We had made a quick trip to Cooktown today to improve our most northern cache and discovered this cache as well so attached is our picture TFTC
As this cache was an photo log at the end of its active days I will take the opportunity to log it even if it has been archived.
Spent a couple of wonderful days in Cooktown this Easter.

Found with Tassiegirl13 while here on holidays.
We arrived and found quite a few people fishing however they all said they weren't catching much.
A few previous finders before us have posted up a photo log.
Attached is ours to show we were there.
This is a great spot to stop and have a look around at for a while.

Hi Mr Manley unfortunately no catch for me today but ive attached a photo of where I plan to catch a big one next time 
Because of the lots of DNF's I would suggest
change this into a photo log.
Hence my picture.
If not approved by CO then remove it
but adapt the type of the cache.

Wollten ihn als nördlichsten cache unserer Australienreise loggen, war aber nichts.
Tried to find it while waiting for Fish'n'Chips to cook for lunch. No sign of it - has it been knocked into the water?
We spent a long time here, time enough for 2 rounds of fish and chips. The jetty was empty by the time we finished and still no luck. I think it needs checking to make sure it still exists.
Tried numerous times, just way too many muggles over the last 3 days to find this one : (
WOW a FTF, these are a bit rare for us with where we live. We have been in Cooktown since last Thursday helping a friend relocate his fishing lure business from his small shop into his very large new building next door. Not really a plug but if you are into fishing, hunting, boating or sports this is a one stop place to visit.
Today I decided I had time to check the emails and was shocked to see we had been sitting so close to a new cache and had not gone for it. You should have seen how fast we left the house and headed to the jetty, which was a good thing as there was a fishing comp there today starting at nine. We arrived around 7.30am.
