Found on a big caching run around Gungahlin today. I tried to find this one years ago but without luck, and since then I've been procrastinating to return. But after finishing lunch today I decided to give it another go. It was spotted after a couple of minutes, nice hide! Although a little bit of it seems to be damaged, the log is still dry though! TFTC Mr & Mrs Spence!
A quick find at GZ today. Cache and log are in good condition.
Thanks, Mr & Mrs Spence.
Thanks, Mr & Mrs Spence.
Even leaving at stupid O’clock can’t stop me from Geocaching or better yet 4 Geo-events. Having to leave at 5am to arrive on time for the first event was difficult but worth it. This is because I received the ‘Lucky Door Prize’, which happens to be a new trackable for my collection. Before, during and after each event, I quickly ducked away to find a couple nearby caches. This was sometimes with people and other times without. It was all great fun and nice to see everyone again for the fun plus talking all things Geo. During the second event someone discovered that we were at GZ of another cache. IT’S STILL THERE! A bonus find for everyone. The 3rd event today was my 50th event, I have attended. A unique milestone which everyone congratulated me for. With the large gap between the third and fourth events, I checked into my motel, found a couple labs and mystery caches. I was at the last event for only a few minutes as I was meeting up with other friends (who don’t do Geocaching… yet) over the other side of the city. Afterwards, it was time to head back to the motel for sleep and getting ready for heading home tomorrow.
After the massive day yesterday, I decided on a slower day today. This included finding the GCA caches, near the National Museum of Australia. Yes, I did visit the museum which is the first time since 2016… I think. A lot has changed since then. After this, I headed just up the road to the Botanic Gardens to find the Labs around the area. Nice easy going and great fun. It was then time to head home. TB visit on all caches. I would like to thank all CO’s for the caches I found and for allowing them to bring enjoyment to the caching community. TFTC’s and TFTE’s
P.S. I am hosting two CITO’s before the end of the year. The first being: TAR and CITO #4 (GC9J99Z) on 29 November 2021. The second being: Boxing Day CITO #2 (GC9J9AX) on 26 December 2021. Hope to see you there!

It's impossible, I did not find it and I've been looking for a while now. It would be good if there were some hints or clues.
Found quite quickly by Isopeda and had the appropriate TOTT to get it out. All good with cache.

Thanks for hiding this cache Mr & Mrs Spence
Thanks for hiding this cache Mr & Mrs Spence
Found during our hiking group's antics today. Great location and was quickly found TFTC.
I have searched for this cache twice now. No idea where I am going wrong. I guess I need to keep trying
While it took a little time and patience I was able to retrieve the log for our 2699th cache and have set it back so it is hopefully easier for the next cacher. Tftc
Quick find however log was stuck in the bottom of the cache and therefore can’t be logged, can provide photo for wvidence of find. Tftc
Found with Sophiescout, log unretrievable as it was stuck at bottom of container, photo sent to CO as proof. TFTC
Find 235 for the tribe.
Out caching in the area and this one looked quite doable on the way home. Parked near the very nice golf course nearby which I once scored a round of 72 at - for 9 holes! Short walk to GZ. Took about 5 to 10 minutes but eventually found it.
Cache has come apart slightly but doesn't seem to have been a problem in terms of water damage or anything like that. Signed log and replaced as found.
Best guard style cache the tribe has found yet! Thanks for the cache!

I've seen these before so it was fairly easy to find. A bit harder to sign with all the traffic around. TFTC
Out after stuck at home all day.
I am not sure why I didn't find this last time. A container I know and expected. I am glad to trun this into a smile today.
Thank you Mr & Mrs Spence for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

Found with Countrykittykat and Nibletricecakes. I had looked for this one about 12 months ago and walked away without a smiley. NRC is a previous finder so was happy to point out the well disguised container that I really should have spotted the first time - I must have not been wearing my caching specs. TFTC
As we had seen other hides like this, we thought we could find easily, but it did take a little longer, interesting cache, tftc.
Found with Travelgran and this is my 300th find. A good feeling. Was tricky but have found one like this before. Did take a little while. TFTC
Nothing wrong with this cache... except for how long it took me to find it. Like other cachers before me, I (thought) I knew exactly what I was looking for.
Waiting for gaps in the traffic didn't help either, but eventually spotted the little guy.
I also had to retreat to the car to sign the log, as getting the small logbook out was tough without the proper TOTT.
One more note, is that this cache fills in a gap in my DT grid! TFTC!

