We looked for almost half an hour and came up empty handed. With other finders saying how easy it was I wonder if it is still in place or has been muggled.
Log book very wet as noted but managed to sign. No more rubber bands in sight.. TFTC
It was a great cache but it was a little but easy for us. Saw something and didn't rink it was right and then bang there it was. But good cache an byo pen!! Didn't get to write in it though
This was the last of 3 finds today after having lunch with a friend at a nearby cafe. I parked in the carpark and walked across the park to GZ. Although the rain had now eased there were only a few muggle dog walkers in the park as it was still quite chilly.
After a bit of a search of the undergrowth I spotted what I thought at first was a piece of junk. However, when I examined it more closely I found that it was the cache. The logbook was wet on the first and last couple of pages but I found a page further inside that was only slightly damp so I signed it at 3:50 pm. TNLN. I tried to dry the cache container but I'm not sure how it will go during the next downpour.
Thanks Haw0006 for the very unusual cache container and the nice hide in a very beautiful bushy park. [^]

When I arrived there were council workers in the area so I hung back while they finished up what they were doing. After a few minutes they had moved on and I was able to move in. Found the cache quite easily and was able to sign the log. The cache is still a bit damp , but not too bad.
Thanks again Haw0006 for a great cache.
Thanks again Haw0006 for a great cache.
After dropping youngest off at work I continued on with Lost Lochie for a cache walk. Found a very wet cache. The whole thing needs drying out. Signed the log and continued with the walk.
Thanks Haw0006 for the cache

As detailed in my found log - cache was soaking, ziplock bag is wet, cache container needs replacing.
Found this one as part of a caching streak of 21 caches where each cache was at least 1km apart. Signed log but didn't swap anything. Unfortunately this one has been damaged. The ziplock bag was soaked, cache container was mostly soaked, external container seems to have disappeared and logs were scattered nearby. I collected as much as I could, wrapped up the cache in as much protection as possible but this cache desparately needs maintenance.
Thanks for the cache Haw0006.
Thanks for the cache Haw0006.
Ahhh, this Cache brings back memories... Great location, nice park, some new equipment too. TFTC.
It was another monthly caching run with Biggles Bear, this time closer to home in the suburbs of Melbourne. This was an immediate find. Based on the cache name, I wondered if this was going to be an electronic gizmo, but then it all made sense when we found it.
Thanks to Haw0006 for the cache.
Thanks to Haw0006 for the cache.
Found 3:04:00 PM, in the company of Muzza, during our April caching day out
TNLN, thanks Haw0006.
TNLN, thanks Haw0006.
I had never heard of this sort of before....to be honest I was thinking more of transformers but I certainly knew of other brands of this type. I managed a quick find today (thanks to spot on co-ord's) and this took me back to my earlier days when we thought these things were compact. My how times have changed, TFTC Haw0006.
Found a few weeks ago on a night run with J.D.Rose and Closet Possum. It was about midnight so there was no one around and we found it fairly quickly. tftc I also had to use the last elastic band
Found this at 16:55 while out on a bike hunt this arvo. A quick find in a very nice bit of parkland and what an intriguing container.
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Haw0006.

We headed down to Bunbdoora with the intention of playing a different type of location based game.
There were a couple of geocaches that we wanted to find on the way and this was one of them.
The day was a little rainy when we arrived but soon we were able to dispense of the jackets.
This was a nice different container.
Thanks for placing this cool cache for us to find.

Found with Mum & Dad.
I had a great day looking for the caches and playing on the playgrounds.
Thanks for placing some interesting containers for us to find too.

For my 100th cache I selected this as it is not far from where I grew up, the land here was farm land filled with cows , the valley had a creek that you could find tadpoles. TFTC, superb container )
2nd find. Missed it on first visit as I wasn't sure what to look for. Was at the right spot and found it on second visit. Now know what the references to music and name of the site originate from!
While heading to the nearby Clark Rubber Store this was a quick detour and the cache was quickly located. TFTC
I wasn't planning to go caching today but when I found I had to take an unplanned trip I thought I would add a detour for a cache as well...after all, today was a hole in my Project 365 calendar and so it would be good to get it filled.
A scan of the map didn't reveal too many possibilities in this area (either I have found them or or I need some help with them...) but this one was still waiting for my visit. I parked my car in a side street and walked in about 200 metres to the cache. Although there were a number of muggles around, none were close enough to trouble my search. It didn't take long to spot something that looked a little out of place and, sure enough, the cache was hiding underneath.
Thanks Haw006 for this clever cache. I remember getting my first one of these about 37 years ago...and I think it is still lying around the house somewhere. Worth a Favourite point I think for the novel container.

