I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi Bartfound
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

Another cache owner slacking on their maintenance atleast this one's only been 9 months so far some are a few years!
Someone needs to look at this cache cause we think that where the cache is hidden has been compromised.
I have driven past here so many times but never stopped, made sure I did today as these days between Xmas and New Year means that there is not many people about. Located the cache ok but log very wet. CO may wish to check. Sadly I had no spare paper on me to replace it with.
DNF'd this one ages ago but happy to discover my Geo-senses have become stronger. I don't think this one is as easy as below post suggest but still a park and grab for sure.
Miss Six and I are heading south for an overnight tramp. Stopped here to get some clues for the Museum Mystery before leaving town. We were about to give up looking when we read the previous log and made a quick find. Thanks!
A quick park and grab on our way out on a day trip to Waihi. The last log helped us locate the cache nice and quickly.
We drive past here all the time and often mention we need to look for this one so its nice to finally turn it into a smiley. Thanks Bartfound.

Found the base of the container out on the grass, then spotted the lid, before I then found the log also out on the ground, so put it all back together and tucked in behind the corner of the green metal fence in behind the concrete base. TFTC
One of us made an after dark visit to Manukau to collect a few caches tonight. This was my last stop for the night. Parked in Diorella Dr and walked to GZ. I was just climbing the hill to GZ when a voice from the other side of the driveway asked if I was ok. Seems there was a group of people sitting at a table nearby. Tried to explain that I was just play a game and was not lost or in any way troubled, then carried on with what I was there for. After later reading alunb's log I hope that I was not the cause. TFTC
Today we had a trip from Coromandel to Whangarei on the plan, thereby visiting many other locations near the road and coast and looking for caches, too. On this trip we searched, found and logged a lot of caches. The weather was good all day long with only partly some small clouds.
Almost no muggels observed us as they had other things to do than observing harmless geocachers.
Thanks to 'Bartfound' for showing us this location and for the fun we had at 'The Motel and the view of Manukau'. The search we had here today didn't take too much time.
After our visit the Cache is again "in place" and we also added a new logbook (the old one is still there).
Greetings from Germany and hope to see you soon in the forest.

Took some time for a little Caching tour about noon time. Weather was not too bad, so I had fun beeing outside and find some nice Caches!
Quick find here. Logbook needs some maintanance!
Thanks for hiding!

This was the third day in a row of caching for the Hidden Creatures challenge and it is starting to get strenuous... But one does what one can in order to win tiny little virtual rewards... This one was a fast and easy find, a nice camo! The logbook was unusable though. TFTC
Hidden creatures challenge... ACCEPTED. Found together with Greenkiwikids and Pyphant. Signed as team Piraten. TFTC
I was up in Auckland for one of my regular visits, and with having last week off work I was looking to break my longest streak for finds as well as push through and gain my 500th Cache whilst I was there.
Today was day 11 of my current streak, and the day of the long drive back home. The weather last week had been great until the weekend. Strong winds and rain meant I wasn't sure whether I would have to deal with some downed trees or it being a bit boggy underfoot!
I was a bit nervous about parking in the motel itself in order to do this cache, but no-one bothered me during my time there (5 to 10 minutes) so all good. Walking to GZ, the GPS initially had me looking at the wrong location, but I soon switched my attention to where I thought it might be just a few metres away, and then spotted something that was identical to a cache container I found only a couple of days ago which was a definite help!
The plastic container is in fine condition but the log is pretty much mush, so I took a photo as proof before replacing everything exactly as found.
Thank you for placing this cache for others such as me to find.

Came here on the way to work, traffic was quite heavy. Nice place to sit and admire the view over Manukau, and popped open the cache, while the cars rush by. Paper is damp and falling apart, couldn’t sign and it needs replacing. TFTC
The log book is unfortunately full, and sodden wet. Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. BJ25. Find # 1620
Tricky find! Cache needs a bag for the log as it's getting pretty wet. Great hiding place!
A nice day to pick up some geocaches, enjoyed the sunshine and the fresh air, thanks for placing this cache
I had often seen the Mormon Church near this site and had thought to myself that at some stage I would like to take a closer look at it... and so this cache placement provided me with that exact opportunity. So as I had done another one near here yesterday, I was psychologically prepared for the traffic... and so after parking in a nearby street I wasn't suprised that it took me about ten minutes to cross the main road. I left my son in the car plugged into his headphones. Anyway, once I arrived near GZ, it actually took my phone a while to settle and so this find took me a lot longer than it should have... but I got it in the end. And when I did finally locate it, I was met by a colony of ants who had decided to make this their winter's residence. So log book signed and cache nicely left. Thank you once again Bartfound for not only this cache, but all of your others as well. Nice job.
The last for the evening. Pleased to do these in the late evening when the traffic was less. Found with Mr Stik-a-crane.
This was last for the night we were glad we had chosen these 3 for this time of the night.....as traffic was just quiet enough for us to not be too noticeable.... managed to park very nearby and make a quick find.
TFTC.
Side note.... spent my wedding night in this motel before we flew out to Tahiti on the honeymoon some 20 years ago now....memories...

Teamed up with Cats&Dragons and RWIMF today to tackle some GROTTY caches plus a few finds in the Botanic Gardens, with the focus on a few solved puzzles that have been in the solved pile for a little to long. In the end it turned out to be a hugely successful day with all but 1 cache found, a big thanks to all the CO's for the hides.
Had actually stayed here the night before, but this hide wasn't published back then. Have been past a few times since but it's always been pretty much rush hour and stopping was out of the question. As C&D had already found this one it allowed for a bit more creative parking as he could remain in the car to move it if need be. A quick find once at gz, a very well constructed hide.

