We spent most of yesterday afternoon lazing in the thermal pools at Moree, which seemed to do us some good, but was most relaxing at least.Today it was time to move on though as we traveled from Moree to Inverell via a longish stop in Warialda where we picked up a number of caches. Inverell is where Mrs SKI's long past relatives used to live. Its a grand old town, with lots of impressive buildings from past times that seemed to be well-loved and maintained. We enjoyed walking round town just admiring them although things were very quiet it being a Saturday afternoon.A few quality hides were found today so we look forward to exploring more tomorrow.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache 3 Lost Girls.**SKI Pair****
We are on our way to the Capital Geobash Canberra 2024. We didnt get to Warialda as soon as I expected yesterday as the detour to Kwiambah NP for took longer than Id planned for. Beautiful if challenging walk there (for me!) . So we are looking at the Yowie caches in Warialda this morning before heading for Silo Art in Barraba and Gunnedah and then caching to Quirindi today (we hope ).Its been raining, so weve opted for a drive around where we can. Thanks 3 Lost Girls for placing and maintaining this cache.
Driving through Warialda today after finding these group of caches, i thought it would be a nice place to stop and tick off a little caching trail. Be a good idea for a walk anyway!..
Thanks for all the caches along the trails, All appear to be in good condition unless otherwise specified.

Quick visit to Warialda and grabbing a few caches along the way. This one was a quick find. TFTC
Out for the day doing some Cacheing with @Smithiesoutbackgear and love these caches, super cute.
Cheers

Another nice quick find in this great little trail. Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
Before staying the night in Warialda decided to do this series but after finding my way to #1 then bush bashing to #2 was ready to give up before #3 but when it was found I then found an easier way to enjoy doing the rest. You have done a great job off rehabilitating the area with the well constructed caches. All well hidden and easy to find. Thanks 3 Lost Girls for putting this adventure together.
A quick find as expected for a power trail good to seee some swape in the containes of all the caches on this PT I attemped. TFTC.
We are staying overnight in Warialda. I am travelling with TBU2Uwe001 from the MEGA EASTER 2023 towards home, stopping for sightseeing and caches.
We found this cute cache (a fav point) and signed the log.

O)ne final quick find before we left town as the sun sank. Hopefully we can do the circuit when there's more time. Thanks 3 Lost Girls.
Last one of the series. Currently working at Goondiwindi. Thought I would come down here on the weekend to do this series.
Back in Warialda for a day, we were here a couple of years ago and didn’t have time to do the walks. Lovely warm day to complete the Koorilgur Nature Walk. All easy finds, tftc
On a trip away and travelling through Warialda we decided to spend a day caching to add to our travel experience. We found some great places and information during this process. Quite an easy find after a short search. Cache is in good condition. Signed and replaced. Thanks 3 LostGirls for placing the cache.
Thought we would stay in Warialda for a couple of nights, ride out the forecast wet weather, and grab some caching action on our way home to TAS after 10 weeks on the road. Today dawns an excellent day weatherwise, so we're out and about all day to bag some caches. This is another we logged after lunch. Parked quite close to GZ before using the powerline track to get close to others at the eastern end. Saw roo prints, and found a little macropod sheltering under a log. TFTC 3LG's
11130. Located by baby&Mrs gopher at 1205 on a visit to Warialda for the day. Now we are exploring the village and surrounds.SL Tnx 3 Lost Girls
The roads we meander, and explore, we meandered towards the Great Dividing Range, stopping off here to find a few geocaches
This one was a nice easy find
We are travelling homeward bound to Busselton from the Townsville Mega,
how lost can we get?
It’s been just over 3 months since the CacheQld mega and we have only just crossed the Qld/NSW Border, that’s still a long way to go to get home to WA
But the fun bit is, finding all these geocaches along the way.
No matter where we park our caravan for the night, it’s always an exciting day to see this great country through the eyes of the local geocachers.
Thanks to all the COs for showing us your favourite spots along the way.

Slowly making our way to Broken Hill and Silverton trying to avoid Covid and the localised flooding around the country.
We decided to head out and find some caches whilst staying at Warialda.

Thank you 3 Lost Girls for the nature walk. Despite the heat, the walk was amazing. Very glad I had a good supply of water.
The containers, logs etc all added to a great afternoon.
You definitely earned a fav point.

Our final cache for the day, and what a day! A big thanks to the 3 Lost Girls for creating these two series, when we're next back in town we intend to finish them off. We found this one, and then got chased by a couple of local dogs almost all the way back to the car - tftc!
Many thanks for bringing us on this trail 3 Lost Girls. It is unfortunately scorching hot. We ran into a man with an overseas accent near here and gave him a cold drink. He had none with him and had just walked from the Rotary Park cache area around the looped trail. In nearly 40 degree heat I’m surprised he was still standing. Cache found, log signed, and replaced as found.
Cheers and happy caching!

