Sorry about the delay caused... Cache is well gone. Thinking we might not replace it since this is the second time it's disappeared.
Had a bit of a look around this afternoon with no luck. Read previous logs. Suspected it to be under foliage. Note that there has very recently been new bar chip laid and lots of foliage cut back.
Not sure if this one is still here. About a thousand tons of wood chips have been dropped here recently and maybe the cache went as part of a cleanup
Sometimes they just seem to jump out at you. Took the two little guys out and this was just the right type of cache for them - fun but with the quick reward. Took a marbled blue stone, left a stretchy pink lizard. TFTC

Had to be stealthy on account of a worker sitting in a truck nearby with the engine running. Eventually he left and the cache was found at 2:50pm. I didn't wander around the park to hazard a guess at which was your sister's tree, although it could have been one of the large palms I could see from the cache.

After attending the Awards Event it was time to find some caches. Its was quite a day of mixed fortunes with 3 DNFs, a couple of mint tins and some rippers.

Grabbed a few hours sleep after night shift and just made it to the event with The Morris (well half of them) and BettyBoo3747. Grabbed a few caches around the area before depositing The Morris at her station.
We didn't guess which tree might be your sisters, but we did find the cache.
A nice park, but completely devoid of any dog-walking muggles today.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 5741. After attending the Vic. Cache of the Year Event, Robmc, The Morris and I continued to add some more smilies to our afternoon. This was one of 10 smilies and an unfortunate 3 DNF's for me today.
A quick find was made here but unfortunately the logs were saturated (no plastic bag). Put a new log sheet in (with plastic bag) and continued on our way. Didn't venture further into the park to seek a tree but did note the large palms near the portico.
Thanks NYCworldtrotter

We found this cache at 3:55pm as number 4 of 14 on our Darebin to Greensborough Caching Jaunt. "HA" made the find here. Thanks from D, HA and A B-A.
Found this one tonight after the caching event nearby. This one lead me on a bit of a merry goose chase but was found and signed in the end.
Thanks for the cache NYCworldtrotter.

Find #678
This cache appeared to be about in the mid distance of where I wanted to go riding today, so I stopped and made a fairly quick discovery.
Log and container are all nice and dry, but I do wonder how long that will last as the rainier times approach.
Thanks to NYCworldtrotter for the cache and the fun

We had gone to a nearby gig with sisso and after sitting in one place for far too long watching a lot of activity we all felt that we needed some too. This was the first of two post-gig caches. The co-ords on our GPSrs jumped around a bit and while 3 of us searched one side of the path, sisso2 sneakily searched the other side and found the well-hidden cache. We signed the log at 10:20 pm and then returned the cache to its hiding spot. TNLN.
Thanks NYCworldtrotter for the cache. It looked like a lovely park with some quite old palm trees and pin oaks but being dimly lit it was difficult to pick which one was your sister's tree.

Out late after music evening with Ladioactive. Coords were slightly out on our devices, however sisso2 sniffed it out on the other side.
We seemed to have lost our spidey senses for this one. Only found one likely spot and drew a blank. Kids loved the park, though. Will be back when inspiration strikes.
Nice easy find on 4/01/14 with jimmytherat. Love finding these little parks that you don't know exist & to see them full of families with dogs & kids on a sunny January day. Thanks
Nice park. Probably best to avoid the after school play time / dog walking brigade!

Not quite what i expected given the name of the cache!!! Very tricky though it would be obvious but alas I had to use my brain matter but soon had cache in hand on this lovely afternoon when park was full of little bike ridingmuggles. TFTC
My GPS directed me straight to the cache, but I didn't have a pen - so couldn't sign the log. Nice easy find.
On my way home from work I thought I could pick up these couple on the North side. Very nice park here and there were quite a few people taking advantage of the nice night for a picnic. Nice easy fnd
Thanks for the cache NYCworldtrotter

Great spot to stop. Enjoyed the park with the geokids. For the record the geokids won the piggy back race. Until next tome
A great little spot to visit on my last cache outing for the year.
Cheers NYCworldtrotter, thanks for bringing me here.

