Cache was found after a short search. Thanks for the fun. Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumalated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Thor's day the seventeenth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit windy today. It was so windy today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. One busy intersection here this morning, parked up and made the walk to this one, cap is sadly missing but the cache is all good hereTravelling around Victoria with Freddo for a week finding caches as we go. With two challenges on our radar we were in full force. All logs signed with our names or F+g98 for the smaller caches. Thanks for the cache
Took us a while, checked the fence, the sign, and finally found it after like 10 mins
Geo daughter finding skills are on fire today 5 mins at a very busy intersection and foundThanks for placing
Retrospective note from yesterday. After conducting an initial unsuccessful sweep and I went around a second time for a more in-depth look. I lifted a bush that was overhanging a rock and thought I saw a lizard. I had a second look because it seemed like a big lizard. Nope, it was a snake! It wasnt a full sized snake, but it wasnt a small snake either. and I watched it slither into the rocks. I abandoned my search and felt sick that I was poking my fingers into all the hidey holes. Will come back another time when Im feeling more brave
I have driven past this cache many, many times but always thought too hard. Today though was another story, very early Saturday morning and I snuck into unpaid section of car park - there were plenty left for Doctor Doctors. A short walk and some looking to find a nicely constructed cache. Funny how some names missing despite logging.tftc jithi5
I parked around the corner to save paying for parking and ended up walking about 500m each way. A nice little hide. Thanks from D B-A
Working on completing the challenge where you need to complete the calendar finds using only Traditional Geocaches. After today, I only need 3 more dates to complete it. As such looking outside looking all the rain coming down, I was also watching the BOM Radar. As such when it appeared to be clearing up, I rushed here for an early lunch.
Very busy area during the day.

On our way home from dinner down the peninsular with friends, and knew it was the perfect time to stop to grab this one due to limited traffic, nice quick easy find as log was free from its home, but now placed back where he belongs, hopefully he stays there. TFTC jithi5
Sunday afternoon... yeah probably not a great time to be looking for this cache took me a few rounds of traffic lights to find then put back. Great cache though! Thanks!
All good. Nice just sitting here in the sun. No pedestrians, and cars too busy looking where they are going to notice what I'm doing!
Took one look at this and decided it was way too public. Had a quick look and found it straight away.

Late night cache finds after attending art class. Tonight perfect conditions. Followed what was requested in the description, right-e-o!
Husband had a 4 day stay at the nearby establishment and now he's home recovering and I'm playing nurse. I've missed caching the last 4 weeks, good to get a few done tonight.

Some after-work caching, exploring the area with RoamingHowie.
Trying to find the best place to park was the highlight of this one. One missed turn and next thing we knew, we were on the freeway, heading away from the cache. Took the next turnoff, and made our way back to finally land in the carpark, with 15 mins being our target to avoid a fee.
Managed to park, find cache, sign log, return to GeoRanger, leave carpark in just over 5 mins. Smashed it!
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, jithi5

With the weather looking a bit better than yesterday we hatched a plan for a cachernoon down south.
This was an adventure for all the wrong reasons. “I’ll just turn into this carpark”…. Wait…. This isn’t the carpark entrance…. Noooooo. It’s the freeway entrance . After a trip down the freeway to the next exit we eventually made our way back to the carpark (accessed from the other side). 15min to find this before we have to pay for parking…. Smashed it in 5!
Thanks jithi5 for placing this gamepiece in the wild for us to find.

Nice hiding spot… log book empty as per request.

Excuse the late log as I try to catch up. The last lockdown had been announced a few days prior to my birthday and all I had wanted for my birthday was not to be in lockdown, but I didn't get that wish. So instead, I took the day off from lockdown and visited my bro in Frankston and wanted a find for my birthday and this cache was the best option. I had ignored this cache for a long time as it was in such an inconvenient and awkward spot. May have made a couple of half hearted attempts to find it prior to this.
I sought some tips from previous finders and then went for the search full of confidence as if I told myself I would find it even though I hadn't yet. There it was, different than what I was expecting. I didn't understand the no logging required. I recall I couldn't get the log out, or had read that it was full, so I signed a bit of paper I had torn off and left that in the cache on top of the log in there.
Good to finally put a smiley on this. Thanks jithi5.

