Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".
So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.

Lots of success here today. Lots of smiles and sunshine too. Love being out n about.
My notes for this cache say go with your instincts and not the GPS, lol. Grabbing hold of the cache took extra concentration.

Thanks for the cache. A quick find in the first place we looked.
Out with Crustyvarmint, juzzmagic and muggle Matt, we found some awesome caches that certainly kept us on our toes.
This was a nice quick find, thanks to great coords.
Cheers BorisB&Natasha and Nut bear for a wonderful series.

Another find. But we will have to call it quits. Its getting to late. Very good spot. great post. U need tiny fingers ️️️
With an event on Elephant Rock that look amazing a crew of Neville_devil, AusFox;, Dromaniax and Donutholes was arranged for an early morning ferry ride and a day loaded with caches. Key caches were targeted for their D/T ratings and other because of the degrees from home for other challenges. Then there was also some unloved that was begging as well. All up it was a fantastic day with great mates with caching providing a good excuse to be out and about.
AusFox and Donutholes had to head home early so they caught the ferry back while we continued on a long day caching our way back home by car around the bay.
The D/T of 2/2 was very attractive for Dromaniax are working on a challenge that requires that D/T.
thank you BorisB&Natasha & Nut bear for this series

It was a very early start as team NADDS headed off for a caching expedition on the Morning Peninsula. Team NADDS consists of neville_devil, AusFox;, Donutholes, Dromaniax and Sims_family. Go NADDS. We had put together a list of caches we wanted to target, and we were also happy to pick up other caches along the trail. We were blessed with stunning weather, and it is always great fun to cache with a group of mates. We caught the first ferry across and picked up an Adventure Lab, and then started to work along the East Coast.
Mr Dromaniax has been working on 2/2 caches for a Challenge and here we found a lovely cluster of 2/2 caches, we suspect that they are 2/2 caches because this used to be the habitat of Tchoo Tchoo Trains.
The cache was in excellent condition. Thank you for this cache BorisB&Natasha & Nut bear.

Took us a little longer to find it but we got there in the end, signed and on to the next
Happy New Year
Last January we spent two days working on this trail, one from each end. After those two outings we still had three to complete in the middle. As it was very hot today, a shady Red Hill trail felt like a good option, so we started in the middle and made our way to the start of the trail and back, collecting the three unfound caches along the way. It really is a fabulous trail.
This was our second of the three for today. Again the geo senses were in fine form as we spotted it straight away. Really great camo here again that has stood the test of time.
Thanks for another great cache and this great trail.

Found after a small search, well hidden and creative camo, almost missed it, thanks for the cache
Between staying with a friend on the peninsular and the home i was able to spend some tome walking part of this rail trail on a pleasant day Last one for today. TFTC BorisB&Natasha
Out on my own today enjoying this walk along with many others whilst looking for some clues. Excellent hide. It gets a fav from me. Loving your whole theme here. Thanks for the cache BorisB&Nastasha
Started this series and took a few days to complete the whole thing. Really enjoyed searching for some really clever caches and must say none of them were disappointing at all, such great ideas. Collected all the clues and found The Pines and was able to unlock the cache. Thanks to all the CO’s for placing and maintaining this series

Loving the variety of containers in this series, always keeps us guessing as to what we might find next. SL at 10.04am #7333 TFTC BorisB&Natasha & Nut bear
At this point the hints started dropping off, and the caches started getting a little harder!
Not that this deterred us however.

