Good Day,

This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).

I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.

Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Found Smile First in a long time and the puzzles given me some interesting things to check out. Requires a bit of maintenance, I wasn't going to try and dig the cache out as I think it may be impossible given the packed mud and it was exposed for the world to see so covered again. Took a photo if you want to see it. TFTC

Today I caught the train down to the Gold Coast to pick up some caches for Bristracker, and knock off some caches and attributes which would count towards challenges. Bristracker had found this cache, but had no memory of it. I found what looked like it had to be the cache location, but the hint confused me due to my knowledge of Latin, I was looking for something of the capit variety, but only saw objects for the manus and aranae variety. Convinced this had to be the location I read the previous 2 logs, and realised it was the cache but was very compacted under mud. I dug it out with a stick, but I was not able to open it to sign the log. I have photo evidence if the CO requires it. Cool hide and puzzle. TFTC

Homeward bound after a day on the coast, I took the opportunity to snare a solved cache that has been sadly neglected on my previous visits... Surprised

A short walk to GZ, I quickly spotted the container and retrieved to find I could not access the log. Hmm, that's when I wished I had refreshed the cached data in GSAK and had the latest logs... Twisted

Anyway, that aside, I decided to etch my name on a leaf and place next to the container to mark my visit. With that, I tucked the container back, added some camo (AKA a log book Big Grin ) and headed off.

A nice puzzle and very apt container. It needs a little tlc though.

Cheers radnoski.

The puzzle was easily solved (with the help of Google), and it was great to get the GeoCheck confirmation.

Wow, what a novel cache container!
Unfortunately the cache container has been infiltrated by termites, which have completely packed the container with damp mud. I did not attempt to dig out the container contents. I am thus reporting this problem container.

This geocacher reported that the container is damaged.

Halloween night - perfect timing to be outdoors geocaching. We had not solved this one - but since have - but happily accompanied Crew 153 to GZ, dodging a large spied web across the track - that was the scary bit. Got to "hand" it to you, radnoski - nice cache container!

Log signed & replaced again. Found at 7.50pm on 31st October, 2016. TFTC

What better time to find this cache than on Halloween night. I had solved this puzzle about 2 years ago but had not been in a position to hunt for it

I was with RoddyC and to add to the atmosphere it started to rain lightly as we left the cars.

A stroll through the dark and then a dodge around the guardian spider in its web and the cache was quickly extracted.

That was just the think that we needed to finish off the night.

Thanks radnoski Well worth the favourite point.

Had fun with Mr Google, once I got a few sorted quickly figured out what was required. Loved the camo, thanks Radnoski and fav point from me, TFTC

I have had this solved so many months ago, but have been unable to find to time to locate it. Well today was that day as I was in the area with a little time to spare. Nice easy find in the end Smile

A great day of caching with Swellerfungus. Our original plan for the day had involved climbing a hill or two but with the weather looking unfavourable we tossed about a few ideas and initially agreed on a trip to the Gold Coast to grab some caches to fulfill various Jasmer, DT and old cache requirements as well as picking up some solved puzzle caches. The morning started at 5am in rainy conditions but by the time we hit the coast the weather had turned lovely and we both wished we'd brought our swimmers. As we picked up a few caches we realised they all seemed to be different DT combinations and our thoughts turned to chasing the 25 unique DT challenge. So totally unplanned and unscripted we started the countdown required, steadily progressing through the grid, slowed up every now and then by the odd DNF. After 14 and a half hours we had completed our 25 different DTs and picked up some great caches along the way.

We both had solved the puzzle prior to our visit so one didn't have to hold the other's hand leading them through the puzzle. I have to hand it to Swellerfungus he managed to lay his hands on this cache quite quickly while I was still looking elsewhere. It was a bit dirty but I didn't have any Handy Andy detergent on me to give it a quick clean. I did contribute though as I had a pen to sign the log close to hand so Mr Fungus handed me the log to sign. After scrawling my name I was soon handing the log back for his signature. He did need a hand though to replace the cache in its handy hiding spot, but I suppose many hands make light work. Handstands and cartwheels for not coming away empty handed on this one, and I can assure you that is not a backhanded compliment. Hands up if you liked this cache - I did! TFTC

