Had a look in the big burnt out tree, but dnf. Had a scout around the area with no luck.
We found the burnt out tree, but alas, no cache.
We did however find this massive egg shell. So watch out for dinosaurs.

Well I went round and round in this clearing and I only saw one dead tree - but nothing in or on it. What a pity!

The log sheet is very old and falling apart. I only unrolled it enough to find a blank space to sign. Thanks for the cache
Yay, my 2nd find. The paper inside was slightly damp and was falling apart. Wrote on a bandaid packet that someone else had used and put inside.
One of my goals for 2021 is to find more caches in Ipswich, set out this morning to grab a few.
This one is still going strong
Thank you for hiding this geocache and keeping me entertained misssusan79

Out caching around the western suburbs of Brisbane - not an area where I have many finds. We had a very productive day finding nearly all the caches we had set down on the list.
Quick walk along the bikeway to an easy find. Thanks missusan79 for showing us around this area.

Picked this one for today’s, “first day back at work” cache, and decided to head directly to it over my lunch break.
I drove out, and soon discovered that the closest parking for it appears to be in the middle of the industrial area.
I took the path ~500m until I made it to GZ.
Initially my GPS had me in the wrong spot, but after searching for 5min I made it to the right location.
Interesting container, I like it!

A day of caching was planned, with Team Benders, to pick up caches that neither of us had found.
All caches found today by us were joint finds with Judy of Team Benders.
Our target for today was 30 caches but any number will do really.
(5 of 33 found for VC)
Quick find by Judy of Team Benders.
My compass wanted me 8 metres further in.
Made our marks & replaced as found.

Headed out with Vegan Cachers for a day of caching in nearby Ipswich and surrounds.
Headed to this one next.
Wandered along the path and then it was time to head into the bush.
I spotted something and it turned out to be the cache.
Signed the log and returned it to where we found it.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks misssusan79 All good with this cache

Continuing along the bikeway with coco_24 and trin_007. This one was not far off the path. My phone wanted me to keep going into the bushes but my geosenses were tingling as GZ looked a little suspicious. Coco_24 located this one. Cache is in good condition.

I saw this one on the map and thought it would be useful for a few of my lists so it was worth coming out this way to collect it as well as some others nearby. Nice quiet walk on a Sunday. An easy find using the description. TFTC
Once I found my bearings-- it was easier. TFTC!
Note: This was found by Neversaydi on the above date. NeverSayDi & E(: are combining accounts and are now TeamDIEL just consolidating. Thanks.
