The tin is rusted and the log sodden. The people in the gardens are going to try and dry it out
Sadly, some of these plants seem to be no longer in the garden. Still, we had a lovely visit here - glad we came.
Searched for about 45 minutes in the drizzle yesterday and only found 2 of the required plants. Some online research overnight helped me to discover the rest, so came back this morning to a much nicer day and made the cache find, followed by a leisurely wander. Thanks for bringing me here and for the cache.
I started this a few years ago when picnicking with my daughter. She lived in Albion Park at the time, worked in Kiama, and had a boyfriend living at Bomaderry. Now she's married to the above mentioned lad, has 2 children and is living nearby. Living the dream.
I was able to find all the numbers needed for the last 3 digits (seconds) of each south and east coordinates from the plaques last visit and this one. I didn't need the rest. Sure there's no plant called "Wedding Bush" but if you find the one with a name related to weddings you've got it.
Had to take a break from learning CSS stuffs and needed to eat and stretch my legs so grabbed a bite to eat and headed here. I reallly enjoyed the walk around the garden again today. Shame its so windy, and I'm not used to this cold temperature. Haha. Such a beautiful spot. I wish I knew what the wiggly-leaved Xanth. species was. I couldn't see a name plate but it has grown well over the path border so it's probably under there somewhere. Haha.
Thanks for this cache and making us take a wander through the garden.
Sorry no fave points left at the moment otherwise I'd give you one for the idea, making us wander around and learn something about the plants here.

Couldn’t find all the numbers after a few hours so ended up looking for standard geo hiding spots. Found it with 2 minutes using this method. Shame about the missing numbers. Would have been fun to work out.
Such a beautiful garden to walk though! Some plants have moved apparently but luckily the gardeners gave us some clues! Enjoyed a play at the park with the kids after the find
Wow this was hard. Got there in the end with a clue from the gardener. Some of the plants are no longer there though, so this may need an update. Tftc
What a great place to visit. Once the staff realised what we were doing they were so helpful with the missing number. An amazing garden hidden away in an amazing part of our coast line.
Thanks for bringing us here and the cache

Staying in Berry for a few days and finding some of the many caches here and about.
We got so far with this one but had to enlist some help and also found out that a couple of signs are missing. Eventually got there and and did the signing.

So this was sooo hard to find. We almost gave up but had a little help from the lovely grounds keeper
Not attempted -- 2:20 pm -- Thanks for the hunt and Thanks for bringing us here to this location Marachup.
**The Cache**
Have been wanting to come here for so long. Arrived and then ummed and ahhed as to whether I should attempt this based on the weather. Decided to have a quick squizz. Found a couple of the plants I required but didn't want to do this in haste do decided to leave and I will return and enjoy this gorgeous place another time and give it the attention it deserves and complete with a nice picnic basket.
**The Day**
We had to make a trip to *Shoalhaven Heads* today as *Little Kitten* had progressed through the soccer ranks and was trialing for a position in the South Coast (Tablelands Region) Team to play in the championships in May at Lismore. Unfortunately she didn't make it which is ok. So we went to collect a couple of caches while in the area. Unfortunately being a wet day and the rain hovering for another downpour we had to be selective of the caches to aim for. OCW *Little Kitten* and *DustyJapserJet*.

Another afternoon out with nicolebr76gal for a Sunday of caching. Thanks for bringing us to such a pretty spot only 30 mins from home. TFTC
Afternoon caching before I head back to work tomorrow afternoon 3 weeks annual leave with natneli. Such a beautiful and tranquil place. TFTC
A small detour from our route to pick up this field puzzle. We soon got the hang of it but as usual made a mess of field maths and data entry. A recalibration and it was off to GZ to soon make the find and add our name to the log before re hiding. TFTC
What a lovely garden. Very well presented and maintained, with facilities as well. After finding the cache, we went across the road to the picnic area and got our stove out to organise a cuppa. A nice way of doing a mystery. Deserves a fav point. TFTC
So this was a nice bit of a walk around collecting the information and then making the find. TFTC

Found with sesblocker. This was worth the hour we spent here searching for numbers. We did laps and signed visitor book and Kaboom we started solving the puzzle.
Good coords and Nice hide so gets a favourite from us.

