Thanks Keego_and_Chil for the new smiley!
Out in Quindanning for my first ever rogainning event. The event was 12 hours long starting at 10am and finishing 10pm on the Saturday. In total we walked 30km with around 47,000 steps over 11hrs and 22mins! Phew! On the Sunday, I decided to nab a bunch of caches on the way back to Perth, along the Albany Highway.
Interesting setup with the magnets. A nice easy find. Cheers Keego_and_Chil!

Heading down to Albany for a funeral with no time to spare for caching on the way down. So after finishing a night shift and hitting the road it was time to swap drivers. Oh look I just happened to pullover 5m from a cache. Suppose we better grab it lol. We made a quick find after a brief search and soon had our names on your log. We returned your cache back to its place of residence. Glad to nab another bush ranger, this is our only cache for our trip down. Hopefully more on the way home tomorrow. TFTC Keego_and_Chil.
Heading to Albany with axell33 and he's made it to here after doing a night shift, so time to swap drivers. And get a cache while we stop! Looking forward to more along here on the way home! Thanks for the cache and greetings from Baldivis.
Was staying in Boddington for a few days and came out and grabbed a few before tackling the lga series tftc keego and chill
Some great spiders here! On my way out of boddington after getting a start in the big series down there. TFTC
Heading out for the weekend with the geo-twins to hopefully grab a few Wheatbelt LGA’s.
After a brief pitstop I dashed across the road and found the cache the first place I looked.
Thanks Keego_and_Chil for placing this cache for me to find, this is find number 2003 for me.

Our caching day out today with ilook4geo did not include a lot of caches, as it was very hot and we were quite interested in finding some in shaded positions. This was an easily found cache, even though the area was very busy. The spiders had certainly been very busy here. Both names were noted in the log book and all was reattached as found before we moved on. Our thanks go to Keego_and_Chil for this cache placement.
It was really hot today but finding some caches made it better. No trouble finding this one with goingplaces2 as it could really only be located in one area. So it was a successful find. Log was signed and replaced. TFTC.
Day 1 of 2 with Geogypsy on our round trip to Perth to visit the family.
A lot of unique and fun caches along the way up SWH.

Found it. TFTC keego_and_chil. Travelling south so another chance to do a few more Bushranger series.
Had to think a bit. Nice to shake us out of complacency. Well done and thanks.
Originally found back on the 17/4/17 when the app wasn't so good a logging everything. Found our log in the log book. TFTC
Today we off to the Woolorama with 2Clueless. Gathered the troops early so we could get some caches on the way especially more of the bushranger series. All caches found easily and in okay conditions.tftc
pug002 found it 21/11/2017 on our last day before we leave tomorrow. TFTC Keego and Chil.
#12868. Day 17 of our WA holiday and today was moving day. Robmc and I headed across to the Albany Highway and did some more of the Bushranger Series before starting the LGA Series at the top of South Crossman Road. We picked up 17 Bushrangers and noted that there is much burning off happening along the roadside. I fear that many caches may end up getting burnt once more.
Thanks for more interesting information on some of our infamous, lawless characters from the past.
Thanks Keego_and_Chil

Day Seventeen of our holiday in Western Oz.
Bettyboo3747 and I departed Rockingham on our way to Quindanning. We did a few more Australian Bushrangers and some of the LGA series.
We started where we left off a couple of days ago at George Melville, and worked our way down to Martin Cash where we started the LGA series.
A lot of the first half dozen caches had current burning off (it was still smoking today), but luckily on the opposite side of the road. By the time we reached a cache on the eastern side of the road, the burning had finished (about 50 meters before!)
A nice collection of caches, hides, and information.
Thanks, Robmc.

Found it! We liked looking at all the big spiders taking up residence around it
On a mission to try and find 300 caches for the month so a nice drive to Williams via Albany Highway picking up a gang of Bush Rangers and a few others was the order of the day. A great day with 58 finds, 2 dnf's and one drive by as it was too tricky to pull off the road. A big thanks to the CO's involved and sorry for the mostly generic logs.
A bit of a different hide here but we found it.

