Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".
So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.

Just before the bend. Is the bend halfway on our trail today? So that means we are 1/4 of our way into the path we are taking today. So many questions..,. Lucky most came back as smiles today. TFTC
Took abit longer to find this cache GPS was playing follow me up shit creek. Perseverance eventually paid off.

Wow thanks for the lovely walk this afternoon and into the evening really peaceful, and beautiful. Even more so with the fantastic caches!
Out with Crustyvarmint, juzzmagic and a muggle named Matt to finally tackle this trail. We brought the bikes and scooters along and couldn’t have asked for better weather conditions.
As I stayed on the track chatting with muggle Matt, the boys eventually found this cache.
Thanks BorisB&Natasha & Nut bear.

With so many caches in this series, I don’t remember each of them individually, so please accept this generic log.
Juzzmagic, Knight_shift and I met up at Engine House, before travelling downhill, to make pedalling easier. We only encountered one hill that needed to be climbed as we progressed, enjoying some lovely views of the properties we were passing.
A couple of fresh log sheets were left, where the existing ones were full.
We were lucky with the weather, as showers had been forecast, but it was ideal for our ride.
Thanks for this series, BorisB&Natasha & Nut bear.

Lovely little hide that didn’t take too long for us to find. Kids were playing on the field but we had plenty of cover. TFTC
The views near this cache are stunning overlooking the beautiful ocean and vineyards. Nice quick find. TFTC.
On a winter morning getting some caching in before the rain comes - wait is that rain on the way?? We better get a move on!!
Stopped for this one too while out on our walk today, it was a rather quick and easy found, retrieved, logged and returned so we could continue on our travels as we were starting to loose light. TFTC
Out for a walk this morning enjoying the nice weather, little chilly but perfect for walking. Out to complete the whole trail, thanks for placing all these caches!
Nice and quick find, onto the next one! Thanks for the interchange

Out on my own today enjoying this walk along with many others whilst looking for some clues. Nice easy find here. Loving your whole theme here. Thanks for the cache BorisB&Nastasha
Hmm, in plain sight so it says... We rummaged and searched around for 15 minutes but my eyes failed me on this occasion. Thanks for the hunt anyway.

Enjoying a couple days off from work as they continue to do works on my office I thought to myself why not go and finish the Redhill railtrail series as it had been a rather long time since I started it..... several years now at this point.
What a trip down memory lane this series is, having grown up exploring the red hill area as a kid I had a great time reveling in the nostalgia.

We are back . After enjoying doing half of the trail from the Red Hill end yesterday we have returned to complete it. Another great hide spotted easily.
Started this series and took a few days to complete the whole thing. Really enjoyed searching for some really clever caches and must say none of them were disappointing at all, such great ideas. Collected all the clues and found The Pines and was able to unlock the cache. Thanks to all the CO’s for placing and maintaining this series

Loved the simplicity of this one in plain sight. SL at 11.40am and so glad that the trail is a little easier in this section - no doubt it will be uphill when we back track to the GeoCruiser! #7342 TFTC BorisB&Natasha & Nut bear
Grabbed this in plain sight but hiding cache whilst out on an overcast day along the rail trail.
Thanks for the placement here!

#3976 We are down from NE Vic for the long weekend for a bit of caching fun on the Peninsula. Today we targeted the Red Hill series which has been on our wish list for a long time. We started from the Merricks end at 9:45am and finished up in Red Hill for lunch. A bewt walk on a bewt day completing a bewt GC series . A few muggles enjoying the trail today but it didn't interfere too much with completing the well hidden caches.
We steamed along this section of the trail with a bunch of nice quick finds. The main hold up is waiting for muggles to clear to make the pounce on the cache! TFTC.