Found it , Finally got the courage to have a look for this one. As we thought, traffic was busy. Without looking to obvious we found it. That log is squished in there tight. Tftc
I ignored this cache for a long time mainly due to its highly inconvenient location. After two legitimate attempts at finding it, one at night time and one at day time, I was not able to turn up anything that resembled a cache. Frustrating given many seem to think it's an easy find or are they logging the find when they haven't found it at all, which the instructions on the page seem to encourage despite it being against the rules. Hopefully I can log a find here soon.
Super easy find, but super busy.
Gotta be extra stealthy to fill log.
Needs maintenance, previous logs soggy and wet. New piece of paper put in.

First time out caching for months. As the Covid-19 restrictions and 25km radius eased, I went out today with my caching buddy Jetsons23 following all safe guidelines. The sun was out and a gentle breeze blowing.
Our first cache for the day. Very busy here but we made light work of it and managed to be discreet. Nice hide.
The logbook was a little ratty and needs replacing but can get by for a few more finders. Unfortunately I didn’t have a spare new one with me sorry, otherwise I would have replaced it.
Caching was just what the doctor ordered here today.
Thank you for the cache here jithi5

Our first cache of the day brought us to this location. Excited to be able to cache again, my caching buddy and I located this in a timely manner. Great start to the day. Thanks for the cache.
Found with tassie expat whilst visiting the nearby hosp. Clever hide, it fitted in well. Tftc
Found with frmen1. First post lockdown cache. All COVID-19 and muggle precautions taken. Easily spotted yet well hidden. Traffic was the main issue. Signed with initials. TFTC
I must have chosen the busiest time between school home time and tradie o’clock.. I didn’t linger any longer than need be due to muggles at GZ .. thanks jithi5 for placing the cache
After gathering some nearby caches, we were about to head for home, but I decided to grab this one. The GPSr guided me to the site, but I became confused while looking for an entry to the carpark, and ended up heading back down the freeway again. Doh! Sometimes I disappoint myself!
After driving around a big loop again, We parked over the road in the servo and walked back to GZ.
Using Crusty K9 as a decoy, I let her sniff around at the grass, while I sat on some rocks to allay suspicion of my activities from the heavy traffic stopped at the intersection. With the log signed, and surreptitiously replaced, we moved on. TFTC.

What a great cache! Well disguised, but easy to find! Took a photo if proof is needed of the find:D
I'm clearly not a doctor... Didn't get to sign the log.

On the way home from my sons place after a working bee on the garden it was a pull on and cross over. Busy corner to be looking casual. Made it a quick find. Thanks for the cache jithis
Great little hide-volume if traffic actually makes it easier to “hide in plain sight”.
This cache was found where I first looked but I didn’t inspect it closely enough , obviously, as I spent five minutes or more hunting elsewhere before rechecking. There it was! Very cleverly hidden. It blends in so well. Then I hadn’t brought the tweezers suggested in the cache notes and had to resort to other techniques to extract the log! Eventually everything was done and the cache returned as found.
Checked in on this one and all is well.
Please note. Due to it very exposed position, both day and night, there is no need to sign log book as this has caused it to be muggled in the past so once located, please feel free to log it as found.
Thankyou

