Nice easy find, didnt have a pen so couldnt sign the log but thanks for the hunt!
TFTC! Today was our last day staying at the Lucinda wanderers BIG4 and we decided to visit Cardwell up north about 40minutes. Beautiful beach town. On the way back we slipped through to get this cache and took a photo.My sisters name is Lucinda so she enjoyed this and we got a photo of her with the sign. Good hiding spot and easy on the way through!!
Back home in the UK one of my main caching buddies is Lucinda1904, so despite this being a short distance off the PCW A1, the detour had to be made. Additionally I Love Lucy was a popular tv show back in day when was young, late 1950's/early 1960's so another reason to stop by.Having visited and made a quick find what can you say about Lucinda other than it really is the end of the road!!An added bonus,although it did slow us down a little was having to stop for one of the sugar cane trains coming from Lucinda. Gets a favourite just because.

Found it together with our Dutch friends we met here in Lucinda! Easy park and grab. The jetty is impressive - worth looking into - amazing building! Tftc!

Tftc. Lovely area. Cache needs maintenance. I left a temporary container as the log was sitting in the rain.
Ground zero but no sign of the log anymore possibley blown away now so does need attention. Lovely little town though.. May come bk to have a peak at the markets.
Travelled from Rockhampton after the last log at this location 3 years ago only to find this one on the ground and ruined by the weather.
OMG not what I expected. After a quick search of GZ and thinking outside the box we located the cache. Not sure if its in correct location but we put it back where we found it. TFTC.
I can't find this and there was so many Mozzies I got bit 13 times and we think it taken or something but the jetty is so long and cool
Nice welcome sign to enter into this lovely quiet seaside town. Great two night stay here in the caravan park. More beach walking and fishing. Cache quickly found and returned. TFTC
Caching in the area we pick up a few caches along the way and this was one of them.

Apologies for the late log here (27.12.23) but I've had a busy time since getting back to the UK.A strange area, but a quick find here. I then went on to see some other local features, chat to a fisherman and his girlfriend, get some food and hunt for a spot to park and sleep... I Love Luci indeed.TNLN-TFTC!SP (UK) on an epic trek right around the world.

Like previous logs, I found 2 caches at different levels. One was so tiny I couldn’t get log sheet out. So I opted to sign the second one. Was hoping to stay in Lucinda for the weekend but it’s all booked out. Tftc
Found with easy. There are 2 caches but only 1 can be written on. Thanks for bringing us here to this little Town by the seaside.
This was a nice quick find. I was surprised to find not just one but two caches here. I am guessing one may have been the original.

Found after a short search with tassie expat. We were looking for an eclipse mint tin sized container but never mind, the coords were accurate and the log is in good condition. Thanks for placing it.
Visited this cache a while ago on the heels of digger51 and confirmed their report of a missing container. Returned here today equipped with the intention of doing a little community maintenance but hadn't checked the logs to see it had already been replaced. Thanks for the throw down.

Back 13 months after first attempt and the cache has been replaced, definitely not there on my first visit. Again here for a fishing trip and eye on a few of the caches offshore.

Day 21 of our adventure to Townsville Mega. Couldn't missed looking for this one, I had a dog called Lucy. Saw a gecko in the rail, stamped log and slipped into the rail. Thanks to RocketBabe.

Heading south but decided to take a detour to see what this saw all about.
a lot of gardening has been done and I suspect the last finder may have been correct. No way I was driving this far out of my way, saw a bison and fitted it into a rail.

3 years since I was in the area, nice to be able to change this one to a smiley - no green ants in the shrubbery blocking the way anymore, just a couple of geckos on the sign!

I was visiting Luci for a fishing trip with friends. I was at the location but no luck on cache. I did find a mostly destroyed gum container that could have been. The gardens at the GZ have been recently dug up and re planted also a cyclone went past a couple of weeks ago. Hope to get this next time.
Inevitably on a long trip when many geocaches are being found, some get missed. Unfortunately, at the time, this was one of them. So, although out of chronological order, I am logging them today for simplicity. So my apologies for the generic log and the out of date sequence.

During that time, we visited caches in Maryborough, Childers, Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Sarina, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville and Cairns, with other places in between like Proserpine, Home Hill, Ayr, Ingham to name just a few, with many wonderful single stop caches along the way.
Our party consisted of myself, hatzofff, grannysmith1947, and on occasion, youngoldfella.

Picked up when doing some night caching on way back to Tablelands. Wish it was daylight so we could see more of the country. Nice spot and TFTC
Read the past logs before, came mentally prepared and did the quickest park and grab in our geocaching career. Didnt give the mossies a chance. Dropped a new log book and a little sth for the junior cachers. TFTC
Very easy find on our way to Lucinda, what a lovely place. Had lunch in the park and a little walk along the beach. If you have time, do the little detour, it's worth it.