A long weekend offers a great opportunity to get out and about for some caching. The weather however had other ideas...or so it seemed. With a rain cloud over proceedings Seffnjarah opted to head out to collect some outstanding solved puzzles (some unsolved by me until the night before!), some challenge caches, some 'oldest 100 in QLD' caches, some Jasmer filling caches, some higher D/T caches, and ultimately some interesting caches. Shortly after starting we realised that our choices had given us a great start for the 25 Different D/T ratings in a day challenge (GC5C5PB). In all a fun and challenging day around the 'Dark Side' of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Another solve last night meant I could grab this one too. A quick walk led us to this gruesome find. Thanks radnoski.

Out and about on the Gold Coast for a weekend of caching and cleaning up lots of solved puzzles.

Thanks to radnoski for the cache

After days work returned hm with printed puzzle to make things easier. Quickly ran through a solution which didn't work on the check sum. Looked again and tried another tack. Ran the check sum & viola we're on the right path. Quickly enlisted geoWren and mounted our trusty round legged steads for the 1.6km cycle from hm. Bush bashing to GZ realized I'd transposed a couple of digits when entering into GPSr. Rectified problem & quickly had the cache in hand, quick cycle hm in time for tea. After a celebration with mates nearby, this carload of Fangsoki, Sweet-bee, Dosshell and I continued on ... and the Fang wanted a Radnoski puzzle. Good thing he had the co-ords ... but ten minutes and access to google and I do too. Pulled up nearby, missed the obvious path at first, but soon sorted that out and trundled off to GZ. Gave Fang a hand getting it signed as he keeps losing his pen.

Thanks for placing this cache, radnoski. Found in good condition.

Sweet_bee, Pprime, Dosshell, and I were in the area after being in NSW for the day - and I had a desire to get this cache. I will have gotten all of Radnoski's hides to date if I got this one.

I have only recently solved this puzzle. Thankfully, it is a Fangoski-style puzzle that I could get pretty much straight off.

We parked up and made our way into the nice area. I think it was something to do with the way we approached GZ, that made this us more like a Terrain "3" for us. Once we arrived at GZ, we realised where the final was - and how we could have reached it with a Terrain "1.5" approach.

Mr Dosshell was the one to make the grisly find. We found the log and signed it and returned the cache back to its home. The cache was in good condition.

Another well done, Halloween-themed cache, Radnoski - and good little puzzle. Another easy favourite. TFTC Smile

Yay! Another one on my walk home and my first ever puzzle cache. Nice container!

Well it seems I really was on a roll today. Having spent the good part of an hour working on the other puzzles nearby it would be rude to leave this one off the list. Not that I had any intention of doing so, I like a nice clean area of my map and it would be just this one and a nearby multi disrupting the force.

So down to work finding out what I needed to know and making some notes. I'm glad this one has GeoCheck so as to save a repeat of the previous cache. Not that I was to know that at the time of solving but it put my mind at ease later on in the day as I was heading towards GZ. Quite the database of flicks you must have, radnoski.

A nice quick find once at GZ in another creative and fitting container. Bonus points for the plastic arachnid nearby. That made me look twice, even though it wasn't the exact cache hiding hole! I really enjoyed this mystery day out, thanks for the education, puzzles and well thought out caches. TFTC. TNLN. SL.

Dr THR walks this everyday on his way to work and today he/I decided to pick it up. Solved this one a few months back, quite a good puzzle. Today there were no students walking up the path so I ducked off into the bush. A neat cache container. As I opened it up the resident cache guardian (a big huntsman spider) ran out and I dropped the container. Surprised TFTC Radnoski. Another good puzzle and container.

Took me a while to cotton on to this puzzle. Eventually the light went on and someone was home. Solved a few days ago. Pleased to get the green tick. Found a container with no log attached. That had me puzzled. Then I found the Zombie Smile or what was left of him or her.
A fun cache.

Found the cache quickly, very good!! made me laugh!

Favourite point from me, thanks Radnoski.

I’d solved this one last year in anticipation of a cache trip that was planned then. However a few caches on that trip took longer to find than expected so we never got to it.
Back down this weekend for an event so I made sure we grabbed this one early in the day so as not to miss out again.
We arrived close by and walked our way into GZ, once we arrived we soon found this very cool cache!
Loved the puzzle part as well, I remember watching a lot of the titles mentioned.