Out for a cache day on my bike with Crank1 in Frankston area. Beautiful day. Thanks jithi5 for bringing us here and the cache.
I'd headed to Melbourne on the 5th May for a weekend stay to see Priscilla: Queen of the Desert
Instead there was a mammoth change in my plans when the Corolla suddenly needed new brakes [xx(] which led to needing new tyres [^] which led to needing a new wheel bearing [xx(]
So a weekend turned into almost 3 full weeks and my HUGE thanks to the very patient and tolerant kmace who not only provided accommodation for myself but also for Rex [:X][:X]
Having your home invaded by a rabid geocacher who gets irritated when they have no car to go and find caches because it is in the workshop [xx(] and a pup who shreds his toys all over the house is not an easy ask for a day or two: let alone 20 odd days! [:X]
Rex also loved the beaches and the seagulls so there were many walks on the beach, some in pouring rain and gusting winds but that's what being a dog owner is about [^]
During this time some fantastic caches were found and some adventures occurred [^]
My thanks to all of the COs for the fun and the finds [^]
17th day of the trip and 2 DNFs with 6 cache finds.
Found the 1st cache about 3pm and the last about 11pm because some days that's just how the day rolls
After 2 DNFs right before this cache stop, I almost drove past because I sure didn't want another DNF tonight!
Glad that I stopped though as the find was made pretty easily at 11pm [^]
Clever hide as it both was what I was expecting but it wasn't what i was expecting: find it and you will understand!
Back to a nice warn house now and some sleep [)][^]

Found reasonably easily. I happened to have some paper with me so I shoved it in the cache, as I'm fairly certain the CO is not active anymore. It is incredibly busy around the cache, not sure what makes it a night cache besides that fact that there will be fewer muggles driving past.
Just passing by and thought id stop in. Now the roads have been upgraded there's really nowhere to park except in the hospital, and that will cost you if you stay longer than 15 mins. So I quickly parked, ran through the bushes to GZ but had no luck finding the cache in 10 mins. Got back to car quickly and left under 15 mins so I didnt have to pay. Not really wanting to come back since you dont have to sign the log. Good Luck all.

After a big drive yesterday on ANZAC day I took the bike down this way today for a ride along this trail that I have been meaning to do for ages. It rained twice today and luckily once I was right near a bridge and the next time underneath the verandah of a footy club so didn't get wet while waiting for the clouds to pass.
Pretty successful day with 30+ finds around the whole area. There were 3 I couldn't even search for due to muggles but otherwise after struggling on a couple I didn't get any DNF's on the ones I searched for although 2 I got on the second try on the return trip.
Found this one easy enough but the container is totally empty so even if I wanted to sign the log I wouldn't be able to.
Thanks jithi5 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Out and about tonight trying to push myself to reach my 1700th find after a busy day at uni today. So after driving around waterways for an hour hunting some rare pokemon on pokemon go. Sadly none of the desired ones I wanted were found but lucky for me it was my time to find some treasures in my other location based hobby.
A short walk from my friends place. Found straight away. Needs a new log sheet but description says no need to sign. Tftc
Another free morning and with the bike in the car I decided on a cache ride. A flat wheel meant a qucik trip to Kmart then I was on my way. Found but it needs fixing. Thanks to jithi5 for placing this cache.
Found with Loujean1970. Found really quickly by geo daughter. Log is in terrible condition, damp and ripped. Found a place to sign log and returned container to it hiding spot.

After working out the parking situation which has previously deterred us, and after offering to assist a family push their broken down car, the FossicKENS daughter came from the correct direction and went straight to this find. Thank you
Out with Jascat, papillon4506, 4bait, mark9375 & georurtle37 . After doing a few caches in the area we decided to give this one a go. I've had my eye on this one but never liked to go and find it due to the exposed location. Even in the evening there is quite abit of activity at this intersection. Anyway it all seemed ok in numbers. And it didn't take too long to find due to a tip off from Jascat who had previously made a find on it. Excellent hide and obviously some time and effort put into the construction . Could do with a new log as it seemed a bit damp and soft. I'd have given it a fav if it wasn't for the location. TFTC
Found with Geoturtle37, Jascat, MazzaG, 4bait and Mark9375. Jascat organised a group outing for a few night caches and we picked up this one along the way. This one was a quick and easy find by MazzaG, Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Out this evening to grab a couple of night caches with Jascat, MazzaG, 4bait and Mark9375. Although a couple of our group had found this previously, they wanted us to look for this one as they thought it was great. We weren't disappointed and MazzaG soon had the cache in hand.Log signed and returned to its clever hide. Thanks for the cache.
out and about with a lovely group of people doing some night caches and this was close by. like the camo. we parked in a pickup drop off zone at the hospital so I was thinking about dtopping off a tb but it wouldn't fir lol tftc

