to the skies!
Thought we were at the right place... yes.. that corner is a geocacher's nightmare- a few muggles walking and or their gigs walking them but with the bats around we made like curious neighbors! But alas no prize! Thanks for the hide.
Chasing unloved caches today with NSD.
Not sure where to look as grass was all over the place. Maybe were over thinking this one.
Thanks for taking us here forbiddenground. Lots of noisy bats and other birds here.
Will try harder next time.

Today I joined Whint and IolantheK on an adventure around this area.
We made a quick find here and managed to squeeze our names into the log but log will need to be replaced as it is very full! TFTC

Whint put out a call for some company today, and beach.bub23 and I were only too happy to oblige We took a walk around Karawatha Forest this morning, and decided to 'clean up' around Browns Plains after lunch.
A quick find here, but the logbook is full. TFTC, fobiddenground.

Out on a Sunday after attending a Geocaching Event, decided to go looking for some caches. Have never been around this area and once again I thank the Geocachers who place caches in these areas. This was our last cache for the day . Found quickly and we were on our way back to the car. Thanks forbiddenground for the caches.
After attending the wonderful nearby event we decided to head off and collect some local caches. This was a lovely walk and all hides were close to the trail and well maintained. Thanks forbiddenground.
Crowing crows, a few magpies and very noisy large flock of Ibis were here this morning. I much prefer the Maggies! The cache was indeed at prickly paper and in reasonable condition. Found at 8.25am on 1st July 2015. TFTC.

Sunday. Slow Puncture ventured out to the dark side to visit our friend at Regent's Park for his birthday. Hey hey! There's a cache right near his house
With one of our friend's sons in tow, we set off around the street till we got to the access point for this one and then we headed in. In short order, we had the cache located, signed and returned. Appropriate name!
This was the 1st of 1 caches we found on this trip.
Thanks [Blue]forbiddenground[/Blue], for showing us this interesting place.

Stood and studied the GZ and related it to the cache name and realised it had to be right here, good hide TFTC.
Last one on a mini trail for me and finally found where the Little Athletics bat colony has moved to! Found with geodaughter while we were waiting for geoson to finish band practice. Pathway was deserted. TFTC
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 2:22pm. The cache was found quickly. TFTC
Nice quick find, all the birds are out chirping, and second owl I have seen today, TFTC
Out and about today with Johnny cache trying to break my 'finds in a day' record...this was the 15th...TFTC!
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
This one took us a little longer than expected, and after heading back closer to GZ, we quickly spotted the cache in the obvious spot We added our names to the logbook and headed off to the next cache

Plastic paper logs and gel pens do not mix. Love the tube that holds the log together, tricky to get back in but not too tricky.
I spotted this one straight away as I parked the bike. Signed log and replaced with a little more cover. Just finished when a group of muggles rode past, so another well timed grab.
Quite dark when we arrived fo this one. Added to the challenge but the torch soon found it. TFTC
Continuing on my morning ride around Browns Plains and this one happened to be the next one along the way. It wasn't the hardest one to find today but the blind corner adds another degree of difficulty. Thankfully I didn't take to long to get the job done as I could hear something scratching around on the other side of the fence. No one popped their head over the fence so it may have been a dog.
Once again thanks forbiddenground

today beautiful cool and Little rain .. great good walk al the way find few caches.... thank Forbiggenground
A super quick find, so quick my two hunting companions didn't even have time to dismount. Prickly Paper found and off to Thorn Back. TFTC forbiddenground.
Took my 3 year old daughter for a find. She waited till the last moment to tell me she needed to go to the toilet! I was staring at GZ and I knew it was close but I just had to take off. We will be back!
A quick stop and find along our walk this morning, miss bennyboppers made the find here. On we rolled. Tftc
Heading through Acorus Park today and started with this one. We had no idea that Forbiddenground was into botany, but he sure gave us a good lesson. We had no idea that paper barks were so prickly. After some careful searching Mrs THR came up trumps. TFTC Forbiddenground...now off to the next one.
In Browns Plains for business so thought I would get a few while I am in the area. Saw this little "power trail" and went for it. The name says it all, nice easy find. Tftc
Well I got part of the name for this one. Maybe I should be glad I did not find the other. Enjoying some excellent co-ords and nice quick finds on a very hot morning
Found @8:12:00 AM.
Out on the bike trail before the heat gets unbearable. An easy find.
Thanks to forbiddenground for the cache

A nice easy run today of about 20 finds. Good day out with kids, and also had Riley, my 2yo with me too. Some great hides included in the mix. Appologies for the late logs, I have not been well of late, and am catching up.

Oh gees, now that I am sitting here logging this I can see why I could not find something that I thought matched the name. That would be because I read it wrong when I was at GZ for the hunt.
I was following the GPSr around and around looking for something totally different until I started to read a few logs and managed to come across a fairly specific bit that helped make the find.

Thought this one might take a while but had it in no time. Another smilie added to the map! Cheers forbiddenground
Maintaining my "do it the hard way or not at all" mantra, I went way too deep into the trees at GZ and spent a lot of time searching places I would never find the cache... After ruling out almost everywhere, I resorted to reading the previous logs and picked up a hint that lead me to look a little wider... As I drew near, I spotted the container staring at me... Hmm, I made this ridiculously hard for an almost T1...
Not to worry though, name is in the log, cache is tucked away and I have a smiley for my troubles...
Cheers forbiddenground.

As I put this one back a man came shooting around the corner on his bike. I enjoyed the variety of cache types and hides. TFTC and series.
Hot and humid on foot today and this loop was swarming with bugs. I still have mysterious spots on my torso from last weekend!!!
I looked in the obvious spot for an easy find

Appropriate name for the cache. Again here I was thinking OH NO prickles?? But it was nicely tucked in the paper. All dry too bearing in mind the recent rains. TFTC
Found while holidaying with friends. Walking the trail in the heat, easy find. TFTC
Another good one, well hidden, someone else found just before we did, love this game..
TFTC - had a tough week at work - couple of hours geocaching was bound to cheer me up - we left it too late in the day and it was too hot for the geopup so we will have to come back to complete the walk and the finds!
Found myself with some free time with the kids at school and Geo Wife overseas and I had spotted a nice bunch of caches around this area so I had nothing stopping me.
I decided to take the bike with me to hopefully save the old legs and time.
The names on these caches are so appropriate I have been able to find most just by that.
I thought this one may have been muggled when I checked what I thought was the right location but after adjusting VERY slightly my hand felt the telltale shape of the cache container.
A muggle bike rider went past just as I was walking back to the bike to sign the log so I just dropped down to the ground as if resting from my ride.
Thanks ForbbidenGround TFTC SL

It is a nice walk out along this trail, and I have almost found all the caches hidden around here. This is one of the last for me to find, and I located it without any problems. TFTC.
I finished a little early today so I am out for a walk to find a few caches.
A quick find here.
Thanks for the cache.
