Signed this challenge on our way through. Will check if we qualify. A beautiful dirt country road leading to an ammo can - what could be better? Thanks.

Project GC has alerted me to the fact this one was signed and not claimed - unsure when I qualified, but here we go : [La Kedi](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=La%20Kedi) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC4VFT3/14713 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.366 dates of 366 completed TFTC, Net88. =^.^=

Decided to go through and hunt down any outstanding challenge caches that we have found but didn't qualify for at the time. Managed to find a handful of them, all of which we visited quite some time ago.Got the last date we needed when we had a small trip to Sydney earlier in the year, the last one we needed was July 16th, which was a somewhat random date but managed to target one specific puzzle of a geoart just to get it done. Out for a little ride around Stanthorpe (well not so little) as we cruised out to Undercliffe Falls and then back to do a very enjoyable circuit route.I had no idea if I qualified for this or not but looking at Project GC statistics, I discovered a little table to assist me with this determination. Seems i have over achieved.

Having just arrived home yesterday from walking 3029km across the length of New Zealand from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island, I checked on a couple of challenges that I was close to achieving that I had been watching. This was one of them.I am not actually sure what date I ticked off the last of the hidden date caches that I was chasing, but I am fairly certain it must have occurred sometime during my tramp of Aotearoa. When I initially found this challenge cache during lockdown from the pandemic I was I think only three caches shy of achieving the required qualification. Glad to see using the checker that I've finally got this one ticked off:[GazaC](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=GazaC) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC4VFT3/14713 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.366 dates of 366 completed. My thanks to Net88 for the challenge.. would never have noticed this stat without it. Great to see an ammo can at GZ too, cheers for the hide.

When I signed this at Easter, I had four more dates to fill in. After a short time I had filled in three more but the last one was proving elusive, so I did a filter search to find any nearby caches on that date. In the 10 years that I checked, I could only find two caches in the Brisbane area on Dec 4, one being not too far away. I was very happy to easily find that cache last week so I now qualify for this challenge. Tftc

We had the opportunity to spend Easter in Stanthorpe so took advantage of the days off to find some caches while we were here. It was a windy day, but while we were signing this one, the wind really picked up and we had some concerns that we would end up squashed under one of the giant gum trees here as they weren’t looking particularly stable. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

Had to attend to train duties this morning at Stanthorpe Railway Station. So after we had waved goodbye to the loco and passengers, we set off, picnic in hand with a plan. Undercliffe Falls. That was our plan. And usually, plans go a bit awry, but today, we achieved 10/10 caches, some were solved puzzles, one was a previous DNF, the rest were - well - either on the way, or there.

Qualified. (my notes say: as at 20/4/20 we qualify for this challenge, but I have to work out how to get that information out of Project GC again - Oh, I have it, but not as a jpeg. will try to messge it to cache owner

Bit of a jungle now, I could see it (how could you not) but it took me about five minutes of vine tangling and untangling, feet trippers etc before I could get to the nicely positioned cache. Thanks Net88 for the challenge and the hide.

log signed because I was in the area still have a few more to find

02-Dec-22
I realised I qualified for this a little while ago so made sure we headed out just that little bit further to sign the log when Rainforest Cookie was finding the caches around storm king dam today. I'd picked those ones up last time I travelled through this way. That was in jan 21 and this road was blocked off at this spot due to Covid border closures that day, necessitating a return journey to the highway which I prefer not to travel if possible.
all is well at the nice big cache container. tftc

PirateLinda and I have journeyed to Stanthorpe to attend the Catch-up in Stanthorpe event… With nothing more pressing, we’re making a long weekend of it…

The giant thermometer in Stanthorpe announced it was 11.0 degrees today… which meant at some stages I had three layers of clothing on, including a down jacket…

Stanthorpe was added to the agenda for July thanks to the latest crazy monthly challenge in Brisbane… there’s a rich vein of unclaimed challenges for us…

There is evidence that this location was a lot more active over the last couple of years than it was today, although we weren’t the first visitors today…

Tftc… I’m happy to say I qualify for this challenge…

When we visited Stanthorpe a couple of years ago, we signed the log for this one but certainly did not qualify.
We have kept it on a list, and upon checking recently find that we now meet the criteria.
Since arriving in Brisbane, we have had the opportunity to visit Stanthorpe twice, and have really loved exploring the area. In particular, we have enjoyed visiting it in winter, when the cold temperatures are suitable for the warm fires and a glass of the local wine. We also enjoyed trying various of the local cheeses while we were there….and of course it is worth moving a little further out of Stanthorpe and down to the Girraween National Park for some great walks.
This was a fun challenge, and we are happy to see that we now qualify.
Thanks Net88

