Found this one a few days back on a holiday to Geelong. We had a much needed walk amongst all the socialising and catching up with friends we did over the weekend. This one was fun to direct the kids from on high, like a remote controlled cache find. TFTC!

Ha! Nice little cache. Plenty of receipts, plenty of coins, I only had a plastic soldier - which when I last checked was not legal tender. Either way this is my diamond find, #75 for me so that was well planned. Thank you!!
In Geelong doing a few odd jobs at MILs home. Decided I needed a break so it was off for a walk with the dog. Saw this close by. Unfortunately I was skint at the time so couldnt participate in any swaps. Fairly easy find TFTC Bushfire and thanks to Quickhealer2 for keeping it in circulation. TNLNSL.
On the 5th Nov 2013 I placed this guy, gee that is a long time ago, can you remember that far back.This cache along with over a hundred and fifty others have been adopted out to other folk who I hope are happy to look after these guys as the ageing Bushfire has developed a health problem that will only get worse so a big thanks to all these great friends.Finally, I must thank my good friend Quickhealer2 for looking after this guy as it has got to the stage when I must pass it on and wish it good luck for the future. I know it is in good hands.And lastly, I will give it another favourite because I can now. Thanks for all the great logs that have been placed over many years.

After meeting the legendary Bushfire yesterday, we made it our mission to find some classic Bushfire caches nearby. This is a VERY busy spot on a glorious Sunday morning - more dogs and bike riders than I have seen anywhere. Luckily we had a break and quickly made find. Cache in good condition. Nice to find a cache thats been hanging here for a decade! After a big day in Greater Geelong yesterday, KBucky and I decided to head out on Olive and my nameless trusty treadle to find a clutch of caches close to our temporary home base. Nice weather and few people made for a quick enough find at GZ. After meeting up with the legendary Bushfire at Saturdays Christmas event, we are really happy to find some of the caches he has placed over the years...nothing like a name to a face! TFTC and the FUN!

Found on a quick jaunt down to the local Barwon area to knock off some of the few remaining hides.
This one was exactly where I expected it to be but, as is usual from our mate Bushfire, I still managed to spend a few minutes trying to locate the bugger.
Cache is in great condition. The exchange, not so much. Took nothing, left nothing. But if I'm ever walking past in the future with some foreign pennies in my pocket, I know where to deposit them!

It seems the caching gods are shining on me today. This cache marks my 100 for the month, earning me a souvenir. not only that I was fortunate enough to find a travelbug. Only my second one ever however I found the first one only half an hour ago. Thanks to bushfire as always for contributing to our game. Thanks for the cache.

This was our third time looking for this cache and when we found it we were shocked at how it took us so long

Staying in Geelong for a while, I was keen to find some caches. This one was found quickly and easily. There has been a lot of water here with the floods but the cache is completely dry.
Down here checking out the river. Took the opportunity to grab this one, while all the muggles were at the other end of the bridge. Glad this access road to this one is on the high side of the river.
Don't think you'll need to check on it Bushfire. It's pretty safe where it is and was well above water level when I found it around noon Sunday

This guy should be high enough to avoid any water but you never know, I will add it to the list.
It was a bit ponky for an extended search but needs must. Grub62 and I searched and searched until finally we had an inspirational thought!!! Read the description!!!! After that the cache was found in seconds. TFTC.
Bunadoorian and I were in the area for an event in the afternoon and had decided to try and find a few caches in the area. This was our second find for today. We spent a fair bit of time looking around until Bunadoorian finally put his hands on this cache. I must say we were struggling with the smell coming from under the bridge. TFTC and for bringing us here Bushfire.

Found while caching in and around Geelong after maccamob's wedding anniversary celebration.
It wasn't until after sunset that I noticed that I had a few solved puzzles by the river around Belmont.
And so, after a nice walk, I'd traveled both sides of this section of the Barwon, with one more smiley to try for before I cross to where I parked at the other end of the bridge.

Second day in a row that we were in this area of Geelong. Today we were on the other side of the river so that we could get a good look at this cache. We had attempted to find this cache once before, only to be foiled when the heavens opened, and we chose not to get drenched to the skin and head back home.
It rained quite a bit lately, and the area near GZ was quite damp. Because of this, there was a slightly funky smell (maybe that is from the pipe under the bridge).
We looked for a short while before coming up with the goods.
The cache is in good condition.

A quick find early this morning. The leaves on the slope are quite slippery. In good condition.
Thanks to Bushfire for the hide. This was a fun one that I enjoyed with my friends, in a scenic location as well.
Beautiful hide had a fun hunt searching for it. TFTC. Left a special coin... Stamped the log.
Bring grippy shoes, the whole surrounding area, footpaths, grass etc, gets slick in winter. TFTC.
We were diverted by two senior cyclists as we were about to leave the path to look for this one after crossing the footbridge. A short conversation ensued before we debated and picked up the nearby adventure lab bonus cache nearby. Even there we had a lovely young lady offer to help us out if we were looking for something. On the return journey we found this one quickly unencumbered by muggles.

A bit of a tricky geocache for us as the GPS had us on the other side of the footbridge to start with, but a check of the map and we ended up on the right side for an easy retrieval.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for this location and geocache here today for without anyone to hide a geocache there would be nothing for a geocacher to find.
