Logs
There is no cache at posted co-ords. Several DNF's after a lack of maintenance on a "broken" cache.
This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
Arrived at GZ and then realised having read the previous logs that there were several dnf entries. Ah well maybe on my next visit to New Zealand!
Couldn't find a thing!! spent 10 mins trying everything, if it's there it's VERY clever.
Viewed from afar. New container required here as this one is lidless. Log surprisingly dry. TFTC!!!
#13017. Needed a few caches today to get up to 10+ for Sep 8. I took advantage of a sunny spell to hot foot it to GZ and sign the log. TFTC.
Very cold night!! I realised that this was the first day when I wore long sleeves this year... TFTC!!

Came out here after work with mum for a walk, and for some caches. Needed at least two, and this looked like a good option for then in a short span of time!
Easy peasy finds, though a very very chilly evening! Winter has definitely come in the last couple days!!
Consec caching day # 1295

Am at goalpost fence and nothing April 26th, 2016. Has anyone found this recently?
A nice day out for a ride, and finally getting around to a few Christchurch caches. Thanks.
Found by cellphone light at 10am after wood turning at Wigram. TFTC BMAC0625 but some TLC required as had been put face up and lid is missing. Will attach photo of log to needs maintenance.
This bike ride was full of innovative caches, thanks to those who placed and maintained them!
Another nice find on the cycle way. The motorway is very busy so have tried to hide as stealthy as possible
Mega trip to NZ with vipema, Veke68 and Katsukka, day 5. We found tons of caches and had a blast. We logged as TVVKFIN to save log books. Thanks for the fun and greetings from Finland.
Long time dream came true and we could visit New Zealand. NZ Mega was our maingoal and we had time to find others too. We travelled together with Veke68, Katsukka and tanjuli (+husband) and had great time. We used TVVK Fin (that is tanjuli, vipema, Veke68 and Katsukka) in mostly logbooks to save space.
Thanks for the cache.
Greetings from Finland.

Greetings from Finland.
Day #5 geocaching in NZ in good company (=tanjuli + husband, vipema, Veke68 & Katsukka = TVVK-FIN in the logbooks, most of the time), back in Christchurch & surroundings. Had a great time despite the rain and found a lot of caches + saw so many interesting/beautiful places.
Thank you!!!!
Thank you!!!!
Caching holiday in New Zealand with Tanjuli, Vipema and Katsukka continues and now again in Christchurch.
Rainy day but still we found lot of nice caches.
We logged only TVVK-FIN to save space in the logbook.
Thanks!!

Visiting Christchurch for the MEGA, and was staying another couple of days with friends, near Halswell
Borrowed one of their bikes and headed of for the Motorway cycle path and other caches on way back.
Weather wasn't the best, but didn't get past a heavy drizzle, which cleared up around mid day.
Thank yiou everone for you cache hideing. Have enjoyed my visit, managed some of the touristy things, inbetween caching TFTC
Wasn't able to do this one on first passs due to workers inthe new subdevision. However on return they were further away so was safe to retreive.

Had bought the bike up with me for the Mega, so thought I'd better give it a run! Thanks.
Out caching today with OrionJ with no particular plan. NIce quick grab with good coords..Thank you purdiepurdie for placing and maintaining this cache.
[green] A late start today - I had to pick up my car (all four cylinders working now, yay!) and catch up with a fellow cacher at Uni, so my second find was not till about 10:30. Despite that I still met my objective - 40 caches in one day, and all by bike! The highlight was the Back to the Future event and having a go on a hoverboard! (sort of)
Out with THE GREEN GECKOS, caching our way from an event in the city this morning through some of the suburbs and finishing at the evening event.
Almost thought that we were going to be right next to the workers on this one however it turned out that they were still a little way along, probably near the next. So got this one signed and moving on to see.

A brand new month seemed like as good a reason as any to go 'bikeocaching'. Today we also made a short video showing some of the fun we had. A great day out with the four of us all helping with the various finds we made.... Mostly eclipse containers, but one or two that brought genuine smiles to our faces too. We are really enjoying the cycle way and hope to knock the rest off before we leave CHCH at the end of the year.
Thought it about time to get on my bike to find unfound caches on this cycleway. Another easy find. TFTC
Quick and easy find while biking the cycleway. Just moved back to Christchurch and loving it
We have been slacking a bit this month so headed out for a bit of a walk and to start tackling the many caches placed along the motorway. Thanks!

I was on my way to do the Motorway series of caches today but ended up finding 36 caches on my 25 km walk. By now I was getting to the rythm of things and the cache details were starting to flow into each other.

Another quick find on my afternoon walk.

After missing my turn off on the Southern Motorway, I had to drive to the end and found myself at the start of the Southern Motorway cycle trail. What's a geocacher to do but to turn this episode into a caching opportunity and finish the remaining section of the geocache trail. With just one bar showing of my batteries' power, and no spares with me, no sun hat and no water bottle either, I was ill-prepared. But I was game to continue until either the batteries died, or the effects of the sun were too much. I can happily report that neither happened and was able to find all the caches on this section.
Looks like drainage could be a problem in the area, judging by the swale(s) seen from the bike trail here. TFTC.

Nearly at 600 caches!

Easy find. I have hardly seen anyone else along here today. Very quiet, but great for caching.
I walked slowly from the one just to the west while some people passed me, making this one a quick grab and sign on the spot. Unfortunately as sad as it sounds this whole series has made it on to my "too lazy to do" list, good to get it off that one and on to the found list! TFTC (1457)
Today I rode my bicycle through Christchurch. I was able to discover many beautiful spots and find geochaches. Thank you to each of the owners for the hide geocaches.
Hello Mrs and I got dropped off at one end of the motorwayy and walked to the other.
We had a great time - Thanks for the caches.

17th find along the cycleway between Curletts Road and Halswell Junction Road. Great walk with Moneydork TFTC
On the Second day down here for work so making a few cache pickups in the early hours of the morning before heading back to get ready for work. The best thing about caching at this time is the lack of muggles, however if you are wanting to sightsee then the views only extend to the end of your torch beam.
Managed a quick find and accompanied by a brisk walk in the chill morning air.
Thanks for the placement

Another quick stop on the track. The wind is going in the same direction which is good but not going to make for a nice ride back... TFTC
Spotted as we approached but only because we know to look out for 'something'. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
debsnz spotted this one as we approached, only because I was too busy trying to race. Found with debsnz

Out for an afternoon's ride. Quickly spotted but had to wait for muggles before grabbing and signing. TFTC.