Timely to escape the smoke and fire threats in the NE and catch up with some buddies in Somers AND get out on the MTB to explore the trail since it’s not really beach weather. A great series and so much care and thought has gone into creating lots of fun hides. TFTC series
Found at 12:12 PM GAFF1.
What a cool holder! I have seen them done before with 3D printers.
Thanks BorisB&Natasha

Trekking along the red hill rail trail for the first time with a local mazzystar. Easy find where gps indicated. TFTC
This one took a while needed to look back on activity log when jaamc_3335 spotted it great hide
This one had us stumped for a while! But with a bit of detective work and looking back through previous logs, we found it quickly!! Thanks for the tricky hide!!
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much!
Enjoying a walk along the trail on this clear Easter Saturday morning. This cache is the type I would like to put together for our next hide. Great stuff and TFTC
Down on the Peninsula for a week's holiday and finishing off the other half of the Red Hill Rail Trail today which had caught our eye due to the large number of favourites on some of the caches. This was the seventh cache for the day and a quick easy find. TFTC. and bringing us to this walking track.
After a very hot day yesterday, today promised to be a bit cooler so we decided to head out on the Red Hill power trail. We parked at Red Hill and set off with a packed lunch and lots of water which was a good thing as the return trip took 4 hours.
The caches are all great and a lot of thought and effort has gone in the the creation of this cache trail.
Thanks for the placement and maintenance of theses caches.

Took a while but read through the old logs and found it not where I thought it would be.
Had to wait for quite a few passing muggles before claiming this one.

Have had this series on my to do list for awhile now and finally this week I had the chance to tackle it.
Perfect weather and great caching companions made this a very enjoyable day, and the quality of hides was awesome.
Cheers for the cache and series.

What a lovely day to go for a bike ride. The sun was shining and the company was great. We headed out at midday after doing a bit of a car shuffle and rode mainly down hill for most of the way. We did encounter a big group of horse riders that we tried to stay in front of. Sometimes it worked. We all had a few laughs and we found them all
Thanks for placing the great series. It is always great fun when they are different hides.

We picked this cache up at 1:09pm.
SirJ-Oz and I have had this series of caches on 'the list' for a very long time, but due to a variety of things ranging from my hip to just being generally lazy, we haven't managed to come and collect them, until today. I was a little late, but we eventually got going and had a very pleasant day collecting this series and a number of other caches in the area.
Thanks for taking over and managing the cache and the series BorisB&Natasha.

Find #3764. Found @ 13:08 with LouiseAnn
The plan for today was to knock off the Red Hill Trail caches by bike, and grab some others along the way.
This one had me looking around in all the wrong places. It was LouiseAnn that made the find.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache BorisB&Natasha

Today i decided to do the Red Hill Express trail on bike.
I usually like to do these sorts of trails on Fridays when more people are at work but no luck this weekend.
A cold and windy day had me freezing the whole time.
This one took me ages to find and I was just starting to read previous logs when I looked up and saw it.
After replacing it some ladies came trotting past on their horses.
Thanks for the cache

Since moving from New Zealand I have been enjoying the area, exploring and finding caches.
So far I’ve knocked off 4 of the states. VIC, SA, NSW and A.C.T
No two areas are the same here and almost every place I go is stunning. The beauty of caching is that it takes you to so many places you would never usually find.
Thank you to all the cachers out there for hiding and maintaining their caches. Especially to those who put so much effort into creating unique and fun hides.
The caches I’ve found in Australia so far have for the most part all been in great condition. Keep up the good work.

Another day that both my wife and myself had off, so we decided to hit this series for the second time. Once again we under estimated the required time and skipped the last 6 caches to get to Red Hill for food. Unfortunately and disappointedly all the shops are closed at lunch on Tuesdays.
Quick drink break after finding cache. Must be peak hour on thus trail today, can't believe the number of people on it.
Thanks for the cache Shogun- and Bend Sinister

The needle had us at the spot but it would be about 7 metres away from where we first began hunting. Initially, we looked high and lower, as they all looked at likely spots but out of the 5 of us, nothing really stood out. I love this trial because you are never quite sure what it is exactly you are looking for, then I found it ...... oh ... with a smile, it's there. Yes it's a hunting game and we love it.