Hi there Keego_and_Chil.
We found your cache **"Matthew Brady - Australian Bushranger"** at 2:14:00 PM today. (This makes our find count 15628).
We started the day off from Williams, our intention was to head north along the highway to reach "Civilisation" before turning back. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and learned a lot about early Australian criminal heroes along the way.
We found a wide variety of container types amongst our 37 caches (& 2 DNF's) today. Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

My Challenge cache for December was 'Hidden Dates' tracking the last one down on the 23/12. For January I am Hunting down numbers to complete a 300 finds in a month challenge cache. Yesterdays came mostly from the periodic table. But with the hot forecast today and plans this morning was unsure what today would bring.
I was chatting to PommieParkin2 this morning and said ' Where shall I cache to today in this heat?' The reply 'Park n grabs, I'll come'. So we decided to tackle the Australian Bushrangers series.
Starting just after Lunch from Jarrahdale, PommieParkin2 drove while I navigated the trip to Williams and back. We ended up finishing our afternoon adventure at around 7pm. The temperature made it into the 40s and so did our cache numbers most of them bushrangers with the odd extra thrown in now and again. Luckily for us though, most were nice and quick park and grabs before retreating back to the coolness of the air conditioned car. The bonus was no DNFs which we were proud of and a huge thank you to the COs and others for maintaining all the caches.
Find #8 and a different type of hide that didn't fool me. Nice and quick one that I had the perfect atribute for.

Spent the morning doing not much at all. Then hatched a last minute plan with Webbly WA to do some drivebys as it is a very warm day. It got warmer too! 41 degrees stil at 4p.m. Ended up with over 40 eventually & no DNFs! We were like a well oiled machine....
Not fair, I could not even see it let alone reach it.
thanks to my very tall navigator & to the CO.

Found Matthew Brady - Australian Bushranger. The 2nd favourite point goes to this cache because it is different from the other caches of the series before this one. TNLN SL TFTH Keego_and_Chil.
After recently returning back to Perth after my stay was cut short in Albany by a year it was finally time to return. Catching up with old friends, cache maintenance, FTF opportunities And more green dots to convert to smiles lead to a great reason to head back down the highway.
barnzy12 and I had both been planning trips back to Albany and soon realised we had picked the same weekend.(well that's they story the partners are getting)
The drive down was not the quickest due to the intense deviation needed to clear the map however very enjoyable never the less.
All caches were found and replaced in good condition. Thanks to the CO's for bringing me to the great locations that I got to see and drive past.
Happy hunting, Cravo10

Today was my trip from Albany back to Perth, marking the beginning of the end of my WA Goes Big 2016 Geocaching trip. A long drive made interesting (but also made much longer) by all of your cache hides.
Thanks for filling in the trip with this wonderful Bushranger series. TFTC.

I dared to head for the highway again this morning [:o]
Highways are the haunt of bushrangers
So I set about finding some of their hideouts
This first stop was an easy one !!
I didn't need to drive or walk across the highway after the drive from Boddington
A quick find here, and I held it up to admire it for a moment, before demanding the logbook to sign [:o)]
TFTC and info about another naughty colonial boy

Out today with xPertCach3r caching our way to Williams and back. The plan was to finish off the Bushrangers and grab anything else close to the highway.
We had a great day with 54 finds and 1 DNF. Most caches were found quite quickly, and the weather was perfect.
Thanks to all the COs for their caches.

Cached my way down to Williams and back this morning to rack up the numbers on some Australian Bushrangers plus a few others. 46 finds and 1 DNF not a bad mornings 'work' I reckon.
A quick find of the different hide style on this one. Some very large spiders close to GZ.
Keego_and_Chil I found your cache at 9:36am, this was the 25th of 46 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 2816. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Went out after work to introduce a couple of muggles to geocaching, picking up a few on the Albany Hwy between Bannister and North Bannister. This was the last cache we went to for the day. Lots of spiders around GZ. TFTC.
Have been meaning to do part of this series for some time now, so today was the day. Had an early start to the day and it was a relatively quiet day for traffic on the highway. Most were easy to locate, a few caused a bit of head scratching and a couple were spoilt by the rubbish left lying around close by to the caches. A bonus today was the most caches found in one day since I commenced caching in 2008. Still a sistema, but differently concealed this time.
Quick find here being very wary of this busy intersection. Very clever hide. SL TNLN thankyou for the cache
This hide was a little bit different to the others we have found in this series today! The coordinates were spot on! TFTC
Tftc found on a country night drive from mandurah, to williams and home via boddington! Lots of traffic but night made it easier to be more stealth like!!!
We are approaching our 1000th find, and have been wanting to attack the Bushranger Series. So as a joke (hint) I suggested to Hubby that we pull the seats out of the back of the Kia, pop in an air mattress and cache our way to Albany. Well Hubby accepted the challenge - we also put solar fairy lights in the back so we had light while camping. It was a fun, laugh a minute, challenging little three day trip. I am copying and pasting most of my logs, with a little special mention here and there.
Thankyou all for placing these caches, we had a ball and were taken to places we would never have gone.
