Logs
Back here to avenge a multi for Dimepodore, we found this previously. Revisiting GZ, I couldn't remember where the container was. Finally found, as per the hint, buried under leaves. But we must have found a different one... This pill box contained only 3 names in the logbook, last signed by 1066 on 2023-12-27. humm, not sure what is going on around here...
Nice bike ride through the park and straightforward find. Busy with disc golfers so poking around bushes doesn't look unusual. Looks like a new film canister has been put in place.
Similar to the previous finder, this geocache looks like it might need some help. I too did find all of the pieces scattered near what I presume would be ground zero and sadly didnt have any materials along to serve. Do a little maintenance. Thanks for the fun!
On a Feb 29th Leap Day mission with That Darn Bear. A flurry of caches on a special day
Today is Leap Day, February 29th. A date that comes around once every 4 years. A date that many Geocachers have stored in their calendars for various reasons. For me the objective is to log 11 cache types today. LET'S DO THIS!!!GeoHubby (GNARwhal) and I had completed quite a few cache types on our list, and then got the dreaded call from school that Miss 11 was not feeling well and needed picking up. This cache is near her school and we hadn't logged a trad for the day, so made perfect sense.Found the cache on the ground and in pieces. The log was soaking wet and unable to be signed. Have added a fresh log in a fresh bag and placed back in the tree where I believe it may have been originally. CO might want to check to be sure. Thanks for the cache.
TFTC finally found it it looks like there was some gum and a piece of small paper
I found it after a few minutes of looking. It had got well under cover. It is not hidden so deep now. Feeling great after an aqua fit class at the pool.
TFTC! I came here several months ago to log a DNF. I found it lying in the ground which I'm guessing isn't where it should be. TYSM
Had to dodge around some folk multiple times to get this one. Was a bit mucky but got it in the end! Tftc
Another day on my trip to Christchurch with tmann421.Bit of a slower day today but still many fun hides found.Signed logs tm/ww NZThanks to cache owners for all their efforts
Down in the Christchurch area with woolwood9. Thank you for the reason to visit this cache and location SL *tm/ww NZ**Good find and hide.*
Found it instantly, just luck I guess. Paper all mushy definitely needs to be more water tight
New container and log placed in same spot. Pill bottle, same size. Covered with some natural camouflage.
Avenging a DNF here. Took a lot of digging into leaves and past logs but I got there. Fortunately coords are bang on.
Up this way to experience the swimming pool, so it's time for a cache b4 home for breakfast
Visiting my home town from the tron. The container is missing its lid but bag protects. Tftc
The map is very misleading and changes all the time, and I spent an hour total here and still didn't find it. Very good spot you must have
Looked at the trees by the fence (there are 2 large ones). Couldn’t find anything there.
Out getting a few caches on this side of town. Enjoyed a walk in this lovely park, lots of flying discs around. Lid of film container missing but logbook inside plastic bag inside container. Didn't spot write note till logging sorry. Thanks for the cache Megalodon.
Can someone please take care for a new logbook and dry the box? I hope it is not broken.
Found but log was wet, needs replacing
GPS was a little bit off lol I was searching in the wrong place the hint helped tho
Thank you

Happy to find it quite quickly, thanks! Lid is missing but was still pretty dry
After an hour in the dentist chair time to do something different. Nearly gave up but found it after 5 minutes. Thanks.
We actually found two! Maybe one went missing for ages and got replaced? One was very old and totally waterlogged so no records. Put both back where we found them
After a frustrating search and trawling through past logs I had a final dig around in the leaves before giving up....
Cache was found lying in the ground in the leaves nearby.
Cache lid is missing but log is dry inside it's bag and in reasonable condition.
I tucked the container away in an obvious place as per the hint.

Daughter at a swimming competition at Jellie pool so thought I had better grab this one. No problems with finding the cache. Doesn't match the hint so not sure if it is in its original spot but its quite a good spot so left it where it is. The film canister has lost its lid but the log is completely dry (with no signs of being wet in the past). Not sure what those that said that log was unwritable and saturated found. Thanks for the cache.
Can someone place a new container with a logbook, please? I am not able to do it by myself....
Thank you, this is my first find and I really enjoyed it. All the names that date back years are interesting.
Heading towards the last Summit challenge today hopefully. Out with Knotobsessed who had found this one. Had to wait for frisbee guys to go past.
Out and got a FTF, and found myself two short for the last climb the peak challenge. Thanks to this one, made it. Log saturated... Cheers
Small we container and a bit of camouflage but hidden in a cute we spot in the tree
Second time round (this time with my girl) a lot easier this time to find, still a bit of a dig thru the camo
A nice quick find here this evening thanks Megalodon and La Vista. Second visitor today - my find was probably easier for that. No need for a replacement its all fine. TFTC # 17,841
Had a bit of a look. Probably should have looked a bit harder, as I had only seen the previous DNF, and not any previous log photos. Got a bit put off after standing where a dog sh@.
