Logs
Headed into GZ and soon spotted the cache. Signed the log and returned to where I found it. Thanks LHE Duo. All good with this cache.
TFTC quick and easy, beautiful little spot with the birds chirping. No log book
Needed a cache for the new souvenir so found this one on my way home from a sewing lesson in Capalaba. Nice easy find. Log was wet ( but able to be signed) and plastic bag had some water in it so dried it out as much as I could. No lizards spotted. Thanks LHE Duo for the cache.
The GPS lead us to the wrong tree but the cache was spotted from that location so made our way around to the right spot to sign the log. TFTC
We had to push through the undergrowth even though wed already walked around to the open space to avoid doing so, as thats where the arrow was pointing. Once there, we couldnt find the cache, but turning to look at the options, we spotted it much closer to the open area wed just left! Thanks LHE Duo
I think we went the hard way in not good for my arachnophobia but got the cache non the less with @Lacuna__
Theres an easy way and theres a hard way to get to this cache Take a guess which was SkyeMartin12 and I stubbornly chose tonight. Hint: it was the very hard way. Anyway, found the cache and signed. A little damp! TFTC I think
A quick find here, cache is all good.Today Davidwazza and I headed south to Nerang for a day out and to find a few targets that we had of our own plus a few others along the way.I headed to Brisbane for a few days with Courtneyrose_ to check out the attractions and to catch up with Davidwazza and Jesswrigley, a nice few days away in QLD finding caches along the way here and there. Thanks for the cache
A small detour from the highway to pick up a few caches. All caches found in good condition. Signed the log and replaced as found. Many thanks for placing this cache, LHE Duo, for us and others to find.
Out for the day with nikid1 & headed to the southside. A nice quick find at GZ.

SaintsMadHouse and I had escaped for another day of Wednesday Madness.
We had already started the morning with a hike around some nearby Bushland for some caches, and decided it was time to grab a bite to eat. We were making our way towards Capalaba, and were passing this cache en route, so decided to make a quick stop. A bit of a look and SaintsMadHouse soon had cache in hand. Now off to find some lunch.
Thanks for the cache LHE Duo.

After a busy day spent with family and friends, I headed over this way to collect a couple of caches with my geobuddy chamad and geopup Bella.
This one was found super quickly, log signed, all replaced as found.
Thanks LHE Duo for the cache.

A drive around town today to keep a personal challenge of mine going along. I meet up with Willis007 and geodog Bella for a couple of quick caches.
We had planned to grab the final piece to the puzzle of the Koala series. Then it was a little drive out Capalaba way for a couple of caches and a catchup. This one had me at first and I had to search a few trees before I found it just outside the mowing strip, doh.
This was a nice find here, we signed the log and then continued on to the next one in the area. Thanks for the hide, all good here.

Out for a pedal on the hybrid ebike today. Nice and quiet early on a Saturday morning. A few caches found and a bit of a detour to find a WP for an Adventure Lab. A quick dive in to the very tall grass for this one.

Enjoying the sunshine in my trip north with a few days in Brisbane, a few days in Caloundra, and a few days in Montville before heading back south to the freezing cold
This one took me way out of my way as I was keen to get this county, the last remaining one in SE Qld for me. Also took a bit longer than it should once at GZ as there are a few trees to choose from and of course I started at the wrong end Great parking here so that was really helpful
Thanks so much LHE Duo

This morning, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I planned to take baby Warren on a walk up to Mount Cotton. We took the direct main route up to the summit, and then proceeded to take a loop around the area via the *What Goes Up Must Come Down* (WGUMCD) series. To replenish our energy, we then detoured past Capalaba for a lunch, before proceeding home.
In the late afternoon, it was an errand at Clontarf that allowed me to drive north and visit a few more of the *Witch's Hat* series.
On our way from our hike to lunch, I managed to convince [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) to make a stop here (and she reluctantly ok-d it). Luckily, the geotrail lead us to this cache where it was found nicely hidden. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks LHE Duo for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Nice placement! First person to find this one in nearly a year! Wasn't sure we would find.
I found myself in the area today with an opportunity to grab a few caches, good start to a work week really. I made a reasonably quick find here, no lizards at the time of my visit it may be a little cold for them to be out and about. Tftc LHE Duo
This one took a thorougher hunt in very wet and muddy conditions. Glad we finally got it!! Signed today as MINIFIGA! as I teamed up with GLISS! Minniek, Fitzy_1965 and Albida33 to tackle some counties, trails, oldies and interesting caches. Great to be finally in Queensland with our eyes on the Mega Prize.
This is the first Mega we have had in Australia in over a year. We have navigated lockdowns, mouse plagues, floods and the dreaded Covid to get here. So wonderful to be able to be out caching in Queensland. Such a privilege. Thanks for the cache.

