As this cache has been out of action for too long and the cache owner has not responded or performed any maintenance, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to un-archive it.

I successfully found the man made architecture, but, despite checking every nook and cranny, couldn't find the cache.
Went back to were we found it.
And put it back and did not find it might of roll into river. [?]

We had a decent search and came up empty handed. A passing muggle stopped to chat; turned out she lived over the road. We had a good search but came up empty handed.
No luck for us this evening. Will have to come back at a less busy time maybe. Spotted someone in a window on the second story of the house across the street that seemed to be taking an interest too.
Parked within a few metres and thought this might take a while but was found very quickly. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
Log is falling to pieces and was hard to find somewhere to sign. This one needs some TLC. Found with debsnz
Today I rode my bicycle through Christchurch. I was able to discover many beautiful spots and find geochaches. Thank you to each of the owners for the hide geocaches.
Decided to look for this while one of the kiddos was playing cricket. A nice quick find.
A quick retrieval after some cyclist muggles had passed. I'd never noticed this entrance before, but the title of the cache conjured up memories of the Stoney River in Taranaki and GZ wasn't quite what I was expecting lol. TFTC
Being back in Christchurch for another week of work with a client, and after having checked in at the motel, I headed out for some fresh air and some caches in the nice sunny weather.
I am not quite sure I understood the hint, but I soon found the hide. A couple of kids playing on a trampoline at the neighboring house seemed not to care about what I was doing.
The log is in a sincere need of replacement, it almost falls to pieces when being extracted.

Standing at entrance-way discussing where we should look and a cyclist appeared from no-where and said over there and I hope it's still there as he kept on cycling. TFTC.
Hmm! Found today quite quickly, but last time I was out and about on my bike in this area I searched and searched (in the same place) but could not find at that time. Good to tick it off. TFTC.
A quick find today and a new park to explore. Geo-toddler loved the playground. TFTC.
Never knew about this entrance to the park. TFTC. Log was very crumpled and difficult to get out without tweezers (also quite full) so it might be time for a fresh log.
2/09/2014 8:31 am Find #3682 Each morning I kind of choose a different route to get where I'm going and this morning my drive brought me here. A sneaky hide that could have been a DNF. A log is running low on spare space so a new one would be ideal. I wasn't carrying a spare today so maybe the next finder can come prepared. Thanks -Zalin-.
The last one of my short wander. I was just locating the cache when a CityCare truck parked up above. And didn't move along. So I sauntered off into the darkness (It was 6:45pm) and filled in the log. And waited for him to depart. And waited some more. Ten minutes was up and I carefully walked along the stream to get the cache back into place without being spotted - then he drives off. Oh well, a nice evening stroll to get three smilies. Cheers
Easy find on our way to do some grocery shopping. The container was open, and I realised the reason for that when I signed the log and was trying to squeeze it back in - couldn't screw the top back on. Wasn't sure if I should have removed the old log. Instead, I put the top on as tightly as I could. TFTC!
Quick find, although the cache was less hidden than I was expecting and was a bit muddy. Gave it a wipe down and replaced in a stealthier spot. TFTC
Found on a stroll to use up time before Burgers & Beers!
Log is now full. TFTC

Onto this one pretty quick. Quick sign and replace then off to find the others in the park, TFTC.
After a long climbing day we were lazy and took the car to some more cache locations close to our home zone! This one was a nice and easy find. Many thanks for showing us around!
Headed out at lunch time to pick a couple large cardboard tubes for the Guinea Pigs to play in from Creative Junk. However found it was closed on Tuesdays so went in search of a couple of caches instead. Braved the 33 deg heat to grab this one. TNLN SL TFTC.
As it happened I parked at where I though the start of the park was. Then turned the gps on and found I hand parked 1 meter away from the GZ I grabbed my pen and in no time had the log signed. A Nice quick find. Tftc
Out for a bit of Geocaching on wet sunday evening, Graemey from the UK & Richbritty and after a bit of searching grabbed it.TFTC.Nice Hide
Quick and easy find yet again. Log full but someone has halepfully added some more paper. Will need a new log soon. Thanks for the hide.
'I' (3.5 yo cachlet) says "thank you for giving me the location of the cache by the river"
Great hidey hole!

A nice quick find due to the colour of the cache even though the GPS still said 11m at GZ. Thanks for the cache

That must be now cache number seven or eight in the park - but it is always good to see new caches places once one get archived. TFTC
5798. Driving past during the afternoon so stopped and made a quick find and sign before carrying on with our errands. Thanks for the cache. Rodney and Iris.
I went in one entrance and came out the other and was soon looking straight at where I thought the cache might be, and there it was. TFTC

Nice to know it wasn't just me! Today I arrived with very little time to search as I was on the way to work. Thankfully it took about 3 seconds to spot the cache container when I got to the GZ. Phew!
