Unfortunately, I cannot see any information that indicates that steps have been taken to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement. Therefore as advised previously, the cache is being de-listed (Archived) to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
The [**Geocache Maintenance guideline**](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) explains what needs to happen with a Disable cache.
Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center article [**here**](http://support.groundspeak.com//index.php?pg=kb.page&id=70).
If you wish to contact me please send an email via my profile - [**Bunjil**,](https://coord.info/PR9GZ0K) and quote the cache name and GC number.

Checked this out a little while ago and have noticed plenty of DNF's since. Think it need Owner intervention or checking
--------
###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I've noticed this cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance)
It does not appear from logs that the CO has visited this cache recently, so it is being Disabled to remove it from search lists.
**There needs to be a response to this situation (or intentions indicated) within 14 days, so others know exactly what is happening with this cache.**
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Repair and/or Replace your cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you don't plan on fixing it up then please [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Did Not Find with AlphaDeltaIndigo, Moneydork & morry9.
The Easter long weekend finally arrived and the excitement surrounding the 'Oz GeoMuster 2018' (GC74CH7) had reached its peak. With a day pass up my sleeve, I wanted to make most of my limited time at the Mega Event, so made plans to leave first thing on Saturday morning.
Morry9 was keen to hitch a ride and the tyres hit the road at 6:30 AM to make the trip north up the freeway to Morisset. Traffic was a breeze, unlike yesterday from what we had heard, and we arrived at the Showgrounds before most campers had woken. Once we had checked in at the registration desk and signing the official log, we met up with various geo-friends for a chat and tackled the Lab Caches on site.
We had no fixed plans, so when we tendered an offer from AlphaDeltaIndigo and Moneydork to join them for a day of caching, we accepted without hesitation.
First up, we went for the 'Be My Cachentine' series, followed by random Traditional Caches pretty much until dinner time, along with the remaining off site Lab Caches (most important!).
We ran into alnic39 at one point around lunch time and we teamed up for the remainder of the day.
Also, along the way, I tried my best to pick up as much rubbish and recyclables as we could fit in the geo-mobile, for an impromptu Cache In Trash Out (CITO). There was plenty of trash to go around but the area is definitely better off now. The CITO Crusaders strike again!
Thanks For The Caches to the respective Cache Owners and thanks to the Oz GeoMuster committee for running a successful Mega Event. Here's to more in the future! It is great to have a Mega Event in our own backyard!

Caching buddies: Moneydork, JordsAU, Morry9, alnic39
No goods here. Tree has been chopped off so it's unlikely it's still there...

First disappointment, the castle has been demolished, now only a vacant block of land.
Second disappointment, didn't find the cache.

Found it !, well hidden with beautiful views. Really enjoyed finding it, A few muggles around but managed to sign log without getting caught
Great hiding spot, cache had fallen into bush on ground so we put it back in place. TFTC!!
In this beautiful area we have searched a few caches and found this also well. Log is full.
Thanks for hiding Moorhelmi.
Thanks for hiding Moorhelmi.
Found! Great walking track. Needs a new log and maybe a smaller container, this one is tightly pushed in the spot!
So we set out to the coast on the hope of a new adventure grabbed our bikes, geopup and went off on a 10km ride we rode to #1 and started the trail. Unfortunately it didn't occur to grab a pen so photos will have to do for this trip. Thanks for the awesome trail experience.
Had to head home yesterday as it was getting super dark. Starting from the end today.

Found it on a beautiful Wednesday while staying in the area. I thought this was part of the series (silly me for not reading the notes). I loved the story (after reading the notes). Quick find once I was on the correct side of the track. TFTC
It's a pity the Castle isn't there anymore, but found Cache after a bit of a search. Thanks!
We have travelled up from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to the Central Coast, staying at the Norah Head Holiday Park for a few nights, and plan on collecting some local caches during our short school holiday visit.
Today we headed up to Budgewoi to walk the first half of the Hali Pathway and to collect some of the caches placed along the path, and maybe a few extras along the way. This was our 19th find of the day, and our 24th find of the holiday.
Continuing our walk along the Hali Pathway we soon came to this one, quickly spotting the well hidden cache container. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC Spartman.

Day 4 The Entrance.
Today we followed the lake around to Norah Heads & completing many of the Hali Pathway series
Thanks for placing this cache Spartman

Love doing this path with the geokids. This is the 11th today. The family are loving it.
Find #602
We were on the pathway today doing the Hali series - we set off in 9 degrees this morning, and finished at just on 12 degrees 4 hours later.... the cool (freezing) temperatures and breezes (gales) seemed to help keep the muggle numbers down. And what a nice area, the people living along the path certainly are very lucky.
Find #15 for today - maybe I should have read the cache description before we got to GZ, would have saved a little time! Eventually I just followed the GPS away from what seemed at the time to be a good GZ, and found the cache, fairly exposed too......

