Found It!
A nice little walk in here and a nice spot for a cache! Took me a little longer to find it than it should've but eventually I spotted it. The contents are a bit wet.

Have been stuck in office for most of the week but this afternoon provided a gap with nothing scheduled. Parked on the Gigantor end and walked in grateful for some leg stretching. I can't recall my earlier unsuccessful effort but container was pretty much in the open today. Log a little damp. Drained the box Signed and returned. Nice pool below but a little murky. Thanks for placing.
It could'uv been the rain clouds, or the forest canopy ; but the gps told me to jump off a 5 meter cliff..! Or my phone is trying to kill me.
If I had followed I'd now be "sleeping with da turtles"..
Easy find once you get the right perspective

So with the weather a bit better and being near the area it was long over due to collect this one. While it no that far from home as a straight line it is a lot further by car.
The track was a bit wet and boggy in parts as expected but nothing too serious. Certainly a bit of water through the creek and surrounds. Once at GZ a look in a few place and the hide was soon found and the signing duties completed. TFTC

After five days without leaving the house, my youngest son and I decided we needed some outdoor exercise, so we did a nice little bushwalk that took us right past this lovely cache. He found it really quickly and was excited because, even though he's been out caching with the family before, this was the first time he spotted the container first. We signed and replaced and then walked on to Whale Rock where he clambered to the top. It was great to get some much needed (and safe) outdoor exercise. TFTC.

Walking through this little pocket of bushland in Epping, we walked along Devlins Creek. Recent rain fall and run off water had turned the water to a murky brown color.
We arrived a Ducky's Waterhole. We took a rest at a rock overlooking the waterhole. Rain was expected but we were shielded from any raindrops by the umbrella made by a tree fern.
After a bit I realised we were only 2 meters from a cache. After a quick search it was again Eagle Eyed Monkey Girl that found the small cache.
Great hide at a nice spot. TFTC.

Thanks for the excuse for a beautiful walk! I missed it on the way down. Sharp eyes needed!
Decided to go out on a geocaching adventure today and ended up out this way so decided to make a few grabs here. What a lovely walk! Shame that everyone I walked past wasn't friendly, beautiful spot otherwise! TFTC
Out on a lovely walk with jcheongster and the youngsters, a spot server never been! Tftc
Last time i came down this way it was to find the nearby cache A Whale’s Tale. I ended up scratching my eye on a branch while searching and needed to get a tetanus shot from the doctor.
Today though turned out to be a much nicer experience.
After parking at the head of the trail i headed off towards the GZ.
The only people i spotted on the way were a group of bush care workers who were just finishing up whatever they were doing.
At the GZ it didnt take long to find the cache.
The pool next to the GZ is suffering from the drought at the moment and looks like it could do with a good flushing out. I did however spot a turtle lazily swimming around and enjoying the afternoon sun.
The container had a little standing water in it that i tipped out but the log was still dry.
Thanks.

Beautiful spot. Gets a FP just because of the location. And besides it completes our Diamond search.

Lovely spot for a rest, watching the bubbles of turtles(?) on the surface of the waterhole.

Great walk down around here, once I worked out which side of the path and then which level it all became clear. TFTC
Cache a little damp, but log book safe inside. Many cockatoos and skinks to share the find with. TFTC!
Stopped off after leaving the Amateur Radio NSW (HAM Radio) bi-monthly Trash & Treasure sale, at Quarry Road Dural, for this one. It had been a fun filled morning of HAM radio junk scrounging, and a nice BBQ lunch with lots of friendly chit chat (including some unexpected geo-chat with some geocachers from the Hornsby HAM radio club), but now it was time to grab some caches while on the homeward journey. This was the 9th of 11 finds, and 1 DNF, for the day.
After finding "A Whale's Tale" I continued walking down the bush track, then took the lower track at the main track junction to reach this one. Admired the nice view out over the big pond, but didn't spot any (real) Swamp Hens, but then managed to put my hands on this Swamp Hen by locating the cache in pretty much the first place I looked. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC Crackers (A,J,C,L).

Found with EverestHigh and Morry9. Bit damp along the path after recent storms. I found it at my head height when I got to the right level. TFTC
Found the new FTF up the Rd. Got back to the car decided to come and get this one. Bumped into brew and evret. Cheers for the cache!
Got the late shift today and decided to go for a walk with my oldmandog. GPS was a little off on this one but as soon as I realised how close we were to this great spot I knew it’d be here. Many days spent here when I was younger with family, friends and on my own, nice to have been brought here for a cache. Thanks
Wow such a beautiful spot. Have been wanting to do this one for ages. As it was a nice cool Sunday this had to be the day. Loved the walk to GZ and happy to add a smiley here TFTC
Located at 1:09pm. The first find for the month of March. Had wanted to make one find before work today as I’m finishing quite late tonight. Very nice walk in to GZ. Warmish day and completely still all around me. Спасибо! תודה! L’chaim! TFTC!
Raced ahead of my bushwalking group to try to grab this one. They caught up but lucky for me they stopped for morning tea. I continued my search and made a quick find tftc
After a DNF a year ago it was great to come back and find it!

Have sat at this many times so good to know a cache here. After the last DNF wasn't very hopeful but had very quickly (look for the rock out of place!) so nice to sign - may have been busted by an elderly walker who snuck up on me though. TFTC
This is a beautiful spot we really enjoyed the walk here. I'd love to come back after heavy rain.
Cache was found safe and dry.
We were watched by a duck that was after a snack - sorry no picnic today.

