Tried to find this yesterday and were unsuccessful. However, we did find an empty black film canister with no lid half buried in the mud right beside the fence. We assume the cache was supposed to be in the little hole at the fence corner. Possibly cache needs maintenance.
Tramping club trip to the park today so a chance to get some caches and drop off some TB's. Another quick find but the cache not big enough to drop a TB. TFTC
Found on the way back down fronts lookout. Car park empty and the clouds opening. However we still love it here
We camped for a couple of nights on the Whangaporara Peninsular, while we were there we saw killer whales come right into the harbour. A truely memorable moment.
All the caches we did were in amazing locations with fantastic views of the coastline & some withe viewscross to the Auckland skyline. All are worth a favourote point, I have only selected a few but if your cache does not receive one its not that its not as good as the rest.
Thanks for placing this cache Team Welsh

Found after I met quinella as we went different ways. Second weekend at Shakespeare in a row. Tftc
Walking on a lovely day with a muggle friend I hadnt seen in a while. Took a bit of a wrong turn to homebase then got back on the right track to find gz. Cow hang out I think as lots of muddy hoof prints there. Cache all good and dry. Thanks
Bit of a hike up from the beach, but great views. Had just got to GZ, when a Sustainability team came over the top of the hill, and right too me. Turns out they needed a numeric code of a wooden tag on a post ;- ). Was able to help them out with that one. Cache in hand as soon as they had left. TFTC.
Found this one as well as Frank 3, nice clue, and a great walk from the top to it. Cheers, Bryan
Found with team stik-a-crane while camping in the park, now logging under my own account.

Were camping nearby and just had to grab a few caches... This is such a great thing to do whilst camping as you end up going more places than usual.
Went the direct route for this one and pushed the junior caches to the limit... but afterwards all they wanted to do slide down where we just came up...
TFTC.
Started off cross country bit of a hike for some in our group made it, first cache

Great day out with our 3 year old enjoying Shakespear park and its beautiful views. Our little lad wanted to keep all the treasures (caches) had to bribe him to leave the caches in place. TFTC
Enjoying to walk around the Park and finding a few caches is a bonus.

It's quite a job clambering up to this spot and I'm only halfway up too. Cache quickly found.
Haven't been to this regional park in a while so really enjoyed a decent walk and finding a few geocaches along the way. TFTC.
It was the turn of my grandson to visit as his sister was with me last week. So it was another caching day and having to leave the house painting for another day. Damn!!
We decided to come out onto the Whangaparaoa Peninsula to pick up some caches that this old boy hadn't done for a while. I decided my grandson could do most of the finding today.
Cheers for the cache.

Enjoyed a walk through the park with parents who've recently emigrated. Introduced them to geocaching, a lovely day some great views. TFTC
Found after a trek over the hills. Log was wet so we added log and new plastic bag.tftc
WET now from the rain, so did not enter anything on log, to keep it dry! Just checked caches were in place!
Out and about on Xmas day to stretch my legs

great to meet Frank . picked up the smilie, admired the views before heading to the next well place cache here in Shakespear Park. most enjoyable walk thanks.
We think too much on the way to the cache, discussing the hint, and possible hiding place, assuming it something in relation to the year 89. Reached the cache and it made us laugh a little. Note to self: not to over-think a hint Also, super glad to be downhill, it gave us a moment to catch our breath and away from the crazy wind uphill. TFTC!
What about Bill? Carrying on with my blast around Shakespear, I wonder what people think I'm up to--sprinting for 200 m then stopping to stare at my GPSr, adjusting my way, then sprinting another few metres just to stop at some random point.
Cheers for the cache.

Carried on up the hill from #3 and reached #2 after a couple of breaks (to stop and admire the view.
At GZ I soon sorted out what the hint meant and was signing another blank log. FTF Thanks.