We rode along here for the Hali pathway caches today, it was freezing cold! We found 28 caches and 3 DNFs

10:57:00 AM. We were walking the path and picking up caches when we came to this one. Easy find and log signed. Nothing left of the castle now except for a bit of the front fence. Thanks Spartman for placing this cache.
Came down for Newcastle and started a 45 minute walk from the bridge to find a number of caches getting up to “Castle Rose” with muggle brother-in-law to help. Last cache on this walk. Good hide. TFTC
Staying close by at Noraville for he long weekend with dear friends. I have taken the day to cache in the area. Thanks for showing me around the area. TFTC
Walking the track today I thought it would be easy to spot this one before I needed to look at the GPS. When I'd walked much further than I thought I should have from the last cache I checked the GPS. Hmmm I've walked way past it. How did that happen? How did I not see that structure??
Anyway, I continued the walk aiming to spot it on the return trip.
On return I watched the GPS carefully as I approached and then I spotted it - or not, its gone, just a vacant block of land.
Checked where the GPS was pointing and quickly had CIH and SL.
TFTC 7th find of the day.

Out and about in the area again today.
This time I am going north along the shoreline up to where I finished the other day.
A quick find here.
Thanks for the cache.

Disappointed that the castle is no longer there. Beautiful location nonetheless. Fun!
Loved the history of the castle, wish it was still here, found the cache in about 15 mins TFTC
We finally found a day to tackle the caches along the lake in our local area. We teamed up with Jonsey65 and walked from Budgewoi to San Remo and back again, completing the caches along the way. It was a long day but looking for the caches broke it up. TFTC
Decided to find this cache on the way back while doing some of the Hali pathway series.
While I was fiddling with the details my associate instantly found the cache despite not having any info to go on.
We finally completed this cache which we had put off for so long.
Thanks for posting one at a unique site.

Relatively quick find, we're headed Home now, we had 2 datys of caching up this way and now started to log today's findings , this been one of quite a few found today. It's been nice to cache in a different locations and it's given us a mini break. Thanks to all the CO for placing these caches for our enjoyment.
Out for the day doing some of the Pathway Series and could not pass this one up. There is nothing remaining of the castle, such a shame.
“I now have my own account and I am logging this old find under my new username.”
Yes we have confirmed that only a wall remains but thanks for the story and the cache our last cache of the day
Had to come this way today for the Pathway series, couldn't pass up this one on the way. The Castle is gone but the cache is still there. TFTC Spartman

I stopped by here while doing the Hali Pathway series (between #11 & #10). The castle has been demolished and there's fencing all around it. I wonder if the cache is even still here? Oh well, back to my bike ride, on to #10...

Sad to see this unfinished love story no longer stands! Was beautiful to hear the story when I visited the remains years ago, but with such a sad ending.
Thanks for this cache, enjoyed being brought back here regardless.

Came down to do this series today as it was nice and sunny. We did the series in reverse order and should have brought our bikes as it was more like 4klm, one way not 2klm return. Our feet and backs were sore so we got a taxi back from Hali Coles to #18.
The camo is gone from container so it stood out a mile. Replaced with some natural cover. Thanks Spartman

Took me a while to find the GZ. Ground very boggy today after recent rains. The story and seeing a man's love for his wife really brought a lump to my throat. I was talking to a local cyclist about the history, just to see if they knew about the history too. Quite a popular cycling spot.
Out and about on a geo-mission with Opa-Shrek today....I'd seen this cache before and been quite intrigued by the story, and when we arrived on site, I was no less intrigued. What a beautiful home this would have made (although, somewhat oddly shaped, with pillars in weird places). It surprises me it still stands and hasn't been redeveloped as one would expect - perhaps the family are trying to preserve some of their history. Anyway, while I set about taking photos of the Casa, Opa-Shrek set about finding the cache, doing so unnoticed by the neighbour muggle fixing his fence.
Thanks for bringing me to this spot Spartman, and sharing the cool story. I enjoyed much, and it brought a smile to my face for the smiley

It's amazing that this house has stood here, in the state it's in, for over 60 years without being finished or knocked down. It actually reminded me of a half built hotel overlooking the ocean that I walked through in Phuket to find a cache (GC553VF) ... there, though, it was a case of the developer going bust rather than the much sadder story here. Anyway, while Kel busied herself taking photos, I focused on making the find, which I was able to do easily despite the presence of a muggle nearby putting up a fence at the house next door.
Thanks for bring me here Spartman ... that sights that one sees because of geocaching just never ceases to amaze me.

it took me and 4 of my friends one and a half hours just to find but had lots of fun
