one of a number of finds this morning working a stretch between Wallacia and Warragamba.
Park and find drive by. This cache was quickly found and retrieved.
Emptied out some water that was in the cache. Log was damp but when I rolled out to sign the patch I signed allowed the ink no issues. Replaced as found after restoring the log back to the cache

The chook sign is hilarious. Quick easy find but cache and log were soaking wet- too wet to sign. Tftc!
Nice easy find after attending A Dam Meeting 2015.
Container was very wet, poured the water out, the log was only slightly damp.

Arrow bouncing about making my presence on the side of the road strange to the passing traffic while it settled. Gave up on the gps and just expanded the search methodically till I found a likely hidey hole and a very wet log sheet. Curious by the chook image on the nearby sign about crash zones. Are accidents here caused by roaming fowls or careless motorists playing chicken?
A quick and easy find. Cache and log in good shape. Tftc

Last one for the day with grandkidlets , started getting cold and very dark. Quick stop on side of road, sign log returned and headed off home. TFTC
The geo-widow was having a girlie day in Penrith with her best friend today, so I came along for the ride and took the opportunity to do a caching run to Mulgoa and then Warragamba. This one was a pretty straightforward find as I headed back down the hill ... but I did feel terribly exposed to all the muggles driving by while I wandered along the fence looking for possible hiding spots. But that's what we have to do for a smiley sometimes, so thanks Fwoar.
Quick find. Great little hiding spot.. Very strange picture inside the cache. Thanks for the hide!
9671 + 1080 = 10751. Found during a work trip to the Penrith region.
Drove up from Canberra on Monday for a couple of days work visit. Finishing early gave me an hour up my sleeve for a few more caches. Parked near GZ and made a quick find.
Thanks Fwoar !

Well, it's the shortest day of the year. And I've been cooped up indoors for a lot of the previous four days. And it's been raining steadily the whole time. So what better antidote to both than to try to find the most caches I've managed to grab in a day - before the sunset ends.
The best target for this attempt is Mulgoa / Warragamba / Silverdale - the haunt of The Boos.
In the end, I succeeded with 25 finds (how people find a lot more than this in a day without a power trail or a Mega Event baffles me).
But I'm happy with the finds - the last as the last embers were fading from the clouds on the western horizon.
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
Another long search, but this time it was cache blindness that was the cause. I seemed to check every possible hide for 20 metres, all to the sound of the barking mutt over the road, but no find.
Was about to give it up after 25 minutes when I had a thought, and spotted it immediately. Can not believe I missed it for so long.
Completed signing duties and replaced.

After dismissing it for rubbish a couple of times and finding a family of huntsmen peering back at us in a stump we found it! TFTC
With a Saturday off work, it was time to join with Mr Hancock for a mighty day of caching, a total of 52 for me (a few less for him as he kindly waited whilst I redid a few he had already covered).
Unfortunately, this area has been used as a rubbish dump, and GZ was absolutely full of ants.

Lots of rubbish on the ground but after reading a previous log we knew we didn't have to search through it thankfully.

Back in the area for a few days visiting family so an afternoon to pick up some more smilies that have popped up since my last visit.
Trying out Geo Printer for the first time and it seems to work very well but I am having trouble getting the data into GSAK!
Quick find and I was on my way.
Thanks Fwoar for placing this cache.

Should we do one more....??! Answer is always yes . This was a good decision as we met the CO. This was a welcomed and lovely surprise. Thanks for the introduction & for placing this cache Fwoar!!xo
Filled a bag full of rubbish as some people are just disgusting low life scum and dump trash here. No need to look on ground for cache, its about chest hite. Tftc.
A quick find- I often cache with my gut while Rios and Zoro blindly follow the GPS- my telltale whistle advising them I had the cache!
Pulling over about 60m from this cache we walked back and found this cache very quickly as there was a lot of traffic. Great hide tftc
Another cache during night caching.. This one was abit harder at night but still found TFTC
Found during a run around the area today with The Rats, steeba and Big Matt (also loosely known as The Gangsters).
This was a bit of a last hoorah for the group before The Rats and family head off on a lap around the continent and another terrific day of caching.
A quick drive by on the way into Warragamba.
Thanks Fwoar for the cache.

There was time for one more Gangsters gathering before we headed off on holidays. Today big numbers wasn't on our minds, we were more interested in a fun days caching and thats what we had.

Prior to The Rats heading off around Australia for some time, the Gangsters (myself, The Rats, Big Matt and Shell and Farmer Frentzen) got together for a day's caching around Warragamba and the Lower Blue Mountains.
A quick find on our way to Warragamba. TFTC!

Forced to spend a day in Warragamba! (haha). With each break I got, I went out caching and picked up 7 or so...then got this one one the way home. I could not get it late last year because of the stench of a dead animal...but today it was fairly easy to find. The real problem was traffic and getting the container out, then back in without being seen. Thanx DL.
First find for the day. A reasonably quick find but I need a tool to get the cache from its hide. Once extracted, SL and replaced cache. Nice one. TFTC.
Found great hide pens don't want to work on the shiney paper

I needed tools for this one. I had none so I resorted to the best way I could. This plastic paper was so difficult to write on. I could only get the 'b' to come out. A lot of other logs are rubbing off too. I have written on a similar log resently but didn't have any trouble. I am not quite sure why. Anyway another day tocked off for me. TFTC.
A quick find by All Strung Out ... then came the nigh impossible task of signing the reverse of the log sheet (maybe it will just take blood). A scratching of sorts somewhere along the scroll. TFTC Fwoar
LOL ..........we had more trouble than the trucks had on that hill! ...........we need a new pen!

I can't believe how long it took to find this one today. I had convinced myself where it would be and ignored the bleedingly obvious spot for ages, grrrrrr. Finally I can post a find
after a very successful cacheing morning in Mulgoa and a refreshing lunch in the beergarden of Wallacia Hotel, mate GeoJane and I headed to Warragamba and found this one fairly quickly on the way. TFTC
Found with J+J.au as we found some caches in the area. Nice to have some easier finds along the way. SL..TFTC
It's getting too hot to struggle with a difficult cache, so we were rewaded with a quick find. TFTC
Finally spotted it which I search wrong area oops... SL with sevabo. Thanks Fwoar.

I tried to make this one harder than it is by looking in a lot of other spots before spotting the obvious.
Thanks

When I drove by this morning, the property owner was working on the gate so I returned later for a quick find.
Headed down the thin black line again to the Western Suburbs of the Big Smoke ie Penrith, Mulgoa and Warragamba this morning to try my luck and find some caches and have some fun. Thanks for the history lesson. Great cache. TFTC
We were in the Warragamba area today, trying to kill a few hours in the afternoon. We've driven up this hill many times, now, for caching, especially since my Waterhole caches are nearby. We stopped by the side of the road today and looked about, mindful of the private property just over the fence, since a group of trail bike riders went past inside as we began to search. This actually took us a few minutes, since we had a mindset where to look. Then we realised that this cache was actually easy. We had to get an extraction tool, however, before we could sign the log. Thanks
#2238- For a few seconds we looked in the more difficult spots- then just as the motorbikes went past, we turned it up and all was good. A micro within a small! Thanks.
I think I had the bloke across the road a bit concerned but he eventually drove off.
Look for a few minutes before I located the cache. Signed the log and replaced.
