Headed north of the river today to run some errands around these parts & ended up on the hunt for this cache... OMG, lots of DNF's & add us to the list too! Thanks for reminding us of why we love caching in the bush

Me and jessica were there for about half an hour looking all high and low... this one is by far the hardest for me to find.. great hiding spot- steven.
WOOHOO!!!!!
After 4 or 5 visits to this cache with no success, mostly logged as DNFs (not including yesterday's visit), I asked the CO for a hint, which they graciously gave, and I came back with renewed vigour this afternoon, and made the find.
Great hide! Definitely a spot that I did not check beforehand, and I checked a LOT of spots. Somewhat of a case of cache blindness here, and looking at all the usual hiding spots, missing the correct hiding spot.
It's a favourite from me. Thanks for the cache (and the help) familysteiner!

Quick grab whilst "working" near by. Cache was in plane sight. Glad to do it early morning on a weekday with minimal muffles. TFTC
2 different caches have been placed here and I've looked for each of them twice with no luck. Will be back for a fifth try one day
Argh, did not find, again. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I've tried to find this cache, so I must be completely blind. The GPS keeps pointing me at the triangular section in the centre, which is full of rubbish. I've looked in the tree as well.
I've also looked around the wall, and the garden bed closer to the carpark, as well as around the side of the shelter. I had previously looked under all the sitting benches, but not today.
The recent picture gives me a better idea of what I'm looking for, I was thinking something bigger if it holds geocoins.

A sausage sizzle is a great way to end a morning of Geocaching and we have often thought this would be a great place to hide one. As the oldies sat munching their sausage in a bun the young one made the find. Now when stop off for that DIY fix and sit to think about our purchase we will be thinking 'all those people walking past and I bet they have no idea there is a cache so close'! Thanks for the hide.
I'm not quite sure whether the cache remains here or not - however I have erred on the side of caution and put another black tube in what i think is the same place. (So, there may in fact be two caches!). This new one should be easily found. Again - stealth is required!
I'm going to temporarily disable this one as an admittedly very brief check today seems to indicate that it may have gone missing. (If truth be told, I can't recall exactly where I've placed this cache, so I am going to have to swallow my pride and get geohubby to give the area a once over, hopefully on Anzac Day when the shops are closed). If it's gone, we'll reinstate it immediately.
DNF'd here previously, although others have had no trouble finding it since then, but came back today and had the same result. It was getting dark when I arrived here, after 7pm, but at least there were less people around.
I searched under the triangular thing in the middle of the decking, under the rails of it, in the tree. I searched the garden bed again, as well as the limestone wall holding it up. I searched the decking, and all of the bench seats, but I must be just blind...

Had the Australia Day holiday to spend a day geocaching with Mistraluna we decided to attack the northern caches.
We found some excellent game pieces and some ordinary ones.
We zig zaged across the suburbs and back again chasing the hidden gems.
To you who have taken the action of hiding a game piece thank you we appreciated it.
Jazl the Huskadore came to checkout the parks and hides also had a wow of a time finding a dirty smelling drainage channel to swim in coming out black and smelling atrocious.
Was thoughts of a dog riding in the boot but around the corner was two guys with a large hose.
Was bore water but it smelt like roses after the other smell so one wet dog on the back seat.
Boy is this one busy place. Love the bird lookout.

Headed up to meet up with AmstradKid and Jazl to have a crack at the Bayswater/Morley area. And a great day we all had too. Found over fifty hides, with only a few dnf's. Jazl did a fantastic job of diverting the attention of any muggles who happened to be in the vicinity, though her choice of perfume left much to be desired!! We happily zigzagged across the area, finding all sorts of hides along the way. Despite heavy muggle activity nearby, we took a seat to admire the birdlife and found the cache no problems. Thanks familysteiner
I'd found another cache in this area some time ago so had the feeling of deja vu coming back here. Near GZ I searched what I though to be a likely hiding spot but came up blank. i was moving on to search another spot when I spied the cache in plain view. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be so exposed. I've replace with a small piece of camo covering but I'm not sure how long it will last. TFTC.
Unfortunately I couldn't find this one
The GPS had my GZ by the bench seats closest to Bunnings itself, and the wall/garden triangle along the roadside. I was put off searching too much in this garden bed due to all the discarded cigarette butts and doggie droppings, but did have a bit of a search along the edge.
I broadened my search virtually all around the platform, looking high and low, but couldn't find this one today. Hopefully its still safe.

