Not sure why it is taking so long for the information plaque to be replaced, but there is another information plaque, very similar, if not exactly the same, at S 32 29.196 E 115 44.645.
I hope it does NOT get archived, I am patiently waiting for the signs to be replaced so that we can complete this one
Council has removed the signs - hopefully to upgrade them.
Will monitor for replacements then update the clues if necessary.

Jinta29 and I decided to head out this morning and grab a few smileys.
A nice quick find here after getting the required numbers.
WA K Team - Kyzabra found your cache ~ Mandurah Wreck Trail ~ on 13/09/2015 8:22 am. This is my find #3723 and find #8 today. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

Bit difficult to do this one at the moment (might need temporarily disabling) as there is no info in any of the sign boards!
We parked the car nearby after deciding that this would be cache one for our walk this morning and then headed south from here.
It was interesting learning about the shipwrecks to solve the co-ordinates.
We quickly located the cache once we had entered the necessary data into our GPS.

Staying just around the corner from this one, I got out of the starting blocks a little early this morning and made my way to the waypoint well before the sun was due to get out of bed... Although the rain had wreaked havoc on the plaques and water was on the inside in some cases, I managed to get the info needed (by torchlight) and make my way to GZ... [^]
Once there, the hiding choices were limited and I soon had the container in hand and my name in the log.
Nice spot, I will drop back some time when the sun is out and appreciate it a bit more.
Cheers WA K Team.

I had the chance to stop and do this lovely multi on my way to an appointment today. Enjoyed reading about the ships but more importantly was able to put the numbers together to happily be able to find the cache.

Thanks WA K Team. As a previous log says great to build some history into the caches which seems to be something you guys a keen on doing - learnt a lot about WA today. An easily solved puzzle cache with good coords to the actual cache couldn't get much better oh and there's the view too!
Camo container found on the ground in grass park, ~3m from GZ. Placed back where thought it would have been originally hidden and cover with leaf litter. TFTC anyways.
Interesting spot and answers to clues easily found. Cache more like those we are used to in the U.K. so found quite easily.

Day thirty of the WA road trip with BettyBoo3747.
Spent the day on the deadly treadlies riding all around bits of Mandurah. We started on the Greek Alphabet, then the Horse trail, the Marlee Reserve (for lunch), then a few odd ones to finish up on the 366 challenge for BB.
Interesting information on the noticeboards of the local wrecks. Didn't take much to wreck a sailing ship on these shores, although I suspect these were a stack using these waters, so the ones on this list only represent a small percentage.
We collected our information and walked over to a quick find.
An interesting multi.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 7998. Having completed a few trails nearby we have come into town for just a few caches, ending up with a Challenge Cache for my 8000th find.
I always enjoy a cache with some historical interest so this one was a good one to stop at today. Hard to imagine so much loss at sea when we are looking at a beautiful calm ocean today. However, we gathered the information required and put the new coordinates into the GPS and off we went to GZ. We had 3 choices of where to look and found it at the 3rd try - of course!
Thanks WA K Team

Headed out to the Mandurah area today to enjoy this beautiful weather & after having lunch at the Dome nearby we wandered over work out the clues for this cache We found the information with ease & it was interesting to see just where these old wrecks lay upon our shores!
TFTC & drawing this spot to our attention WA K Team With some quick calculations, we worked out GZ & made our way there for a quick find being wary of the muggles that were also enjoying the area... Cache was in good condition.
* A mini milestone for us here of 200 Multicaches *

Found after getting the wrong coordinates ... Pays to double check. Thanks Judabug for helping Uncie Gav to find number 117!
Enjoyed this interesting cache and found it with only a few muggles about.
Many thanks

We were in mandurah today and this one was on the list we love these types of multis and enjoyed reading about the history of the wrecks in the area . There were some muggles nearby but we bided our time and waited until we had adequate cover and made the grab

Sitting enjoy the view and sunshine having a bite to eat. Then remembered this one. Got all the information that was needed, worked out where to go. TFTC
Interesting reading about the wrecks. Cache found and returned to it's hiding place without nearby muggles taking any notice! TFTC.
We have enjoyed doing this series and hope to add to it down our way over the coming weeks. On a perfect start to Spring and with a remarkable absence of muggles, we gathered the info and headed to gz to make a quick find. Thanks WA K Team
What a great idea for a series. We never knew there were so many wrecks around the coast! On a fantastically sunny morning geomum decided to head out and find a cache for the 7 souvenirs. She worked out the co-ords and had a Curly Joe moment trying to get the waypoint function to work. Finally she set off and found the cache and signed the log. No muggles about. Nice container too. Thanks for the cache WA K Team - it's always nice to have a challenge, learn something new, and be rewarded with a smiley face. fav point
Sometimes I just feel the need to go caching on the way home from work. As often happens Mr Luna Maya rang me a little concerned as to where I was.
I enjoyed obtaining the answers to the questions as it was very interesting
Log signed. TFT Multi A K Team - well done as usual
Adding to my favourites as was an inspiration for the excellent Shipwreck Series

A very interesting history of the wrecks along our coast which required careful reading to get the clues & inspire us to take up the challeng of the wreck trail. TFTC
Out and about to try to clear the map of some close to home caches. Back again after a previous attempt when there was an error in the listing. This time it ended in a quick find.
Thanks for the cache and the interesting series WA K Team.
Thanks for the cache and the interesting series WA K Team.
Wasn't feeling too crash hot this morning, so vetoed going to either of the flashmob events in the city. But I still needed to make a find for my geocaching calendar. What better one to find than this one by the same CO as the 366 Day Challenge. Thanks for the cache, the cooperation, and the patience WA K Team
Out with the geohubby picking up a few caches this morning. We got a bit confused here as i hadnt noticed you updated how to get the info. we found all the answers on one plaque but the co-ords took us across the road outside someones house. We ran into another cacher who then told us about the updated info so after a few minutes the problem was rectifyed and the cache was then found TFTC WA K team
Congratulations to shawny amy & Joo and Eth for the FTF.
Based on feedback from Urch the clues have been updated - apologies to any that have search unsuccessfully.

While I had my head down looking at my GPS, Shawnyamy said......found it.
I have been looking forward to this series having spoken to the CO about it a few months ago. I also couldn't leave a cache 500 meters away from my house sitting there without a smiley.