Too nice a day to stay inside so we headed off to do a mini bushwalk to this cache. With the younger ones needing a break it was a nice spot to stop and have morning tea. Our eldest Geoson made a quick find. All is well with the cache. Had trouble completing the signing duties with many people out and about enjoying the day off. With a break in foot/bike traffic we were able to SL but then had to wait for another break to return the cache to its home. Geosons wanted to take the marble and we have left a toy in its place. TFTC!
I was happy to read that the cache is back! When it was in its place it was easy to find. Thanks for the cache and The Travel Bug
On a little walk with a friend in the NP. After we finished our loop, I returned to find the couple local ones.
Looking into a logical spot revealed a corner of the container visible. The rest, of course, was easy.
Took a geocoin, left TB.
All good here. TFTC, Crakers (A,J,C,L)!

Sending the astro geocoin finally on it's way. Good Luck and sorry for holding you so long.
There seem to be 2 cachers who have logged multiple finds on this on the same day dropping in TBs (not realising they could just write a note instead). Can those be deleted please.
We looked very carefully everywhere nearby for the cache with Tiltsi and Joanne, but couldn't find it. I'm not sure, if the cache is still there or already swimming somewhere in the pond...
It seems our little swamp hen has flown the coop or taken a swim elsewhere. We will endeavor to get her back again.
I had a real good look for this one on a Monday afternoon after making two good finds nearby. I think this one may need a check up from the CO particularly if the recent logs are anything to go by.
Other than that I loved the spot and I look forward to see it up and running soon (or at least returning if I learn that I was suffering from cache blindness).

Great view, unfortunately I couldn't put down anything on the log book due to water damage. Maintenance required

It has been a few days since my last find, having spent too much time sitting at home (working on some evil puzzle caches due to the poor weather). Today was beautiful and sunny so I wanted to take advantage and go for a nice bush walk. Parked in the sporting complex at the end of Canoon Rd and followed the fire trail down to the creek. Found Park Junction and A Whale's Tale on my way here.
The road had turned quite muddy for the past 100m or so and it was good to get onto some rocks at GZ. I wasn't quite sure of the required elevation but a quick look spotted the inside out cache; ie the container was inside the zip lock bag. I guess whatever works to keep the water out is fine with me. I didn't see too much wildlife activity around the pool - probably siesta time.

Looking at the Mali thought that this would be an easy drive by. Not quite the case. Lovely little spot. A nice extension to the pennant hills park. Few weeds like any water course in the area.

Nice place this. We managed to scare a few turtles while looking for the cache. Thanx
Easy to find. Beautiful spot. We saw three turtles, two in the water and one drying on a.log. TFTC
A quiet little stroll with no TPG reception. Met up with Celtical to find a few of the caches in this area. Was easy enough to find GZ and it wasn't long before we had cache in hand. Once we replaced the cache we took time out to enjoy the spot and what it had to offer. Within a few minutes we saw two turtles and three ducks floating in the pond. This made the cache all the more worthwhile. Photos were taken along with a few intakes of breaths. DO NOT approach this cache via Malton Road!!!
After a false start from Malton Road (just couldn't find the path & after bush bashing to a cliff thought - its 34C, we're mad, lets go an easier way!). So we went back to a proper fire trail near Whale's Tale & after finding it - we made a much easier trek to this one. What a beautiful spot to sit for a while, we saw 2 turtles & 3 ducks. Nice quick find with Brezie. TFTC
Walked a bit over 2km along the bush tracks from Pennant Hills Park to reach GZ. Spent 15 minutes quietly watching 5 turtles swim and climb tree trunks in the waterhole, then I made the find. Took the german TB. TFTC Cracker AJCL!
Im glad there was a cache here. Its really nice place to have a rest and although the swamp could be in better condition, it makes a very nice view. The name is appropriate, watched the swamp hens swim around and clean themselves in the water. Thanks
I found this suet finding whale tale and park junction. Sheet braving swarms of mosquitos and buzzing of bees I made my way to the swamp hen and found another.
Did a trackable swap, though what i found in the cache was not logged on the cache page.
Thanks for the cache.

Companions: None
Muggles: A few walkers
Weather: Warm winter morning
Cache condition: Good
I jogged down from Wahroonga, enjoying a lovely winter's morning. Once at GZ I started at the wrong point as my phone didn't lock onto the GPS, and it took a few minutes to realise that I needed to move. Even once there it took a little while to find the container, despite looking at the right spot a few times (must have been tired). I did get some nice shots when some muggles came to look at the view, forcing me to have a reason to be there. I signed the log, replaced the container, then headed back home. TFTC

Parked in the same spot yesterday (didn't find a way in and short of time before work), at the bottom of boundary Rd and followed the fire trail. The main fire trail heads away from the hide some 150m but bends again and leads you straight to GZ or 5m from it. No issues finding this one up top, thanks Crakers (A,J,C,L)
Nice afternoon out. Quick find thanks to the kids. Try retracing your steps if you can't find it. This is something my Mum said when we found it."We are on top of the world."the last clue we will give you is: watch the slippery leaves.Good luck!!
Just checked the Swamp Hens were OK after heavy rain. I thought they could have a visit from Toby the Turtle