While here we came in search of this cache which was found in good condition. Signed the log and returned to its hide'y hole. TFTH.
Out with *Throsbyonchurch* and *DustyJasperJet*. We came in search of this cache, signed the log and returned to its hide'y hole. TFTH.
Found -- 2:55 pm -- Thanks for bringing us to this location and Thanks for the hunt *Mr & Mrs Spence*.
**Cache Condition:** Good.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
**Trackables:** None seen in this cache today.
**The Cache**
An easy find but this one took far longer than it should have considering I have seen this style of hide a few times. With all our names signed we returned cache to its hide'y hole and moseyed back to the car. A pleasant place for a walk or ride. It sure has changed up around these parts to what it was a few years back.
**The Day**
OCW *Little Kitten* and *DustyJapserJet* we came to *Canberra* to the *Australian Institute Sport* where *Little Kitten* would be competing today. Afterward we headed off to find some caches before heading home. It sure is nice to tick off a few more *Canberra* caches considering it was a small haul.

Did not have a pen but what a good trick hide. Thought I won't find it but as soon as my eyes spotted it I was drawn to it haha.
It’s chilly as this night it took me and my friend a little bit we were going to ditch off and we saw something a bit odd
Last day of school holidays today. My youngest daughter and I spent most of the day geocaching before swimming lessons in the afternoon. On our way home, thanks Mr & Mrs Spence.
A 1.5/1.0 cache you would think makes for a quick find. So I stopped only having 5min. Not to be found. I think it might have moved so extended my search but still no luck.
F(H)ound It! #3171 @ 4:40 PM
The Ridgeopup is still on strict bed rest. So we put her bed in the back of the wench and went caching . Another caching outing with SpecimenX.
I have been here before without any luck, somehow I felt I was losing my mojo with this one. Today I returned with a previous finder who declared that it has suffered some major cache creep since she found it. Glad to finally nab this one.
Although I've seen it before, this style always makes me happy.
Thanks for the cache, Mr & Mrs Spence

Full logbook.

Nice! Enjoyed this one. We had a busy day of moving house so we came out here for a Macca's sundae only to discover their machine had over heated. Boohoo! No ice cream. So we dropped past here to find this cache for my daily streak (#238). I had tried a few months back at night and had no luck. This time, with the geoson, we took our time and looked carefully. This time I spotted something that although it looked like it belonged, it was actually the odd one out. Very sneaky indeed. To celebrate we drove to a different golden arches and enjoyed a lovely cold dessert. TFTC
Walked straight past this one the first couple of times. But got it easily on closer inspection out this way for another meeting at the YMCA. Good to knock over the daily nice and early. Tftc
I was passing through an unfamiliar part of the city when I got a sudden urge to find a cache. I pulled into a random parking lot and opened up the geocaching app to find that I was 65m from this one!
Fast find. TFTH

