Day 3 of our current caching adventure around Toowoomba.
The weather has been great and we were fortunate to have a lovely Cambooya couple offer to share their accommodation and culinary skills with us during our stay ... gotta love free camping with a house thrown in!
Farewells to great friends done and we were back on the road again.
Today will be a day of collecting random caches on our way home.
A pleasant walk out to GZ where the cache was quickly found.
Made our mark & replaced as found.
Quite good views from out here too!

We found the treasure on Christmas Day. Now we get to go home and open our presents. Very clever hide
Missed that one a couple times but looking harder I found it. Unable to write in log as I forgot my pen.
A short drive and a quick walk after doing the nearby Earthcache, hint makes perfect sense once you arrive at GZ.

Cache is compromised - found empty on the trail. Placed at the base of a tree for safe keeping.
I am surprised that I have not got this one earlier, been out for nearly 7 years. Oh well got it now, so all is good here

A trip to Toowoomba for the GIFF event was extended into an overnight stay with 2 days of caching shoehorned in. Day 1- an early start, before heading to Toowoomba via Kilcoy, Esk and Crows Nest.
A short walk to this one was rewarded with a quick find. Geez there is a view from just about everywhere on this part of the mountain!

Looked at every rock and hollow near GZ to no avail, as mentioned previous earthworks around GZ, will try again another day