Really enjoyed this mystery cache and finding the cache but it took me a few hours.
Another day spent down in the Shoalhaven area. This time I visited North Nowra, Bomaderry, and Shoalhaven Heads. Made a good mark on the map - finding nearly all of the caches attempted today. Once again, I met up with Bonfire7 and we had a great day outdoors! Thank you to all the Cache Owners for an enjoyable day trip.
Notable mention: What a lovely park - clean, green, and well maintained! Great little pocket of nature for so many locals to enjoy. I liked the sandstone-carved lizard!

This is a bit embarrassing!
I got here in the mid-afternoon and discovered a marvellous arboretum. Unfortunately I also soon discovered that it's hard to enjoy an arboretum when looking for numbers to solve a cache, especially with no map to reassure me that I'd done a full circuit. After covering the whole area at least twice and finding less than half of my numbers, I decided to look at the hint. Having seen the hint I tried to decide whether I should try to solve it or the original puzzle. I decided to try for both and see what happened. Possibly over-ambitious...
Another time around and I still had insufficient data for either puzzle or hint. It was at this point that I realised that where I was seemed like the sort of spot where the cache might be. I had a look and it was, so I figured I may as well sign the log.
Job done, I went for another circuit and a bit, but by this stage it was getting dark and the shadows amongst the denser plants were getting very dark, and I had to give up. I fell one and a half (I found a hybrid but I suspect it's the right one anyway) plants short of the puzzle, and far enough short of the hint that I don't know what it means.
I spent almost two hours here. I didn't solve the coordinates. I didn't solve the hint. I only briefly searched for the cache. But I found the cache...

What a great park, the arrangement is excellent and the information about the greenery is wonderful.

In Kangaroo Valley for a week long holiday with the family. After taking a day off on Australia Day, today we went to Shoalhaven Heads. After wandering the beautiful and well maintained gardens, I completed the necessary calculations and made the find. A favourite for me, thanks Marachup.
An enjoyable walk around the garden collecting clues. We struggled to find all of them so resorted to using the provided guide. A hidden gem of a place that we would never have otherwise visited. TFTC!

Really great find. Took us a few attempts as I wrote down one of the numbers wrong which caused a few headaches, but made it even more sweet when we finally found it and realised we weren't going crazy.
Really fun the puzzle was a little confusing but understood it after a while had a great time
We found this geocache ages ago but totally forgot to log it! I loved this geo, it tricked us about 4 times! Lovely park in a laid back area!
Loved this park and met one of the fabulous caretakers who was very helpful in finding clues TFTC

Found on a trip to Nowra and surrounds with Steeba and The Rats. When The Rats suggested a day trip to the area, none of us could say no, there are quite a few caches that have popped up around here of late. We had a great day driving around collecting some fantastic caches.
A very, very enjoyable cache, and what a fantastic location. This find was probably the highlight of the afternoon for me, a favourite point well and truly awarded. I relaly loved wandering around here, Chip and Juno would have loved it too.
Cheers

I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate 15 years caching than with a few friends enjoying the game I love. Today I headed south with steeba and Hoojar as we endeavoured to find some caches in the Nowra district.
We really enjoyed this cache and in such a lovely well maintained park.
Thanks

I do like a native plant or two so was in heaven here- a fantastic spot and great park- what a beauty! It took us a little while to grab the clues but then we calculated the co-ords and found the cache- thanks!

Great hide thanks - while hubby and son attempted the clues mum and daughters had a womans look for it and found it pretty easily. TFTC
Found this without solving the puzzle. Absolutely beautiful peaceful location. Bring the aero guard. TFTC
#purpleelephant #blackpanther Found it, nice spot, besides the mozzies it was pleasant, first for 2015
It wasn't so easy to find all names and numbres but we were succesfull at the end. Thanks for showing us this intetesting place. #3766

After dropping Geoson at school I had a beautiful full day of spring geocaching ahead of me as I ambled down to Nowra for the Waratah 2014 GWSR Venturer Scout weekend.
What a pleasant little park. I enjoyed this little mystery cache and a walk around the gardens. After searching in the gardens I located something which made the search must easier.
An easy find at GZ.

Coordinates from puzzle led somewhere other than the final spot, fortunately the hint saved the day Thank you for showing us a truly beautiful area we didn't know existed My wonderful partner and I have been geocaching for a shade over two months now and have seen many new and fantastic spots. This is where we found our hundredth cache (a small milestone for us) and we couldn't be happier.
Solved the puzzle but co-ords had us looking in the wrong place, phone a friend had us right on top of it.