We ended up staying another night here so we could finish the caches in town. Nice easy to follow trail now. Found and log signed. Thanks for the effort in placing these caches. All finished and off to find more water. We enjoyed the walk.
Travelling from Cunnamulla QLD, stayed at the western end of town rest area overnight. Interesting walk, quite sandy in parts and the caches well thought out, like the dinosaur theme. Tftc. Didn’t c a yowie.
Hi there 3 Lost Girls.
We found your cache **"Koorilgur Nature Walk 8"** today. (This makes our find count 19458).
Today we cached around Warialda. The aim of the day was to cache along roads we haven't traveled on since we became full time grey nomads. Once we've done that we can draw another line on our wall map).
We found 15 caches today (DNF'd 0) .We thoroughly enjoyed our cache raid. Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels. Thanks also for not placing a mint tin or a 200ml Sistema here. It made us feel really good to find this "special" cache here.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

#1852 - On our way to the OzGeoMuster down south we want to pick up some caches along the way.
We thought it would be cool enough for an early morning walk, but my idea of cool was slightly different from reality! An interesting walk though. Copying and pasting only as too busy to do more while 'on the road'.

Dutchie1950 and I are taking a slow scenic route to the OzGeoMuster in Morisset. We both have a goal we'd like to hit before the mega so we're caching as we go (ok, we'd be caching anyway!) We had decided yesterday that we'd do this nature walk series before continuing on our way south. An early morning start made it a pleasant walk - at the start anyway!
While camping at Warialda with Geodog Scruffy ...
We just had to go out and find a few caches ..

After finishing work i had time to spare. So what else is there to do except go for a walk in temperatures pushing 40 degrees and find some caches. I did this series and found all but one of them. TFTC and the series.
Found at 3:48 PM GAFF1 at a distance of 10 metres.
Another new log book and nothing has been mentioned in the cache page about cache maintenance?
Thanks 3 Lost Girls.

#3 of 15 finds this afternoon. A great walk through the bush! Started from the caravan park, walked to the Salesyard Rest Area then headed to the bush. Thanks for this wonderful series which enticed us to Warialda for the football tonight.
Unfortunately this cache is in poor condition. The lid has completely disintegrated so someone has turned it upside down to protect the contents.
After signing duties were completed the cache was returned to its hidey hole. TFTC TNLN SL

Three of us walked the trail from Rotary Park and enjoyed each and every unique hide with its own theme at GZ.
Great day to be out .
Plenty of bird life but no Yowies .
Many thanks 3 lost girls .

Nice species. Cache lid is brittle and broken and log book is wet. Signed anyway. Tftc
Day two of our five day geocaching trip to Canberra for Easter. Today we cached Inverell and Warialda.
We had been eyeing off this trail for quite a while, wondering what it would bring. Nice walk, it turned out. All the caches except one were in place and OK. All good here.
Found at 6.25pm on 21st March 2016. TFTC.

Found today while out and about around Warialda. Decided to take the Koorilgur Nature Walk, and pick up a few Yowies as well. Checked out all the "flora and fauna" as we cached.
Thanks to three lost girls, we had a great afternoon, and achieved our target of getting to a 400 cache milestone. Left a soccer ball whistle
Wombat the Anthus laptop Geocoin visited, as did Runciple's Grasshopper, a tassie trekkers pathtag, a sweet - sour pathtag, a grannysmith path tag, a bug from Nederlands Eusden, geo achievement 500 caches award, and an f14 Tomcat oh, and a bundle of keyrings that I have collected since caching in WA in August 2013 (current count is 23)

QLD Mega trip 2015 with Sol de Lune. On this almost 400km road trip we drove from Canberra to Stanthorpe caching in all the towns along the way with mostly great success. Around the Mega there were heaps of caches to be done including a few power trails. Despite the weather we got all of the planned caches done.
Day thirteen and it was time to head home. We drove from Stanthorpe to Moree via Warialda. Most of the caching was at Warialda, including the highlight, the walk around the reserve. There were a few other fun ones during the day as well. Thanks.

A neat little walk that we decided to do after lunch in town. Enjoyed finding the caches and seeing what decorations awaited us. All caches were found ok.

Another perfect Autumn day for caching around Warialda and the Nature Walk.
Not many muggles around and mostly quick finds.
Not so easy again, and about 5m away from my GZ.
Cheers from down South at Wagga Wagga in the Riverina.

It was a hot Autumn morning that began at 4 degrees according to some farmers I was talking to. A pleasant wander around in the bush with only one DNF. Thanks
The flora and mostly extinct fauna on me Warialda walk today have been fun to find
The fun continued on me hot and sweaty trudge back to towne
I have forgotten how bad humidity feels since leaving Brisbane over a couple of years ago and wandering the drier bits of OZ
Number 8 was another easy find
The coords are a bit out, but wander around and you should find this wayward shrub