Expanded our search past the standard and soon cih. Tftc and different guard cache.
Found with teamashy. Took some searching to find the right place. Signed log and returned as found. TFTV
Out caching with thomo31 on our Last day in Canberra. After a a little search the cache was in hand. TFTC
Found with nissan 65 on a few days away caching Log signed and returned to its hiding place. Thankyou for the cache . Cache Replaced. Expand ur search
Spent ages and ages looking all along before finally finding by feel. The annoying thing was that the co-ordinates were spot on, it just should not have been so hard if I had trusted the GPS. (I snuck my initials on the side of the log about half way) TFTC.
I was out this way with a friend who'd already found this one. We parked nearby and walked to GZ and I started searching. After some fruitless minutes D decided to help, but couldn't quite remember what nor where. After a little more time we spotted the hide. As has been mentioned previously, the log is full. I managed to leave my mark sideways over some older logs. TFTC.
G'day,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as one that may need attention. I'm just posting to update you on what your requirements are as a cache owner as you may have forgotten or not been very clear on what you need to do.
The maintenance email you received would have highlighted what you need to do but [here](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=713) is a reminder.
- Maintenance: Visit your geocache, make any needed repairs, and post an “Owner Maintenance” log so the community knows it’s available to find. Consider updating the description, hint and/or the Difficulty/Terrain rating if it appears that geocachers are having trouble finding it. If your cache was fine, please indicate so with the "Owner Maintenance" as well. The "Owner Maintenance" log cancels out any existing "Needs Maintenance" attributes on the cache page.
- Disable: If you cannot check on your geocache within a reasonable amount of time, please disable your geocache listing. Once you perform maintenance, you can enable it and post an “Owner Maintenance” log.
- Archive: If you decide it is time for your geocache to be permanently retired, please archive the listing and retrieve all physical stages.
If you are not sure how to post any of these logs, then there is a great [help centre article](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=234) that you will want to have a read of. You will need to post an owner maintenance log once you have visited the cache and rectified any issues to clear the needs maintenance attribute on your cache.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Rgds,
Matt - Ministro.

DNF with shadowstorm1 and previous finder. My first ever DNF what a pity we had a 30 minute look and still no TFTC anyway!!
Searched with AddictedGamer and a previous finder, looked for a long time but couldnt find it, my first dnf.
Found where we think it was meant to be but have a feeling that the muggles got to it
Found with AngelG27 on a lazy Saturday afternoon. This was not a lazy find however, with all eyes having to be peeled to find this one. Phew. Thanks Mr & Mrs Spence, wherever you are now.
Cache 2581 on 10/6/17
Decided to head out with Bobl27 to grab a few caches north side and get a few numbers for June. We found a mix of trads and a few challenge caches for me - 10 from 10 searches which was satisfying indeed!
Second find of the afternoon at 1410. This one took some looking but eventually I noticed something from a short distance away that warranted another look. Sorry I did not have a spare log on me to replace the old one. Wrote our initials in the margins of another log. TFTC

Tuesday 9 May 2017 - a glorious crisp Autumn day with a brilliant blue sky, few clouds and no breeze while in the mid to high teens. After gym I decided to go out and about for a walk over 3 hrs around the Nicholls bushland for fresh air and I wasn't disappointed with some fabulous views. Found 7 from 7 caches.
A very clever micro well camoflaged and at GZ. It's all in the name. Took quite a while to find but it was there all the time. The log is FULL and needs replacement. If you come looking for this one you can you please consider bringing a new two sided log 1cm wide and approx 12cm long. I understand that the current CO are no longer caching or living local and it would be a shame for this cute, well located cache to be archived. TFTC Mr & Mrs Spence.

Thanks for the fun. LOG TOTALLY FULL

Found quickly with Aquilus1 as the rain started to drop a little. GZ was made out easier with the telltale sign of a lost pen right below the cache. Log is overflowing as previous finders have mentioned. Shame to loose this one to the archives. Tftc!!!
After a bit of a look the pen dty73 found on the ground narrowed the location of this one down! Such a shame it's not maintained, a good container and good parking close by but desperate for a new log it looks like may not come. TFTC.
Decided to duck up here for my daily find ... after having paddled my kayak over to an island in lake G earlier that day, and not found the cache there (I think I may have missed checking the one spot it might have been - lol)
TFTC - Parked nearby, walked along, found it, and headed home in time to dash out the door to a Landcare meeting just up the road
