Appears to have gone awol. Will replace, as this will the only little punk left for now
Found open on ground nearby, put back together and placed where i figured it was before! Owner might want to check location tftc
Nice place for a visit and a quick find. Excellent hint really helped. I agree that the coords are a bit out: try 825, 590. TFTC.
All a bit wet to use this like paper today - but I like the idea! last cache for the day - cold and wet, and time to go eat some lunch and be a bum and watch the cricket... assumming it starts...
Only peeling is this tree because this NZ summer has not made me peel yet lol. Muggles out watching the cricket...totally not interested in us.
#614 - found on a cache trip over to Hamilton with my caching buddies. Really interesting tree, nice little park here too, Thanks 4 bringing us here. Tftc
Lots of pruning going on next to the tree but it is fine. Nice sneaky but easy to find hiding spot. A few muggles enjoying the lovely park.
17/07/16 14:35 Easy find, thanks. I can see why forest fires occur in forests of these... Was tempted to take some myself but I like leaving nature be.... Cheers, GC.
After having already dnfed 2 out of 3 caches so far, I was getting annoyed that this was about to become number 3. About to give up then tried one more pass and this time got it! Yes!!! Cool hide, I love the hint too. Even though I was in the right spot it still took me quite a few minutes to find it. TFTC
The only glue we got was finding a name on the ground , it took us quite a while . But it was a great experience
It was fun finding out what make up was made out of, a bit tricky but we found our way in the end
Could see from across the drive. Very easy. Great idea with the bark. Covered it up so not so obvious to muggles as lots around.
Thought we knew what we were looking for from the clue, but put too much trust in my inaccurate phone GPS. Stepped back and immediately saw what we had been expecting to find. TFTC
Found it with Moose, I blame his directions for why it took so long. I love the concept of the cache and I covered it a little more than it was to hopefully save it from being muggled.
Found it! Nothing in there but "paper"...a book or something might be good - time for a check? But nice first find for my 6 year old nephew. Thanks for the cache
Not hidden very well, can see from quite far away, lots of muggle children. Tytfc!
Master Seth and I went on an expotition this weekend to Hamilton . . . . . I wanted to cache this weekend and collect a few smilies for some solved puzzles so we stayed overnight and went to the Hot Air Balloon night glow (however it rained and they deflated the balloons as quick as they inflated ) we got to see the fireworks though. A quick find by us today as we grabbed a few as we headed home to Auckland . . . TFTC
Had the morning off work to attend an event nearby, but didn't need to be there until almost 10am, so I did what any normal person would do - I set about locating as many nearby caches as I could without being late to the event!
With still quite a bit of time up my sleeve, I thought I'd hit up the caches in this park and see if I could get all 3. This was possibly the easiest find I have ever had, due to the fact that it was not hidden in anyway, just sitting out in the open. SL. TNLN. Replaced cache and covered slightly to prevent it being muggled. TFTC!

#11 Had a wander around, no luck but knew what the clue meant, then on the way back "bingo". Found it.
#9 Went wrong way at first then right place. -bubble gum +mini shops hokey pokey ice cream
Lots of muggles around today, playing cricket, so had to be very sneaky.
The clue meant we knew exactly where to look, so was in & out very quickly.
We squeezed our name in but it may need a bit more paper soon.
Thanks for setting this up hill149c

no problems with this dot day find, once the couple walking their dog had passed. Someones taking note of your suggestion and have used some bark for the notepad haha. TFTC.
On a side note, my torch was flat and I used the nearby streetlight, and think I overwrote someones date of their log, sorry!

Loved the hint and the logbook! Didn't have a pen sadly but worthwhile even just for the trip tftc!
We were over at this park in the weekend playing in the 5-a-side soccer tournament but didn't think to take the GPS with us. We wend back today as my son was home sick with a cold but did not stop him from caching. Found this quite easily. TFTC.
Time for another trip over the hill from Tauranga
This cache was found quickly and in good condition at the obvious spot. I've even brought some of this camo home for my own caching project
Cheers hill149c