I worked out the answer to this puzzle absolutely months ago. I don't know why it's taken us so long to come out and hunt this monster down. But - today was the day. A nice walk to GZ and a horrifying find. Thank goodness it is just the cache. Phew! Thanks for the enjoyment Radnoski. Loved the puzzle (because I could work it out) and enjoyed the walk to GZ. [^][^] Very happy to award this a favourite point. We visited a few trackables to scare them............bwahahahaha. [xx(]

This was a fun puzzle, and I did manage to know some of the information. A quick trip down the information superhighway and I soon had a complete set of values and a green light from the checker.
The creative hide at GZ rounded out a great puzzle. Thanks for the cache.

I had the Saturday shirt this week at work. Smile
But after work I had an event to go to. Big Grin
On the way to said event I just had to stop by to grab two caches that I have recently solved. Cool
I have been to this area in the past Smile but that was by bicycle so now I have to work out how to get here by car. Surprised
Only one wrong turn before I had a 100m + walk to GZ. Smile
I soon found the cache and signed the log. Big Grin
A most suitable container. Cool
Thanks for the cache.

Out and about with teamdfl for a Freaky Friday, gathering up some stragglers around the Gold Coast Big Grin A bit of work with Google gave me a nice set of numbers for this one, and I stored the GZ.

After nearly 12 hours out and about today it was time to get this CO's three horror-themed caches, which we had deliberately left for after dark, just to add to the adventure Razz We took a roundabout walk to this one, then kind of a bush bash Razz but I eventually got us to GZ. Some creepy guardians here Twisted The cache was a quick find, and again the theme continued [^] TFTC, radnoski.

What better way to finish our freaky Friday. Three spooky caches in the dark. I had already done the other 2 so this was the first hunt for me. GZ was quite familiar. I have pedalled by here more than once on geocaching hunts in the past.

IolantheK was a little concerned about the infestation around GZ. Seems zombies go hand in hand with other scary creatures ;-P

I was sitting quietly at home enjoying the family when Blacklegend gave me a text and said there was a Puzzle just listed and he had solved it.

I hadn't even seen the publication but was happy, when he invited, to go with him for what looked like an FTF.

We met just turning off Olsen Ave and headed into the cul de sac together.

He had his 3 girls with him so it was a bit like us taking them Trick or Treating as we headed down the path.

We had a bit of a scare when one of the girls almost stepped on what looked like a Brown Snake just slithering off the path.

It didn't take very long and we approached GZ and Blacklegend took the honours of opening the cache.

We were both a little disappointed to find that we had been beaten to the punch but a cache is a cache and it was fun racing out from 2 different directions in the hope of the FTF.

I now see that the 2 previous finders have logged their finds but it was a bit of a shame they weren't logged earlier

When I got home I looked at the Puzzle and worked it out for myself, Good One Radnoski!!!

I had pretty much just walked through the door after work when I heard the email come through. I had a quick read and worked out what I had to do. A few searches and I soon had a set of co-ords approved by the checker. Well if I wasn't going out in about 30min to help a mate with his job I could have made a dash for FTF., not to worry.
It was close to 11 when we finished so a quick detour on the way home and I soon found GZ. Mmm I've been down this way before looking for a cache. Thankfully I only found some spiders and not the brown snake couchmen and blacklegend saw. Added my name then headed for home to bed. Congrats to Perusal on her FTF.
Great puzzle radnoski thanks again

FTF for me this year!! Last year I was in too much of a rush and thought that I could do without one of the digits. How wrong I was.
This year I took more care and quickly got the numbers. BUt I live about 20 minutes away and there are many others closer. I thought that Monkey Maker would be out in a flash but I see below that he can't get out!
I met WTF ( I think that's what he said his name was ) on my way out. His torch was a giveaway. Who else goes wandering into the bush with a torch? Only people with odd names.
Thank you for the fun Radnoski. PS I saw a skeleton running down the road and I was wishing that it was politically correct for a lone older women to go and trick a treat for lollies.
Dropped a geocoin into WTF"s hand as I forgot to put into the other one.