Parked right near GZ, waited for muggles, then made a quick find. Thanks NYCworldtrotter

I'd rolled through here recently, while the cache was missing, so figured I'd swing by on my way past this morning. This time, the search was brief and successful, if a tad damp in the drizzly conditions.
Another blank day covered. Thanks, NYCworldtrotter.

I needed to find a cache today, to tick the 22/11 off my find by day calendar, so we stopped off on the way home from work to pick up this cache. I only had my phone with me, rather than the GPS, I really don't know how all you phone caching people do it. I was getting no where. In the end I phone a previous finder, as I was tired, had had a really long week, and just wanted to find this cache and go home. With direction, the cache was found, I would never have found it otherwise, as it was well buried. The first shower of rain will make this cache completely unusable, as it is in no way water proof, of in a place that will prevent it from getting wet. I put a rock on top of it, so hopefully it will survive any of the upcoming predicted showers. Thanks for the cache NTCworldtrotter.
Came to Northcote for Orienteering tonight and out to get a cache or two.
Came here first and found that orienteering actually starts right here. Quick and inconspicuous search revealed the prize. I think your sisters tree is rather obvious and so have posted it's photo.

Nice find on Cup Day. Luckily the only muggles in the park were at the other end. TFTC and leading us to that nice park.
Have removed the cache and are going to put it back with better hiding place so I doesn't disappear again.
The wad of paper that I presume is the log book has become jammed in the container so I was unable to extract it. I had to leave my log on a piece of paper from my note book.
I was out with my good mate Rebel Acts for a caching run out west. At the start of the run Crazy! Nat Girl joined us for the late afternoon before she returned home for dinner. We ended up with over thirty caches for the run, and a few good puzzle finds. After searching for some time without success we resorted to a PAF, wich confirmed it was missing from teh first place we looked. Having a smiliar container, we replaced the cache as described and left. Thanks
Found with Trailrunning on another Monday caching adventure, we started in the Dandenongs then headed out West to pick up a few new ones.Called a previous finder who confirmed where it should have been but was not, we replaced the cache. Thanks NYCworldtrotter for the cache.
Looked in what appeared to be the likely two places with no luck. Maybe we are blind today!
I had to make a trip to Melbourne for some personal and family business, and was lucky enough to be able to make aroun 35 finds during my 4 days of travelling around both in and around the Melbourne area and up towards Tocumwal. Plenty to get and turn into smiley faces. Good to be able to return to the old stomping ground and get some finds. Thanks to all cache owners for hiding and maintaining their caches.

After missing out on the cache in the laneway I was very pleased to score an easy find of this cache on my ride home tonight. I stopped to let a few muggles pass and then made a quick recovery, signing and replacement. I've never been to this nice little park before so thanks to NYCworldtrotter for bringing me here.
The GPS was still warming up when I got here so took a bit of a look using the hint and soon found the cache. Also took a look at nearby trees but have no idea which was the one.
I'm not sure how I missed this for a FTF ! So close to home. A short dog walk from home this evening with Mrs Iamapom and Woody the Geo Dog. A few muggles doing laps, but a simple find and replace. Tftc
I'm not sure how I missed the notification for this one. Very close to home. In fact, dog walking distance. Oh well, missed the FTF, but lets take the dog for a walk !!
This was my last find while on the way home from the sport drop-off this morning. It was a nice easy one at 07:35 to, surprisingly, mark our 71st STF.
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks NYCworldtrotter.

So, I can't quite believe it but I think I got FTF on this one. I was at a friend's house nearby and thought I'd give it a shot - especially seeing as the alternative was heading home to do some work I'd brought home for the weekend. The park was buzzing with activity, a couple of birthday parties and a man practising tightrope walking amongst other things, so I had to pick my moment to go for it. Fortunately my first suspected hiding spot was correct, and I was utterly surprised to not find another name on the log. Perhaps everyone is having a day off today. So it was a quick sign and I was on my way. Thanks for the cache NYCworldtrotter, I'm not sure which tree your sister chose but I'm hoping it was one of the ones the tightrope walker had attached his rope to - they looked fun to climb.