Had an awesome time finding this. Ninja mode activated due to heaps Muggles enjoying a sausage sizzle. TFTC
The hiding spot turned out to be much easier than first anticipated, which had me scrambling all over the damn place. Once I took a breather and enjoyed a moment of serenity with the cockatoos things became much clearer. Im glad it was far too early for muggles.
DNF for me and Cravo10 as we went through the area to cleanup some unfound traditionals. Weve both had no luck on the previous placement here, and more frustration today! Would be good to find as it is a lovely spot. Thanks
We had come past this gz a few weeks ago but there were muggles sitting right where we needed to look so just kept on driving through. Today it was deserted so we were able to make a quick find at the very same spot we had found a pr3evious placement. Thanks familysteiner.
Found with Richlink in the very same spot that we found another a year or two ago. Thanks for the hint in muggle central
Was looking everywhere and scratching the scone and bugger me it was right there in front of me......
Thanks familysteiner.
Thanks familysteiner.
I was out doing some Christmas shopping today and we needed to go to Bunnings. I tried for this one a few weeks ago but was put off by the amount of rubbish at GZ. Today as we were passing I looked a little deeper in and saw the familiar shape of a cache. Log was soon signed and the Christmas shopping continued. Merry Christmas, yo ho ho.

[:(!] Had nothing better to do but to go for a bike ride and pick up some caches along the way and this was one of them, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.

Quickish find here with theoutbackwizard101. Had to wait for a muggle or possible cacher? To move on.
The MM signed before me, wasn't him.

Had not been on a cache run all month, so arranged an early meet up with "Spatial One" to conquer a few of the ever growing number of Caches around Morley.
Managed to make 33 finds trekking round the local suburbs and all before 10 AM when the the rain front came through and curtailed my hunting,
Remember finding another Cache in this very spot year a few years ago... Which
I guess has long been archived.
Cheers for a replacement in a once spot !!

4th today and early enough that only tradies were the problem. Nice find in the obvious place really.
Lovely sit down and watch the birds... spotted the cache and signed the log at 11.28am. Thanks familysteiner.
Searched for a couple of minutes but came up empty, I had a couple more to grab before I started work so I moved on. I will be back another time.
Will have to make a return visit here. Sunday lunch time is definitely not the time to search for this one!
I used the art of conversation to distract kiddie muggles while ooh yeh swooped in for the cache.
Luckily the many birds there, were all building nests or laying on eggs, so I was watching them and asking the kids about them, even getting them to turn their heads away at the same time as ooh yeh retrieved and returned cache.
My first attempt at cache and ooh yehs second. Sneaky hide.
Because I have never seen those large birds in nests before I am awarding you a favourite point for bringing me to this special area in suburbia.

Back up this way with skippy 46 for a couple of hours of caches. I always like coming up this way as there is plenty of caches looking to be found. i must say people love to keep fit up this way. maybe it was the nice warm weather but everywhere we went people were jogging, rowing, walking there dogs or just lazing in the sun...We found 15 caches in 3 hours with no DNFS and most caches were found quickly except a couple that were quite tricky to find. After a DNF here last week i decided to come back for another look. There was 4 muggle children sitting on the bench eating hotdogs so skippy 46 chatted to them so i could start searching. Found the cache quickly today (dont you hate that) TFTC familysteiner
I can remember another cache being near this spot in the past. The birds were still building their nest bigger today. Attached an image I took whilst waiting for a smoking muggle to depart the area. Made a quick find after that.
Thanks familysteiner for the cache. (24/31)

Out with the geohubby picking up some more of the caches in the area. Not bad going we found 30 by 2pm with only 1 DNF. Most caches were easy finds and a few took a bit of searching and a couple were very sneaky hides....This was our only DNF for the day..Tried to have a good look but it was muggle central today TFTH
Just as I was about to give up another possible hiding place proved to be the correct one

Woohoo *FTF* @ 7:15am.
Saw these all published last night but as it was kiddie feeding time gave then a miss. Noticed a few hadnt been found this morning so gave them a go on the way to work.
This was #3 ... a hat trick! .
Took a couple of minutes but tracked it down eventually. I too remember finding a cache only a metre or two away. Glad one has replaced it! Amazing to see the island full of ibis (or whatever birds they are) all nesting. Thanks for bringing me here. Now off to work!

There used to be a cache at GZ that I didn't realise had been archived. I thought that after 7pm would be the ideal time to search but sadly a smiley didn't eventuate. I searched longer than all the rest of my evening finds combined. Next visit I'll try daylight. Thanks for the hide.