I headed out with my two boys today for a day of caching around. We mainly cached in the north eastern suburbs through Ringwood to Bundoora, picking up a variety of cache hides and a number of puzzles I had solved that I could finally get out and find. We ended up with thirty finds for the day, including a 'nemesis' cache which I was happy to finally have found. The weather was perfect and the three of us had a great day.
A short search at GZ and the cache was soon found. Loved the cache and a fav for me. The boys raced off to the play equipment while I searched. Once the find was made I was off to hang out woith the boys for a while before we continued on our way.
Thanks Haw006.

Found this afternoon, happy to be able to turn this one into a find, after waiting out a number of walking muggles, made my way in to gz and circled around for bit before making an eventual find. Cache certainly had a good layer of camo on it, SL and replaced as found. TFTC Haw0006.
I must say the reference to rubber bands and battery compartment had me somewhat puzzled as I read the description, but all was made clear when the cache was found. Always something new and different in this game TFTC Haw0006
We circled around a few times before honing in on GZ. Now elastic bands make sense. Thanks Haw0006
After a search and look at the logs I decided it must be here. It was! but not your obvious hide. Thanks Haw0006.
Attempted this one this afternoon, it was busy in the park today being a weekend and some sun starting to break through. Had a brief search between muggle walkers around gz however I was unsuccessful, hopefully it is still there. Must say lovely park however for a stroll at least.
Once the GPS settled down soon had the cache in hand,
Unusual cache, just goes to show you are just limited by your imagination.
Well done TFTC

Found @ 12:15. Could not see this one with the extra camo on it. New what we were looking for, and then clearly seen it.

Great hide...thought i would do some caching today on my lonesome been way too long between finds for me.
We had an hour to kill so here we were back in the blooming broom. We cross-crossed until the the cache was finally in hand at 2:50pm. Good camo but rather transient so hope it lasts. TFTC
Found at 10.40am after a bit of searching
Nice park, had not been here before and so close to home.

My two year old was very unimpressed that I was poking about in the bushes and kept saying "mummy I'm stuck!". Thanks for a lovely walk in a lovely park.
As I pulled up I remember there used to be a cache here at the park,
obvious long gone now.
A lovely stroll down to the two caches here at the park.
I have never seen a cache like this one before, very cute,
thanks Haw0006 [:x]

With no obvious location for the cache it was a matter of setting up a search pattern, which soon came up trumps. The GPS said 4m which was not too bad. Thanks Haw0006.
Found with nirgalagrin... now I have my own account.

As we had to be up early to take their mother to work this morning, the girls and I decided that we may as well start our caching early. Besides, it's my birthday, so I get to choose the day's entertainment.
There were plenty of hides near playgrounds that I'd saved for the next run with the kids, so plenty to keep the girls entertained as well, plus a couple of fun walks in bushland and rainforest. Even their first encounters with leeches in the Dandenongs didn't dampen spirits, so we ended up with over twenty smileys and countless big grins at the scenery, fun containers, cool hides and the joy of the outdoors.
Well, Haw0006, you've brought us to another part of this park... And it's an excellent hide this time. How technology has changed...
Found by the elder daughter this time, so that's one apiece so far today. The little one recognized where we were, and wanted to hit the exercise equipment, but the promise of another playground changed her mind pretty quickly.
PIPPAESP, your GPSr must have been having a bad day, as the coordinates were well and truly accurate enough for our 2TF.

Found on a rather wild windy day with My caching mate Trailrunning, we were on the hunt for a couple of objects we needed to night and ended up just following the caches north before we finally headed back the other way. we found several caches tonight on our adventures. Thanks Haw0006 for the cache.
On a wet and very very windy night, I was out and about collecting caches with my good caching buddy Rebel Acts. While we had planned a route through Melbourne, our chase of two elusive trackables meant than we changed our plans half way through the run. A good number of caches were picked up, and this was one of them. The idea here was fun, but the camo needs better thought. Thanks for this cache.

FTF. After a rushed 7km ride from the HQ finally got to the cache site to expect a quick and easy find but after a fair bit of searching (15 minutes) with not finding the cache decided to ring the CO to find that he didn't answer, after about another 1-2 minutes after the call found the cache to find the log book empty. Don't know whether the original coordinates were out or my GPS wasn't having a good day. Thanks for the FTF Haw0006 and a Favorite Point from me. Thanks PIPPAESP
