I'd say the actual cache has gone missing. Looked for a long time and thought I saw the spot where it was supposed to be.
No luck either, muggers around but made out like real tourists while checking it out.
We found the original cache on our last visit to Bundy and we're hoping to find this one too but no luck for us today
1 extra clue, 3 mozzie bitten people and one very violated fish later and we're leaving disheartened again.
Thanks for the help but I think the BexLoki team will leave this one for some time in the future.

No idea. Went all over apart from climbing high. Maybe being short has something to do with it.
Our very lucky 10 year old was able to be very discrete looking for this, we had our Camera so we looked like we were tourist trying to find the perfect picture!! Actually I am glad he was with us cause I am not sure I would have been able to see it
Hmm, I'm guessing that this one could be tricky most days, but on Christmas day the place was deserted and I could relax and search easily. Surprisingly the cache was in the second place I stuck my hand. Nice sculpture, though I don't seem to remember lungfish being propeller powered...
Thanks fulfilled71!
Thanks fulfilled71!
I have a find on the old cache at this location, but today, no luck. Very surprised the café was not open.

Was fun and very hard spot being so small, but found it even though there were a lot of muggles xD
This was a DNF on my last visit about a year ago, but I wanted to try again before having lunch at the inviting cafe. Perseverance paid off and I eventually located the tiny critter!
Took us a while to find this well hidden cache as it was muggle city at the time we were looking. Geowife & Geodog kept guard while the search took place. TFTC fulfilled71.
I'll need better eyes and more persistence. I wonder if I'll need a spanner
This is a very tricky cache, we will have to visit during the daylight hours and have another go.
I had scored a parking spot near this one this afternoon, but the cafe was busy when I arrived. I had a bit of a stroll around and did the nearby multi instead.
When I got back the cafe was closed and there were no muggles about at all.
Even with the hint this one took a bit of finding. So many little holes that a nano could lurk in. It just took a systematic search and I located it after a few minutes.

To hard for me with so many muggles about but did have a fair look but no luck Thanks for bringing me to this great piece of art Cheers 4 Now
TFTC - quite possibly the trickiest one to date (worst than finding a needle in a hay stack!) well done and thank again
Having some time to spare while waiting for our train home to Brisbane we gave this a pretty thorough search without result.
Anzac Day
After attending the Anzac service, we decided to head towards Bagara & then look for a few back in the town area.
We loved this area along the waterfront, a good hint narrowed down the search area. The cafe was closed so had no troubles with muggles.
Worth a favourite point.

Biker gathering nearby while I searched for this one and it eluded me. Oh well as the log has been full I'm not really disappointed.
This was marginally more fun than trying to find a nano on a cannon but thanks to the hint, I was able to narrow down the search and eventually had the stash in hand at 07:25. (After all, cannons end up looking the same in the end but at least this is a real work of art. )
The log is mighty full but I was able to squeeze my name in a spare space at around find 22 (from memory). A new sheet needed methinks.
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks fulfilled71.

We searched high and low and touched everywhere we could reach but couldn't find it. Very disappointed. Must be a damn good hide.
Found at 2am ... best time to search for this one in muggle central. This would be my 4th visit here, but first time I could really get in and hunt. Used no lights, my fingers did the walking and when something moved my little celebration was attention attracting, but luckily I was still alone here. Signed, and returned where I found it.
Thanks for placing this cache, fulfilled71. Found in good condition, but the log is now full and needs replacing.

cache find #2698. This cache eluded us on our last trip here, so this time we tried again and wasn't long before we found the little blighter. Well hidden. TFTC.
After the disappointment of not finding Hi Bert, I convinced the family that this would be a convenient quick find right near where we were parked. Examined the lungfsh very thoroughly without spotting it then read some previous logs to get more clues.
Almost about to give up when J spied the sneaky nano. Could just reach it on tippy toes.
So glad to make the find - was pretty well camouflaged.

Jagged a relatively muggle free day so allowed for pretty thorough search. All but eldest GeoKid and GeoDad went off frustrated to find adjacent cache. Allowing GeoDad to make the find. Excellent cache.
We searched long and hard for this even though there were muggles aplenty (made out we were admiring the handiwork). Eventually had to admit defeat and retired to the café and enjoyed a couple of delicious milk shakes.
After searching for a suspiciously long time and reading past clues, we had to abandon the fish and retire to the cafe for a consolation milkshake.
June 2013 was my last visit and DNF. Have not attempted this one since. I was starting to think that I was not meant to find this one. Arrived in Bargara last night and on the way to dinner thought I would have a look. Nope. too many exercising ladies. Came back after dinner. Nope Ladies still there. On my way to Woodgate and environs this morning thought I would try again. Do all these ladies ever do is attend this spot and chat and exercise.
Lunch time and Christine suggested we go to the river café for lunch and try again. Arrived and there were no tables. Went over to the fish and just had a look and another look and another look and Christine went to one end to take a photo of me looking at the information panel and told me she had seen the nasty little nano.
We changed places and I took her photo then we saw a table become available and very quickly I got hold of this little devil and took it to lunch with me. Photo of it thinking about a coffee to come when I get home. I sat facing the fish so I could see if any other cachers appeared and I would worry about what I would do if anyone appeared. No one came. it was very easy to put it back as there were no eyes on me by about 1400. Sneaky little spot to put it. My arms were just long enough without having to get between the fish and the information board. TFTC fulfilled71

After spending the last two days in Bargara it was time to head home via Bundaberg to pick up a few more caches. Loved this sculpture - very clever. This one took us quite a long time to find - we tried looking in all the obvious places and then searched again when we spotted the hide - sneaky little sucker! TNLNSL TFTC
With our visitors from Adelaide, good friends Skippy and SEMIK we were delighted to be able to show them around this lovely area and to be able to find this cache. Nice hide, we enjoyed the search and find. [^][^] Fav point alloc. Thanks to fulfilled71.
This was our final cache find during this visit to Bundaberg and it was a pleasure to walk the foreshore trying to make sense of some of the other sculptures we passed. This one however was outstanding in its representation. It didn't take too long before the nano was spotted, grabbed, signed and returned to its hidey spot. Thanks for bringing us here.
Thanks for the cache fulfilled71

On our 2nd visitd viisit and some time time later Geohubby found this very elusive cache! On our first visit we just arrived at GZ and a siren went off - not a good start!
TFTC fulfilled71 - a truly great cache hide - well done!

Visiting from Townsville.
Tried to find this one while Lady Danzfox went to the hairdressers. Looked for 10 minutes in most crevices from both sides without luck. This is a challenge, hopefully, if time is on my side, I can return for.

6 of us searched and searched in the creature for over an hour...finally gave up good hide or has been muggled.
TFTC not a quick find but a good one. Helped by COs son who busted me looking. Nice young bloke very helpful. Another on the map.
Lovely walk along the river to this cache
Stood back and spotted the cache
Recall a cache very similar here a few years ago before the floods
Ceratodus is a ugly looking creature
Took our trackables along for the hunt

Probably only spent 5-10 minutes at this one. I figured that if it was supposed to be accessed from the sign side, you could probably see it from the garden side... and what do you know, I saw it!