3pm - Trip to Auckland with the Squirrel and a couple of new cachers on board with us. No real plans but with one multi cache in mind. With this ticked off it was just a day of increasing our cache numbers. A good with some interesting cache hides with a couple needing needing repairs and a couple of misses. Thanks to all the cache owners for todays trip. SLTFTC
I love these fleeting caching trips on my hitchhiking adventures. Found this one when I was dropped today on my way to Te Aroha. TFTC
A quick trip to Auckland this weekend and a day set aside for caching with tmann421.
A nice quick find for us here. Nicely camoed container. TFTC

Nice hide. Steep climb to get to gz 3 day road trip from Hawkes bay to Auckland and back. Great few days to grab a number of caches. Tftc
It's not very often you can pick up a cache right outside from where your staying, nice quick find after our 101 run, now for that spa bath thanks for the placement
Easter holiday night caching with Tinytree24 and McTui. Very clever camo! TFTC. FP from us!
This took longer than it needed to. Note to self always trust your instinct and look there first! Good view of the fun park.
Picked this up with Geocchi and Jag50 on a scorching hot afternoon and in the middle of a caching mission.
A tricky spot to access with the car and a cunning hide. tftc

Out with Rustynz and other cachers, be careful parking on road side nearly had rear end cash while parked to get cache very busy road. TFTC.
Maybe 15 months ago I past this way and could not find. This time came better prepared, and it helped having extra eyes and cache finds, as Gorby spotted it almost straight away!
The most difficult part was the parking, and although it was legal for us to park on this side of the road, it did cause some traffic chaos. Luckily no accidents, and the hitch hiker got his ride, as a car pulled over to collect him, his sign said "Hamilton" so maybe he made it there today

The sun must have been in my eyes! Because I almost rear-ended harisree as we parked up here at this cache. Legally it was alright to park here, but it did cause much havoc with the traffic!! Two lanes were trying to merge into one because of us! So we didn't stand around, we shot over to the cache while Rebel98 stayed in his car and so myself (Mr)harisree and rustynz made the quick grab. Rusty had been here before having a DNF on that occasion, but with a few more years experience caching this cache didn't have a chance to stay unfound!
Headed here after visiting Totara park. Found with Pazzabella and Geocchi after managing to get a carpark where we were appraised to make sure we were not troublemakers. The noon sun was really starting to kick in now.
Great view from up here, I remember when this was all farmland. I looked at the cache then went na, that's not it then Bruce had a look and said yes it is.
Had tried to find this one a couple if years ago but was unsucessful but today our group soon gad cache in hand.
On a trip to Auckland with Davidson Clan to take part in a Browns Island excursion. Picked this one up while we were out and about. Love these camos, cheers Bartfound.
Nice quick park and grab while up in Auckland with Phillip Perry and join by a couple of Aucklanders for the afternoon.

Quick park & grab this morning but man was it hard to get out again. Traffic!! TFTC
Small container. Not well hidden so easy find on this chilly night. Found with @anaung
10:15 - #23 I agree it is a good hiding spot I signed the log and rehid the cache for the next willing Geocacher... Happy hunting e)
Scored an easy park quick walk to gz with Newlynfam spotted cache before we got there. Easy as. Tftc
Out with Biartch79 today picking up a few caches. A bit of awesome off-roading by Biartch79 meant that we were able to park pretty close, out of the danger of the passing traffic. Walked along a few metres, and then spotted something that definitely looked like it belonged, but we just had a feeling that it didn't.... sure enough, it was a cache! Cool camo job, definitely looked the part!
Thanks for the cool cache Bartfound!

We enjoyed this as our last find for the night. It took longer to find a place to park than it did to find the well cammoed cache. Nice view from here even in the dark. TFTC
Found this cache with my partner in Feb just made my own account so loggin it to mine as well
During our trip to NZ, we were staying around the corner from this cache (but not at the motel ), so it had to be picked up! Tricky hide, but still found quickly enough! TFTC!
Last treasure before we drop 4 foster kids off to there forever homes after being with us for 8 months. Tftc
A night find, stealth mode needed as muggles were enjoying some wine and crackers. Very cool hide a fav point from me. Some effort put into this cache.
Great wee cache, sneakily his and almost missed it. The earwigs seem to love it too! Thanks
Nice surprise to find theres a cache here where we are staying. Was a little tricky with the gps all over the place
Spending a moning of cachingin the Manukau area. Today we have been joined by Team Tawhai.
Thankfully the rain held off as we drove around the streets.
We found the caches in some interesting locations.
Thanks for placing this cache Bartfound
Originally logged and found whilst out with mum (keylev) but now have own account so logging all finds I was present at and helped with.
Thanks for the cache.

Was passing this way and although I couldn't find a safe spot to stop for the cache further up this road found a perfect one for this cache.
Started on the wrong structure but very shortly after had the 'aha whats that?' moment and there it was.
Love these sorts of caches so a favourite point from me

An easy find as the container was lying on the ground in front of where it should have been hidden. I placed it back as it should be. TFTC
On our way home from the weekly grocery shop and we just had to knock this one over as we have had this in our sights for some time. Walking toward GZ I saw what was the likely target but Miss NZTravellers had to get right up close and personal and she duely spotted it. Log duties all done and we are on our way home with groceries and another added to our cache total. TFTC
Grabbed this one on the way home from our day in Botany. Nice and quick find. Clever hide.
In Auckland for a few days...
Night caching with three noisy teens. There was no easy way to approach this one. We were being watched from the balcony above and decied to get in and out as quickly as possible. A quick one... TFTC.
