Another day out and about in Northam. After a bad start to the day I was glad to make the find here. TFTC
Out and about in Northam I teamed up with Burns345.
Cache was found but we removed the wet bag and put the wet log into a separate bag with a new dry log to help
Cheers

Out for Maker Magic finding smiles for the weekend. TFTC logwet. Left new log sheet in bag
As with previous finders, this is in need of maintenance. Photo as proof. TFTC!
I’m assuming this used to be awesome. But not so much now. Needs maintenance in a big way.
Full time nomads stopping in Toodyay for a while.
A sleep in this morning and no plan of whether we were going caching or not. Physio completed, lunch packed we finally hit the road about 10.30am
On our little picnic sojourn we found your cache.

Day 1 of WAGB22 week, the plan was to go to Northam and do a few along the way including KEP Series near Clackline and the walk up the hills in Bobakine Nature Reserve. Did some GG Series but had to miss a few and some missing in the roadworks sections.
66 Finds and 4 DNF, and 1 not willing to swim in the Avon.
Thanks to all the CO’s for their hides and maintaining the series.

Enjoyed the walk in along the river then through the scary forrest. I spent a while at GZ searching all the wrong places before I finally saw something I didnt see earlier. Paper was rock hard but made my mark. TFTC and a fav for the walk and bringing me somewhere I had no idea existed.
Found this pretty easily and just about managed to sign the log which is pretty wet. Plenty of mosquitoes for company too so I didn’t hang around. Cheers for the cache Grumpybump
What better way to spend a long weekend than packing up the car and heading off on a road trip? We made plans to meander our way to Northam and camp there overnight before setting sail for home. This was one of the caches we had targeted for the day and we also had some GCA caches, Waymarks and Adventure Labs on the radar. Cheers and TFTC.
G’day there GrumpyBump, I was in this area today and found your cache Dorntj Koorliny GC4TX50. I added my name to the log book at 2:22 pm on 27 February 2021. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!

A quick find at the start of another big caching day, mostly in York but many on the way there and back.
Log was extremely wet and damaged so to reduce further damage have just signed CP and returned log
Logs very wet, signed W2321
Take care crossing the bridge
Cheers for the hide

TFTC. We found the log in its bag but on the ground so we popped it back in the cache
A little detour today to Northam, as we headed out to the Wheatbelt to see some of the wonderful sights our great State has, the amazing scenery, the interesting history, the local characters, it's wonderful to see this part of Australia through the eyes of the local Geocachers.
A bonus for me, a chance to call in and find this clever cache )
After having enjoyed a chat with CO at the wonderful Clear Water Event earlier this year, this cache was on my ‘to do’ list this year.
We came up trumps, found your cache tucked away neatly, and with signing duties done and dusted, we replaced the cache as found.
A favourite point here for the creative cammo )
Thanks for sharing this interesting spot.
Looking forward to catching up at Geoventure 2020 in Millicent )

After a rather unpleasant experience at the last cache we tried for, it was awesome to come and find this one. Can see why it has so many fav points, and I am more than happy to add another one to the tally. From here we trundled along from one cache to the next, following our noses, sniffing out smileys. We met up with another caching team for a few joint finds around York before grabbing pub lunch and doing then worked our way back towards Northam for the end of the race and closing of the event. Congrats to all the winners - sounds like they had fun, but then again, so did we. Great day all the way around. Thanks for adding to the adventure Grumpy Bump.
Thank you! In the area for WAGB, and out with papillon367 to find a few caches. Happy to make the find here.
So out on another Geocaching weekender with Spatial Riq, this time off to the Northam for the 2019 WAGB. Great weekend picking up nearly 70 Caches over the two days. A great variety in the area....
No probs here

Teamed up with ullyssia to find a few caches before the CITO event. Noticed something out of place and the cache was in hand fairly quickly. Thank you for the hide GrumpyBump, a favourite!
Out ‘n about with m4yb getting a few caches.
Another one after the CITO, but we left the LAXAs at the river for the youngens to burn off some energy. Made our way to this for a clever and well crafted cache, ideas in mind. Have a fav for this one.
Thanks for the hide and GrumpyBumpteam.

