In the area with team WITT today on a massive caching run. This one came up in my GPS so we gave it a go, but could not locate. Suspect it is gone, but we did only allocate 5 minutes to search.
Out and about today, caching with tmann421. We did a circuit from Palmy. It was great to find a variety of hides in the Manawatu (even a few under braces!)
Thanks for the cache

Also heard the local dog barking but snuck up on the cache from the discreet direction.

Had to widen the search area but once Mrs RiffRaff zeroed in, it was an obvious hide but can see how it would be a good night find. TFTC
Looking around and hear a dog barking and think nothing of it then 5 minutes later turn around to a foul mouthed female muggle from across the road started swearing at me for waking up her dog
Name and hint escape me totally!!!! But found once GPS. Settled....thanks
A morning of geocaching with JonoS and momoo21 my 8 year old grandson from the Gold coast. he was very handy for creeping under things, feeling down low as well as scrambling up slopes. Hope it doesnt go walk about. A NOVEL IDEA

Found by almost falling over it! Definitely a cache were you need to widen your search area. Might have its night attractions, but also a daytime geocache.

Have no idea what the hint item refers to, but the cache was quick to find. Thanks for the cache.
A most peculiar petunia. Not hard to spot, but would be good to do at night, as recommended. TFTC
GPS was vague for this one. Interested to read about the old railway station. TFTC
We have a rather hot cycle/scooter ride to the gz from home. Had a couple of the kids friends with us and one of them was very chuffed to be the ftf the cache out of our party. Fun cache - nice to have something different. A train zoomed past just as we found it so we popped out of the bushes and waved....to a co-driving child who was obviously getting a real treat! TFTC
I was rather shocked that no one had grabbed this one as no posts where showing, then I got there and already 4 people had logged neat cache, did notice at some point someone had tried lighting a fire in one of the trees, I removed the paper. thanks for the lunch time cache.