We started looking for plants then found a better way, so I solved the puzzle while MrsFish admired this excellent arboretum. GZ was a bit away from where the GPS pointed, but I just looked for places which would have a minimal impact on the grounds. I have many memories of this area, as my great aunt lived just up the road for some decades, and the house is still there, unchanged. She was a gardener, like us, and would have loved this garden. Thanks to Marachup for a good puzzle and bringing me back here.
A lovely day for a walk in the park!
Thanks Marachup, I knew this park was here but hadn't visited until now. A Favourite!

Geoson NationalSteel and I joined forces today to attempt the 6 cache types needed for "The Seven Souvenirs of August" The plan was to meet at RockHopper's event at South Nowra and then go to get a Letterbox Hybrid, a Mystery cache, an Earthcache and a multi, plus whatever traditionals we could pick up on the way.
The DNF at South Park put a major dent in our plans as that was the only mystery we had solved. We hunted through the list of nearby caches and this was the closest mystery which neither NationalSteel nor I had found. So, we headed from Nowra to Hyams beach via Shoalhaven Heads!
What a beautiful spot this is. Well worth the detour and well worth a favourite point. I found the information sheet so I could gather the necessary information and NationalSteel soon had the cache in hand.
Thanks Marachup for the cache and for bring us to this spot. We didn't have time to explore properly, but I will definitely be back.

Visited here with Gill & Tony as part of our mission to earn the "7 Souvenirs of August" in one day. After the event this morning we had DNFd the nearest unfound Mystery cache so had to rapidly re-think and this was the nearest mutually-unfound option. Fortunately it ended up being not too long a drive and once at GZ we had a quick explore and soon had the cache in hand. Really beautiful gardens here, very well maintained and well worth a more prolonged exploration on a day when we have more time. TFTC!
Loved the puzzle. beautiful park. Loads of mozzies. This will be such a beautiful place when trees and plants get established. TFTC
A surprise to find this lovely park after visiting Shoalhaven Heads on a regular basis. We found it after 2 attempts. After spending some time to work out the coordinates we returned later when no one else was around to search for the cache.
The gardens are beautiful and obviously well loved. The cache puzzle is a great idea, and we wandered around collecting the required information and enjoying the gardens. But we only got halfway, when Lucy decided to check something and spotted the cache! After completing the caching formalities, we then completed our loop of the gardens. Thanks Marachup for the cache

Today we had a Xmas lunch to attend in Bomaderry, then onto the treat factory in Berry to pick up a gift basket for a friend so we decided to detour via Shoalhaven Heads to check out this cache. What a nice surprise ! This is a lovely spot and so worthy of a cache. The puzzle took us all over the park (several times) before we found the required info. Then I managed to input the wrong numbers which took us across the road. We then used the hint to check where we went wrong. Finally (about 45 mins after we arrived) we were able to grab the cache and log our find. A beautiful spot that we would not have visited without caching - that's what I love about this game. SL TFTC Marachup !
An interesting find in 2 acts. Forstly this morning I went there and did the whole puzzle thing, only to find there is a shortcut, but I wasn't able to get to GZ as there was a gardener at wiork only meters away! Returned this afternoon on my way home from work only to find a waterfeature right at gz, working as well. Do I search for the cache and get wet or return? Well I was warm, the weather was still fine so I went for it, quickly found the cache and went to a safe dry spot to log it.

Just noticed that I missed logging this one. Found during a leisurely caching drive with J+J. I enjoyed the walk around this well planted garden and we soon had what we needed and made the find very inconspicuously. Fun multi rather than a puzzle. Nice spot. SL..TFTC
This is a great cache, will come back another time to see how the plants grow, it it's well cared for and the curious care taker even wanted to know what we were doing as he said we looked official with our writing booklet out, our Response was , just having fun. Fav point from me. TFTC
A botanical gem which would be relatively unknown to the majority of holiday makers & locals alike. The plants are certainly doing well. Had hoped to use the hint but too much to expect that a guide would be available. A pleasant walk around & after 45 minutes had the required info & made a rare FTF. There are flowers here that I would have said were exotics so surprised to see where they come from. Thanks Marachup for bringing this "Gem of a Location" as I wrote in the logbook to my attention.
Remiss of me - congratulations on such an outstanding cache for your first hide.
