After parking and looking at #4 we came here and wandered around in circles for quite a while, before reading the hint and only searching one area. It still took a while longer to actually find. The coordinates are not perfect, but it is hard getting accurate numbers in such an area (even our GPSr's jumped around a lot, so could not get any better ones).
Thanks for the search and cache!
Thanks for the search and cache!
This one took a while to find i was searching roughly the right spot but managed to over look it. TOMBI had a proper look and spied it. TFTC
The weather is very nice for a walk near water - sometime not nice smell but nothing stop me from cache. Signed the log. Thanks all7.
6681 Found today with the CO. She was doing maintance and I came for the ride. All were nice quick finds TFTC
We came back to this when we finished the run of caches. Our gps put us back in the same area. We found the fake plastic tube. However we now found the remains of cable ties and no tube, or magnetic. Not sure if this has been muggled. It was a pity that we were unable to complete all of them.
This cache had a 'substitute' which looked very much like a muggled cache ... but it wasn't the correct one. Thanks to previous logs we kept looking and found the itsy-bitsy container sooner than expected. The odours being emitted from the nearby pumping station had to be smelled to be believed. Although the lake area was beautiful we were pleased to depart after signing the log. TFTC, ALL7.
Fond a dark tube with no lid or log in the obvious place for a cache is this ment to be the cache might need fixing
Can't tell if dark tube that looked like the last ones in this series with no lid or log is the cache .
I had wanted to catch up with the older son, and as he was still working in Newcastle I headed a little bit south to grab a GeoDash at Lake Munmorah. So when I pulled up GSAK to see what other caches were close by I chose a couple of the ALL7 walk/cycle series. On the way to #3 I found an unlikely looking trig station "PW195". As I hadn't loaded #2 into the GPS I didn't realise until when I got home that I was also VERY close to #2.
As I was looking for #3 there was still a few muggles walking their dogs, and one couple stopped when they saw me with a clip board (and the recently graffitied building) and started talking about the school holidays.
It took a bit of persistence and patience to eventually find 'the sucker'. Yep that black tube was there, and I put back where it was initially - NOT THE CACHE.
Obviously the cache was not big enough to put a CSM into
Brought through for mileage: 12-12-12 Event, 2012 Olympic Cab, 3 Bros NSW, Auckland NZ'13, B 2 B Travel ingot, CII-35Z, CITO - Upper Swan and Beyond geocoin, GCookie EARTH Cache 10 year Celebration Coin, Hello Cocky TB, Iconic Bridges 2012, Kengu, Natalie's Dream, cache critters Baa, Neigh Neddy, and Oink, NZ Mega 13 signature, Oz Mega 2014 GCookie, Reef Check Geocoin, thank you - moliva, TransAustralia, and trackable shirts.

Reperio at 1325.
After attending the Katut event at sunrise today, I was headed home and decided to stop by this one along the way. After searching around for a few minutes, I noticed on the GPS that the last few logs were all DNF's, so I headed back to the car. Fortunately I looked at the most recent log on my phone and saw that the cahe had been replaced, so back I went with a renewed vigour, and eventually found it.
Gratias ALL7.

There was a dark tube lying on the ground with no lid.
Perhaps that was the container.

Good co-ordinates and we knew what we were looking for. My wife spotted this one first. The air was a bit fresher here
Thanks for the cache ALL7!

Found the cache while visiting family in the area - a lovely walk by the lake. TFTC.
This is a really nice walkway along the lakes edge. However, today the smell of rotting seaweed was overpowering, bringing back un-fond memories of migraine headaches from similar smells in my younger years. Totally Ghastly

I have managed to see the lake in all its guises as I have done this trail one a day. Today is at its prettiest.
Found it this time after a reference from another cacher walking the path. Found during a a business trip to the Tuggerah area. TFTC!

Thought I might finish this series of caches on the way to the shops. Been here before but had no luck. With a better search pattern, I soon had the CIH. SL TFTC

This one is I think a bit lower than what might have been intended. Of those in this series TaurusSix and I looked for this was the hardest to find.
Had us going around in circles for a little bit until we just stuck our head in and had a good look
Spent way to much time searching for this, gave up went and did #4 before returning in the end found a familiar container. SL TFTC
watch out for the bull ants they hurt

Having a break at the lake and a DNF on this one. Looked in most nooks and crannies as well as surroundings but could not locate.
Maybe on the next trip.
Maybe on the next trip.
Gave up on this one..... Spent too long looking and after doing what I think is a similar one down the track, couldn't find it anywhere, plus I had to get away from the sewage smell
We continued further along the pathway to locate this one, it took a few minutes and we had to look from just the right angle to spot the container. Thankfully the flowers here managed to mask the other smells while we were locating the cache.
Thanks again ALL7.
Thanks again ALL7.
Our second find on this track, it's a bit on the nose here so I was left to complete this one myself.
We were in town for a wedding, and with a bit of time up our sleeves we grabbed a few caches while out and about.
A nice series on a nice bike track we use to ride on when we lived in this neck of the woods.
Thanks ALL7 for the caches in the area.

I took far too long to spot this one, but eventually was just at the right angle to see it, quite a simple hide really, but effective. Thanks for the cache, but it was really smelly here today with the wind coming off the lake.
Another morning run of a series of caches and this is a great little series along the lake, all caches were located quickly, the only real issue we found that the stench in the lake is very ordinary in places but that being said we enjoyed the lot thanks all7 for your work.
Saw this series published this morning and being late starters we weren't expecting any FTF. A bit tricky hunting while holding ones nose. Applied an earlier logic here and came up with the goods. Sorry ALL7, Mr C broke your zip tie and we didn't have a spare with us. Thanks again.
