Out with the Cockburn Boys on a night run down deep SoR. This was one of the stop offs for the night.

Legs did the heist here while I observed from afar. Mission success. Cheers jinta29! Big Grin

25-Apr-22
Got back from Pemberton and got messages from the Cockburn Crew. Met at usual location and headed south the cleanup some newer hides, and a couple of older ones too. Managed to beat the rain.
Quick find at this location. Jumped the fence while L1.77 watched from the other side. Favourite point is well deserved. Thanks for the hide.

09-Oct-21
This one just about had us both beat. It took a good 30 mins plus to locate this very sneaky hide, with another 5mins without a find, and it would have been a 'dnf' luckily there was something just a little out of place that was spotted in fading light. Very well done to the CO for this cache and super clever hide. Fav point given. With signing duties conducted, it was replaced as found ready for the next geo-adventurers. Cheers, BZ.

Out in the coldest day this Spring. Very wet and even hail. Not letting the bad weather but me off I still managed to find a few.

By the afternoon I was greeted with mostly blue skies and no rain. That’s a win!

Very clever. Had me circling for a while.

Morgo the geo found Kia Ora Cuz

Kia Ora. Out on this beautiful sunny Sunday with the Geohounds grabbing some caches. We decided to search for this one and sure glad we did. We searched for about 10 or 15 minutes but sure it was still here somewhere. I checked something thinking this is it but no luck, then I spotted something right next to me and bingo we had the cache in hand. Brilliant love the camo. Favourite coming up when I get one. TFTC jinta29.

14-Apr-19
I picked up some shopping nearby and made my way to this cache.

Parked up not far from the cache and wandered in, dodged a few webs which helped the gps to settle and I found myself right where I needed to be.

Had an assumption of what to look for but I was turning up nada, with nothing obvious I got about to looking for something subtle and after a couple of minutes I was adding my name to the log.

Brilliantly simple but effective came job, a favourite from me.

Thanks jinta29 for placing this cache for me to find, this is find number 1454 for me.

11-Apr-19

Really good hide here. Great camo.

As daughter 2 studied some of the pics to make sure we were in the right place, D1 made the find.

We then got out of there quickly as someone turned on the mozzie switch.

10-Mar-18
Out and about to grab a couple of caches on a saturday afternoon. The wife stated that I was getting underfoot, and I should go out for a while. Never one to argue with the great ideas of the other half, grabbed the GPSr and off I went.

The plan was to grab or atleast attempt some of the caches that were close to home and on the todo list, insome cases for years.

Thanks, I needed to put the smiley in this place.

09-Sep-17
Woohoo !!! Found it !!!
While at WAGB17, just had to tick a few caches of my map as this is what you to when your attending the best event in WA.
After a quick search, log book was signed, replaced and I was moving on to the next target

08-Sep-17
This was our first for the day as we made our day into Rockingham. With so many caches around, we decided to target those with high favourite points. This one had us lost for a while, on the wrong side of the fence, although we didn't know it. It was only as we were walking back to the car that I noticed what could be a pedestrian gate, and was - so in we went. Sure enough, we had the cache in hand within a couple of minutes. Nice hide! Watch out for mozzies here, I think I lost a kilo whilst searching (if only...). Nice to see a different type of hide.

05-Aug-17
What a great cache! Found by geodaughter. Tftc

24-Jul-17
Mr DKAT triumphantly returned to the car where I was waiting with the napping geotoddler. "Best cache I've come across!" He thinks it's an excellent hide and I'm sure would give it more favourite points if we could!

13-Mar-17
My GPS was going crazy here! one side of the path, then the other. I did figure out which side the hide most likely is, but since mozzies were giving me a hard time, I just gave up. I did leave few hides behind to find the next return, so will give it another go another time... With plenty of mozzie repellent on me that time!

28-Jan-17
The first jinta29 cache I have found and it was not what I was expecting Smile I have seen a similar cache in Northam but this was done slightly differently.
A neat camo to be sure.
Thanks for adding to the fun i've had today

Cheerio bro, now off to scull a handle

This one had us searching high and low for about 10 minutes or so and then I saw something sticking out which caught my eye (and almost took it out). Nice one Smile

Out for an afternoon of looking for orchids and other wild flowers I thought I would grab some caches along the way, This one took a few minutes, the overhead trees did effect my phone in finding GZ and gang....I did have to go to the comments for clues Wink as I wasn't sure what kind of container I was looking for, once figured out, it didn't take too much more looking TFTC Smile

We had come to do the CPS series but gave up when the first one did not have any cards left. So with light rain falling we headed off for the other 3 nearby.

JAAMS was first. We always like a large cache and wondered about the D rating. As we spotted the hide it all well into place. We worked away at it and then success. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC.

It was then onto Kia Ora Cuz as we headed along the sandy track with a small detour as we got to GZ. We spotted something not quite right and on further investigation we turned up the nicely camoed hide. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC

The Swamp was last on the walk and once near GZ was an easy find as it was not that well covered with the outer plastic bag. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC

Gidday mate! On a maintenance run in conjunction with making some detours along the way to clear some spots on my map and this one was very near by. Had quite a long look about the general area, poking this and that, and then when coming in from another direction had an idea of a possibility and it turned up trumps!
Great cache! Thanks jinta29.

The three caches along this stretch were beckoning this morning, as I made my way to work... DO I have time I wondered... [?] Of course I do, well, if I'm quick anyway... Big Grin

I found a nice close entry point for this one and headed in. I missed the cache though and spent waaay too long searching in all the wrong places... Twisted Back to trusting the GPS, I spotted something out of the ordinary and of course, it was the cache... Hmm, that is a nice little hide I thought... Wink

Name added to the rest in the log, I tucked it back and headed down the path for the next.

Cheers Jinta29, here's a favourite point for your handy work. Smile

Curses! Nuh. Couldnt find it. All i could find at GZ was a busted take away food container, but with so many references to cammo, i figured maybe it may just be litter from some inconsiderate walker or maybe even just blown over the fence from the road. Anyway, this one i shall come back and search for in the future.

After finding the new Drovers caches today, we took the long way home & found a few caches along the way... We found a nice spot to park & had a short walk to GZ. Initially we had not read the description & I think we thought we were looking for something larger, then we were cursing finding micro's in the bush Razz That was until we found the clever hide... TFTC Jinta29 [^]. We enjoyed this one, it blends in so nicely!

24-Jan-14
With the weather looking cooler with the cloud cover, we headed back to Rockingham.
Today, we found a total of 21 caches, most were hidden in the local parks.
A short walk, a quick search and the clever camoed cache was soon located.
Thanks for the hunt today, jinta29.