#3981 We are down from NE Vic for the long weekend for a bit of caching fun on the Peninsula. Today we targeted the Red Hill series which has been on our wish list for a long time. We started from the Merricks end at 9:45am and finished up in Red Hill for lunch. A bewt walk on a bewt day completing a bewt GC series . A few muggles enjoying the trail today but it didn't interfere too much with completing the well hidden caches.
Made a Bee line for the V line cache and spotted the little blighter quickly on arrival . In true V line style we were about half an hour late to this cache find after being held up by muggles a few hides back to talk about puppys . TFTC

Trying to look inconspicuous as a guy worked in the paddock right next to the cache... luckily it wasn’t too difficult to find. TFTC
Timely to escape the smoke and fire threats in the NE and catch up with some buddies in Somers AND get out on the MTB to explore the trail since it’s not really beach weather. A great series and so much care and thought has gone into creating lots of fun hides. TFTC series
Out to complete another section of this series. Very popular track with bike, horses and walkers.
Found at 11:46 AM GAFF1.
Darn - I knew I should have gone to that spot straight away, which was the spot where the cache was hidden [B)] Instead I followed the GPSr on a bit of a circuit.
Thanks BorisB&Natasha

Thanks, a cute cache.

Thank you so much!
Thank you so much!
Out on the rail trail with geo husband on this beautiful Easter Saturday morning. Enjoying the walk and variety of caches. A quick find here. TFTC
Down on the Peninsula for a week's holiday and doing some random caches while we do the tourist thing. We decided to finish the first half of the Red Hill Rail Trail which had caught our eye due to the large number of favourites on some of the caches. This was the ninth cache for the day and initially Mr Pooky went straight to the obvious spot without luck. We then made an extensive search of the area and Mr Pooky returned to the spot he first looked at and bingo he had the cache in hand. Didn't look thoroughly enough initially. TFTC. and bringing us to this walking track.
After a very hot day yesterday, today promised to be a bit cooler so we decided to head out on the Red Hill power trail. We parked at Red Hill and set off with a packed lunch and lots of water which was a good thing as the return trip took 4 hours.
The caches are all great and a lot of thought and effort has gone in the the creation of this cache trail.
Thanks for the placement and maintenance of theses caches.

Have had this series on my to do list for awhile now and finally this week I had the chance to tackle it.
Perfect weather and great caching companions made this a very enjoyable day, and the quality of hides was awesome.
Cheers for the cache and series.

What a lovely day to go for a bike ride. The sun was shining and the company was great. We headed out at midday after doing a bit of a car shuffle and rode mainly down hill for most of the way. We did encounter a big group of horse riders that we tried to stay in front of. Sometimes it worked. We all had a few laughs and we found them all
Thanks for placing the great series. It is always great fun when they are different hides.

We picked this cache up at 12:30pm. I spotted some pretty flowers at this cache
SirJ-Oz and I have had this series of caches on 'the list' for a very long time, but due to a variety of things ranging from my hip to just being generally lazy, we haven't managed to come and collect them, until today. I was a little late, but we eventually got going and had a very pleasant day collecting this series and a number of other caches in the area.
Thanks for taking over and managing the cache and the series BorisB&Natasha.

The plan for today was to knock off the Red Hill Trail caches by bike, and grab some others along the way.
This one didn't seem to be where it was supposed to be as it was on top, so we replaced it better to match the surrounds.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache BorisB&Natasha

Today i decided to do the Red Hill Express trail on bike.
I usually like to do these sorts of trails on Fridays when more people are at work but no luck this weekend.
A cold and windy day had me freezing the whole time.
Overthought this one. Had me walking in circles, poking and prodding before finally reverting to the obvious spot.
Thanks for the cache

Since moving from New Zealand I have been enjoying the area, exploring and finding caches.
So far I’ve knocked off 4 of the states. VIC, SA, NSW and A.C.T
No two areas are the same here and almost every place I go is stunning. The beauty of caching is that it takes you to so many places you would never usually find.
Thank you to all the cachers out there for hiding and maintaining their caches. Especially to those who put so much effort into creating unique and fun hides.
The caches I’ve found in Australia so far have for the most part all been in great condition. Keep up the good work.

Another day that both my wife and myself had off, so we decided to hit this series for the second time. Once again we under estimated the required time and skipped the last 6 caches to get to Red Hill for food. Unfortunately and disappointedly all the shops are closed at lunch on Tuesdays.
Wife called this one as we were approaching, and it was then a nice quick find
Thanks for the cache Boris B, Natasha & Nut bear