Easter trip away with fitzy_1965 for the cacheQLD Dayboro Mega.
Another rainy morning didn’t deter us from heading out on a southern loop to pick up counties and Queens Land (Qld’s oldest). Again, teaming up with nibletricecakes, GLISS! and Albida33 signing logs as MiNiFiGA’s to also tackle the balance of We <3 Geo, Geosaurus, and Pac-Man, as well as part of the Coat of Arms Geo-art trails and any others in-between. Unfortunately, we were late back and didn’t get to attend the closing ceremony.
All caches were found in good condition unless otherwise stated.

24,306. Found with minniek on our Dayboro QLD MEGA Adventure trip. For today we also cached with albida33, Nibletricecakes, and GLISS! to form and sign as MiNiFiGAS!
With the sudden COVID outbreak in Queensland putting the Mega in doubt we decided to head up to the New South Wales / Queensland border hoping that it would still go ahead, and with the announcement that things were mostly returning to normal we decided Plan A still looked good. Day 6. Not quite such an early but still wet start today with an aim of caching our way through finishing all of the Geo-Art around Dayboro (all being pre solved) plus various bonus caches along the way, then doing a loop around collecting counties and QLD's oldest. This was the next stop for the day. We parked nearby this one for a quick find at GZ. Signed the log as MiNiFiGAS!, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.
Thanks CacheQLD and all the other Cache owners !! Please forgive the generic logs.

Dayboro trip. Day 11. The third day of the mega was another wet day, but not quite as bad as predicted. Things were quiet onsite so we headed off fairly quickly. Today Fitzy_1965, MinnieK, Nibblericecakes and Gliss & I finished off the caches closest to Dayboro we had not got to before heading into Brisbane and surrounding counties for the oldest cache in QLD and ticking off counties. The final goal for the day was as much of the Coat of Arms caches as we could get to before it was too dark. The drive home from Esk to Dayboro was another wet nighttime mountain drive, but we had a warm welcome at the ACT Chateaux before finally retiring for the night.
Thanks for the cache LHE Duo

I got really excited by the name of this geocache, exclaiming "Powerful Lizard is what the word 'dinosaur' means". And that was enough to encourage me to want to stop here. I would later recall that 'dinosaur' actually means 'terrible lizard'. Close.
Today I was on a little Sunday drive with Miss Spondonicle down to Jacobs Well and back. I know, not the most alluring of destinations, but there was geocaches alright! We DNF'd the one I really wanted, but that's another thing.
Driving home up the highway would be a slow mess, so we opted to head east and go via Mount Cotton Road. As one does, the phone on the dash was scrolling the geocaching map and I touched this icon and the above explanation was uttered.
Parking is easy, though the chap across the road has chosen rather 'striking' and 'paranoid' decor, hasn't he? We were able to avoid bush-bashing and our two phones pointed to GZ and I spotted the geocache in the first place I looked.
While the logbook was getting signed (and it's getting pretty full) I tossed in two trackables and Miss S threw in two pathtags. That'll lighten the load in the glovebox a bit! All in good condition, replaced as found and we're back to the air-conditioned comfort of the car. Thanks for this geocache, LHE Duo

This is a cute little spot. This is a fairly quick find, owing to very good coordinates. TFTC
Sent my Mr +2 in to hunt for this one.. Took longer than thought but found and logged successfully.
Got ya. Grabbed it on the way. Didn’t realise this small public area was here. Cache in good condition
our last for the day
This one caught our attention earlier when accidently clicked on
We just had to come find it before leaving
Took a little while but so worth it

Brad and B2 are heading from Maroochydore to Sydney ads B2 moves on to the next phase of her life. Brad is helping with driving duties. And along the way stopping for the occasional diversion. some sightseeing, and maybe a cache or two.
This was one of those stops. Always good to stretch the legs. No snakes today despite the muggy heat.

