Too difficult to maintain as I've moved interstate and the thing keeps getting muggled!
DNF FOR TODAY, FREE MUGGERS AROUND,..
DEFINITELY SPOT, NO CACHE...
NOTICE ON LISTS WAS LOT DNFS...
DEFINITELY SPOT, NO CACHE...
NOTICE ON LISTS WAS LOT DNFS...
No luck for this one. Did not stay too long looking due to high muggles around.Buggerme
Didn't find this one today , we went out 7- 9 mts as suggested in other logs but still to no avail. A nice stop off and good play ground here.
There was no-one here today and we could not resist a look despite many previous DNFs. It was nowhere near GZ and a wider look in possible sites also came up blank.
In spite of the advised dodgy coords, the muggle factor and the nearby Dunnies, I decided to Doo a Dunny Doo !!
Oh Poop !!
Too many muggles
I know where the cache should be.
But couldn't see it, or even poke it out of a likely hidng spot.
So it must be buried deep in the Doo !!
Damn kids, you would think they would be at skool, or day care by age 2 instead of trying out the playground equipment with their parents ... who were not acting their age either
The muggles with the horse float full of floaties was the last straw !!
I'm outa here !!

Searched for this twice this morning. All up spent over an hour on it as co-ords were vague and no idea what size we were looking for. We found the other one after a real good search. So all bases covered and the day heating up we've given up
was about to give up on this as my gps was of no help at all
but reading previous logs I went and had a play in the ground and scratched a winner.
Thanx geniejoan

Thanx geniejoan
Found this one after some thoughtful analysis since the posted coordinates kept putting us in the middle of the road. Look for something out of place when following the hint. TFTC
Had to take my time as muggles were in the area but a good find on our way to Forster.
Thanks.
Thanks.
On an overnight trip to Dubbo for the Zoo with the Mighty Minions. Impromptu stop for fuel, and a nice quick find to help start the adventure for the weekend.
On a really early start to our trip to Dubbo zoo with the Gilmaster.we stopped to get fuel and decided to stretch our legs and look for a cache and were very happy to find this cache. Thanks genieJoan I enjoyed the location TNLN SL

This cache was totally exposed and not where my phone was indicating. Signed log, left where found but hidden TFTC geniejoan
Cache needs a writing tool, and I dropped my last one into a cache last week, so could not sign. It seems really visible, not covered at all, so owner might need to check and slightly relocate. I took the hint that the coords are about 7m out, they sure are!; must be accessed from the playground. TFTC!
It's definitely there. Safe and sound. I think the co ordinaries are about 8m out. That could be me though. Tftc
See the other log. Cache owner can feel free to edit my found log if they like. The DNF's are most likely caused by all the info being wrong.
On a road trip back home from the Warrumbungles with Juno.
No luck for us here this morning.
Cheers

This cache needs to be updated. It is a small not a micro, it is not magnetic and there is no way you could get it sitting on the concrete step. To find it you will need to access it from the playground side.
Stopped for a quick break and Lo and behold there was a cache right next door to where we had parked. Couldn't have planned it better if I tried.
Mr Shifter and Pesky! Geomonkey looked for this one while Mrs Shifter and Mrs Geomonkey located the other nearby cache. This one took a little bit of stretching to locate.
Thanks geniejoan.
Thanks geniejoan.
Found it ...or at least someones cache! Coords spot on with my phone but bigger than expected and not magnetic. Needed a pee stop, TFTC.
The co ords had me in the middle of the road but the hint is clear and specific. It seems to be gone again. Thanks anyway. Angus the great GeoWestie assisted by grey nomad carer Lis Brown on a journey from Shepparton Vic to Geelong Vic then Coolah and Port Stephens in NSW and back to Shepparton before going to Tasmania.
we attempted to find this one and were not sure how it would go but as we approached GZ a car and camper trailer had not long pulled up right next to GZ.
Lunch time on a public holiday not good time to look and we didn't have time to wait so it will wait till next time we pass through

We had a quick look for this one but there was a hive of muggle activity so we chose to move on
I'm not terribly fussed on ones hidden in leaf litter, especially when there's so much of it lying around. But after waiting for the muggles to leave, I was able to spend some time in the location I believed it to be (after GPS was telling me it was in the middle of the road-lol). Great park for it, and a nice stop on a long drive. NTNL SL TFTC
It looked like a bush turkey or two had been busy but it was only Angus88 having a good scratch . But we had excellent cover with the caravan and scratched some more till we found it; SL, TNLN, TFTC geniejoan
We camped within 100m of GZ, went three times, but no luck. What is 'obvious' to one person is obviously not necessarily obvious to another. With GZ indeed being in the middle of the road, the range us quite extensive. We turned over what seemed like an acre of mulch without luck. [green]After staying in Cresent Head for a few days we headed down the coast and then inland at Newcastle, stopping for an overnighter in Singleton. Today we continued on towards Dubbo, stopping for some late lunch at Dunedoo. I spent many happy school holidays here as a kid, staying with my Grandparents. It was wonderful to see the old town again after about 40yrs, still not much has changed. Lol. [/green]

[orange]Pretty easy find in the obvious spot, after working out that it was not in the middle of the road where my GPSr was telling me was GZ, LOL![/orange]

Mrs.K. and I had a quick search - There's just too many people coming and going - trucks motorhomes picnickers pulling up and taking off, We called it Muggle Zone...
will try again another day.
will try again another day.
Couldn't really search for this even though I tried on three different days this week. On Wednesay whilst en-route from Coona to Uarbry there was a grey nomad parked at GZ, on Thurday whilst en-route from Coolah to Dubbo there was a truck driver having lunch and today en-route from Dubbo to Merriwa there was a bike parked up having a pie. I will be back!
Darn. I went through their yesterday but as it was showing as disabled it didn't come up on the search when I looked for local caches. But I see it has been fixed up.
We carried out maintenance on this cache, found the original lid & cache notes.
Its now in an ovaltine container new log, some swaps & the original cache notes. Placed as per there hint.
Thanks geniejoan, hope this stays safe for some time.

*FTF* we got 10 clicks out of town before realizing this new cache in dunedoo existed. We turned around and went back hoping to find it first. We did end up finding it first. Well, most of it. Laying on the ground at GZ was a lid and geocaching description sheet. Cache has clearly been muggled. I signed the sheet as there was no log book, and I have placed what's left in the fork of a tree next to the irrigation pipe. Thanks for the cache and sorry about the bad news.
Cache was found but has been muggled. Only lid and geocaching sheet remain. Placed back at the foot of tree near irrigation pipe.
This has been muggled, which seems to be a repeated issue with caches in this town.