WAGB19 weekend! Had driven out to Northam this morning and after checking out the event location & registering, I then headed out for a drive picking up some caches between Northam and York, with some time then spent in York itself. Was a lovely day weather-wise and caching-wise This was one of the caches I stopped off at. After parking the car I had a short but nice walk along the path to GZ. After searching the wrong area for a few minutes, something else then caught my eye... and after checking it out more closely the cache was soon in hand Great camo here - a fave point coming your way Log was completely full so replaced with a fresh strip of paper. Keen to come back and walk some of this trail properly. No problems here today, TFTC
It's WA Goes Big day!
Out on an early morning geocaching run with the machman.
Quick find here after a brief walk. TFTC

Heading off the finish off the FOTT series and gathering a few on the way with familysteiner and deefa71. So lucky today we have beautiful sunny day tftc
Very clever. Obvious when you think of it but difficult to figure out. With familysteiner and neva2old. Needs new log book had to scribble on the top.
Deefa71 found this one. No space on the logbook but we managed to scratch our names at the top. TfTC
Was on my way to the Northam event and took the scenic route and stopped by here to grab this cache and learn about the indigenous history in this area. Thanks for bringing me here and thanks for the cache grumpybump and sharing this history and story. The cache was still in good condition. and was a very easy find as i spotted what i suspected was the cache as i approached the gz.
Didn't bring an extra logbook (my bad). Desperately needs a new logbook. But an awesome spot to hide
Decided to head to Northam to pick up a few caches and a few more caches along the way. I think it rained the whole time I was out today but I still managed to get most of the caches I was looking for and only had 2 DNFS. Thanks to all the CO,S for placing these caches
The logbook is full maybe the next finder could bring a replacement

Unsure if cache has been moved but looked around for 20 minutes with no luck.. gps sent us in circles!
A day out around Northam to claim some more smilies, happy to say we came up trumps here today on this brilliant hide, a favourite point coming your way TFFC
The log book has about 3 spaces left on it. The bag is fine & still waterproof, everything good here with this creative cache. Have a favourite for your efforts. TFTC GrumpyBump
I had a spare day to myself and decided that I would spend it taking in the sights of Northam and surrounding areas. The weather was really hot, but the heat was punctuated with periods of heavy downpours which cooled things down quite nicely, for a moment at least. A great variety of caches were found today, totalling 19. This one took me a while to twig onto the clever camo, but I got there after a while. Logbook seems to be in good shape with still plenty of space. I didn't have a spare log or bagwith me, so I just returned the container back to its safe hiding space. TFTC GrumpyBump
The next geocacher to visit this one, could they replace it with a new snap lock bag and maybe a new log sheet as the CO has retired and living in the EAST. (Albury/Wodonga area of NSW/Vic).
Have seen some similar to this in sydney! As others have said, it's cacher-obvious but not muggle-obvious. TFTC! (log could maybe benefit from a new snap lock bag ...this one has seen better days)
Out with superslothsonya and thecachernator today, this my first actual find. Had to really focus on what did not really need to be there, and found it . Very cleverly made hide. TFTC
This cache really impressed me even though I had seen a number of them that were similar and would have had the same amount of work to create them. What impressed me was how it was obvious to a geocacher where as a muggle wouldn't even give it a second glance. A Fave from me. TFTC.
Another day out to enjoy nice sunny weather. Today I decided to find this cache. Phone was pretty accurate, but I didn't trust it, so I was looking all the wrong places. Finally I check the right thing. Cool! FP from me.
pug002 found it at 11.11 am brilliant GrumpyBump so loved this one, found it immediately. TFTC
TFTC! out with Cravo10 for a run to Northam stopping along the way to cleanup a bunch of caches that have been published since our last visit to the area some time ago.
Was a great day out if a little hot (35!!). It looks like we've got a good caching community out here in Northam, hopefully it can continue to grow and bring more geo tourists to the area. Thanks
Fav cache for the day. Add fav

This one had me scratching my head for a bit until i had a light bulb moment lol. Love these caches, a fav point from me. Found with Minergal TFTC
GPS and the geocacher's trail had us looking in the wrong spot for about 5 mins, but thought outside the square and found it with the Fabulous Panda. Have some good memories of this area from my teenage years. TFTC
In Northam to see the hot air balloons and, of course, geocaching. Loved this area and loved the cache too.

Went to look for this cache a couple of weeks ago with Master 4 & spotted the obvious hide, but needed extra assistance in opening it... Headed back to the car for a tool, but other things come up & had to leave! Today we were trying to find at least one cache so headed here armed with tools to help
TFTC GrumpyBump [^] This was a lovely area to visit & the kids loved the dodgy bridge... Cache was in good condition & the maintenance flag can be removed. We left the cache so that the next finder would not have the same trouble, cheers

Finally nutted this one out. Looked out of place from the moment we arrived but still very sneaky!!!! TFTC
Found today at 14:10 on a trip down to Northam for some shopping. V E R Y Sneaky, what a clever hide!. TNLNSL TFTC
We didn't get to do the whole track while we were here but picked up a few caches along the river. The footbridge looks like it has seen better days but neither of us ended up in the swamp today. We had a short hunt for the cache in a couple of spots before deciding it must be a bit more subtle. Hmm I had noticed something a little odd on the way in - yup! Nice one
Thanks GrumpyBump