After moving away from trees, I trusted the first place gps took me too. Ventured a bit further in and it was ours. Tftc
A muggle in a car on a phone in line of sight made this a bit trickier but with so many different plants around T started photographing whilst H went in for the hunt. Found after a short while. No lizards sighted. TFTC
Attempted this cache a few months ago but couldn’t find it.
There was a clearer path to GZ here today and that made locating the cache easier.

Out for a morning with Gunnie69 today. Have not been out much and we decided to to the SITP trail and a few between.
A little wider the search area and we soon had the cache. TFTC

Out and about with NurseyJulie this morning, this was our first cache of the day, before heading North and gathering the SITP series. Relying on NJ's phone, we found an area that looked promising, but no cache.
Widening the search, a likely spot appeared and the container was in hand. Names quickly added to the log, the container was returned a found and we headed off.
Cheers LHE Duo.

Checked on this cache through the week and all seemed to be ok. Cache is in place.
While half of the office went for golf I went for a few caches instead.
This was my last find for the afternoon.
Enjoyed the end of my work week.
Thank you for hiding this cache

Was searching the wrong tree at first. Found in the last place I looked. All is well. Tftc.
Happy to be having a day off, so a plan was hatched to head to the bay area and find some long-ago solved puzzles, older or unloved hides, unusual types and DTs, along with any others that happened to be located along the way.
Having completed my laundry list of caches ahead of schedule, I was heading to Belmont for a few more when my car GPS indicated I was driving straight past this one! A quick u-turn and I was like in like Flynn, gotta love an unplanned park n grab.

Got up early for our venture around this bushland reserve. There were a few smiley faces from a long time ago and it was good to see a new bunch of caches. We especially liked the novelty hides. Thankyou LHE Duo for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area
In Brisbane staying with my sister and thought I would clear out some of the local caches, nice little spot - TFTC LHE Duo, I really enjoyed it!
GPS also had us bouncing around, but we eventually spotted a tree inside the brush and the cache was soon in hand. TNLN in this good condition container. Thanks for the hunt and sneaky location, LHE Duo.
Checked today and all as it should be. Maybe a little overgrown so look a bit further.
Found with geo friends whilst in the area. Good hide and a quick spotting of the prize was had by the team.

We tried finishing this group yesterday but as it was getting late decided to complete it today as geobuddies were after yesterday’s and today’s souvenirs as well as the fun we have Geocaching and with not so many muggles!
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!
This one took far too long than it should have after reading some posts. GPS was so jumpy so that didn't help. Not many obvious places so in I went! Few scratches, then I spotted it. Would have been easier from the other side, but just happy to finally find it! TFTC!

Out caching with the Tough Mothers ( Remsjw, Lisylou, Bennyboppers, Misssusan79, Jemillalucy). TFTC!
TFTC... 13/3/17. Tough mothers day out (5).. Started off looking like a wet day so good to have a quick find.
Quick grab while in the area today, no lizards, the heat must have had them hiding. Tftc
After a Previous DNF, I thought GZ would need another survey. We parked On the road and surveyed the Cache site, we looked high and low again, and looked in areas we didn't search last time . We saw something out of place gave it a nudge and discovered the cache !!!!! Thanks for the cache LHE DUO . TFTC!!!!
No powerful lizards sighted so ventured to GZ and a quick find resulted...
**TFTC**
On my way back from a run at Mt Cotton, I decided to stop by and find this one. The coords led me straight to the tree and a bit of a poke around revealed the cache.
I had a little chuckle when I saw a tree stump nearby. I assume that it is what the previous DNFer was referring to but it is clearly not a new cut so I wasn't worried that the cache had been there.

Didn't Find This Cache, Unfortunately After a good survey of the area . I Think this cache has Been Removed By Council Workers as The Are tree Stumps In place of where the GPS Coordinates says it use to be here ):, Will continue To Hunt for more.
Quick cache on the way back from a few finds at a park nearby. TFTC
A few minutes spare before meeting friends at Indigiscapes Botanical Gardens so this cache was targeted. Luckily it was found rather quickly. Lincoln enjoyed listening to the water flowing underneath the concrete round thing whilst I did the hunt. TFTC.