Have been looking to do this one for ages, but worry about the muggle factor and parking. On the bike today and was in the area. Coords was bouncing a bit, so I decided to use a bit of geosense. Having the cover of the bike and phone I scanned around and with in about 2 mins I decided this could be it. Good guess. The log sheet was empty , so I added by name to it. Thanks for the cache.
Out and about with mark9375 picking up a few caches in the area. Went round and round in circles and then had a good laugh when we finally stumbled upon the obvious and slightly out of place. What a fantastic hide definitely deserves a favourite. TFTC
Out with jascat collecting some of the nearby caches,
Swung by to grab this well......it was not like that at all... A half hour ish search was completed until jascat said it's probably around here and abra cadabra there is was, we bought tweezers with us and the sure came in handy,
Log was not signed due the poor condition of the logbook, I had no replacement ones with me, otherwise it would have been replaced
Cheers Mark and TFTC

Both Q and I had touched the cache before ... but not realised that this is what it was. Found in the company of quiet1_au and GJMMelb. TFTC
Found with Lochb and Quiet1_au. We parked on the other side of the road up the road a bit. I was a bit saw after walking around the flora and fauna park. At Gz there were a few cars passing but not too many muggles. We walked around and around this. After reading the hint we knew what to look for and Q eventually made the find. Well constructed. Thanks jithi5
GJMMelb
GJMMelb
This is a cache I've passed many times but it's awkward location made it easy for me to keep going. But with my caching companions lochb and G' of GJMMelb we decided to give it a go this afternoon. GZ was clear enough but where might the cache be. A quick search of all the likely spots found nothing so a little more reading and lochb and I checked something I had looked at earlier - not well enough as it turned out as she spotted the cleverly hidden cache. Also lucky she had the good sense to bring caching tools along so the logbook was soon extracted and signed.
As the last cache of the day, the windchill was pretty severe, but we were being kept a bit warmer by all the car exhausts. We had a quick look around conscious of all the traffic around at this time of the day. We took a little time before we came up with the goods, which were dry unlike most of the caches that we had done today. A quick log and then replaced during a break in the traffic.

Amazing!!! As it being a public holiday, the geocaching app had been updated and I'd just gotten my premium membership, it was sort of obvious what we'd do today. A few weird looks and a 'Hey Mate!' but nothing tooooooo bad. A brilliant cache and experience. Favourite point headed your way. It was my destiny to be a geocacher. I was born in that hospital. OK, maybe that joke wasn't as solid as rock yet. Right, I'll stop. TFTC, Brainiac03

Needed a few lunchtime finds to push my total nearer to 2k before attending an event on the weekend. After a DNF nearby this was the third of three finds. Due to the building work on the other side of the hospital the car park and surrounding areas of free parking were jam packed. I luckily found a spot in the pay and display and (without paying) hoped for a quick hide. This time my luck was in and I extracted the tricky fellow and squeezed my initials in. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache jithi5. The icing on the cake? No parking fine!

Found in the dark with the aid of torch light. Surgically (tweezers) removed the insert but unable to sign the tattered log. Returned from whence found and I was on my way. Many thanx to jithi5
Just performed owners maintenance on this cache.
... and added some minor changes to the description for a couple of people that felt it wasn't correct.

Heading home after a PLT run with the geokids. Did this one solo while they slept in the geomobile nearby. Found the likely hide and surgically removed with a geotool. Signed log anyway. Now to rock on.