I visited Stanthorpe overnight (well the pubs at least) and on the way out of town noticed this challenge cache, so made sure to visit.
I took a quick look to see if I qualify, and it appears I'm only 3 dates short of the goal. I guess there'll be some cache targeting in the near future. I'm preparation of achieving the challenge, I have found and signed the cache logbook. Live these containers! I nabbed the travel bug contained within to continue its meanderings.
Stay tuned for a found log in the near future...

I was blessed enough to spend the weekend away, caching and camping in Texas, Stanthorpe, Girraween and Toowoomba. The weather and company were perfect. Not so the loud and obnoxious teenagers camping next door! That aside, it was a fabulous weekend.

This challenge was on my list. A little out of the way, but well worth the drive! The tree lined street was so beautiful. We arrived to find the QLD / NSW border still up! Ahh the signs of the times. After quickly doing the geocaching business, it was time for a quick picnic lunch and then onwards with the next cache on our fantastic adventure.

Out today for a quick drive to Stanthorpe for a couple of particular caches to finish off my 4th loop and grab a couple to get me closer to my 5th loop.
It was just a quick trip into the area today as I had to be in Ballina by 4pm, plus I could not wait till next year to finish my loop, lol.
Today I grabbed a few puzzle caches, a couple of trads, a couple of earth caches, a letterbox and a couple of challenge caches. It was a nice drive down at this time of the morning with no one on the roads, gave a good chance to stop and do some sight seeing along the way too.
This was my third cache for the morning and a very happy cacher here, I qualified for this one a few months back and today I got my prize, happy dance completed and my name in the log, oh yeah. This was a great and fun challenge and I enjoyed watching it all come together. Thanks the placement and with the log signed and cache replaced as found I was on my way, no time to waste today.

With some time on my hands and an exceptional spell of good weather on the forecast, albeit very cold, I decided to throw the swag in the car for a solo adventure in Girraween's granite hills.

Having climbed Mt Norman and collected a few other caches in the mountains along the way, I returned to town where I enjoyed a dinner feed at the RSL.

My plan was to throw the swag down somewhere near the trail head for Bald Rock, in preparation for climbing Bald Rock at dawn. Silly old me forgot that Bald Rock is actually half in NSW and the access road to the trail head is all in NSW - a fact I only realised when I arrived at this cache and found the road closed at the border with concrete barricades.

Change in plans - I could not be bothered with the administrative hassle of crossing the border so another walk in the eastern parts of Girraween will suffice. Managed to find a spot to throw the swag down on the way back to town.

Qualified for this one a while back. No problems at GZ. Love an ammo can! Many thanks Net88

This type of challenge has a bitter sweet taste in my mouth like your grandmother’s pumpkin chutney. If your nana makes a good chutney than I would hate to taste her fruit cake, relish or damper.

Maybe a year or more ago I was looking at Project GC and noticed I was missing one hidden date. I made it a personal goal because surely there was a challenge that required it somewhere.

I found one in Western Australia and even deviated an hour on holiday to find it. That event ended in a s#!tstorm because we had a DNF on it although the cache owner replaced the cache just as we were jumping on a plane back to Queensland. Thanks!

I thought it was going to be one of those statistics I could quote at the pub (until they closed them). On planning our holiday to Stanthorpe the dream was alive again up there with being the world’s most favourite husband.

We drove up the road to GZ wondering why there weren’t any other cars around us. When we got close to the border we saw why. They have dropped a big concrete barrier across the road to stop all traffic. Why have I been wasting money on hand sanitiser when I could carry a cement block around for protection.

We found the cache and I thought I would jump the cement barrier to smell the pandemic. Mrs Woodyrothwell told me that if I jumped the barrier I would have to isolate at home for 14 days. Once I found out that I could isolate with all the wine we had purchased in Stanthorpe I was OK with it but decided to stay in the Sunshine State. Favourite point added. tftc

While returning from an Australia Day weekend away in Northern NSW with Pprime, 1MinniMoo and Fangsoki we were returning home and this cache was being discussed. 1MinniMoo and I remarked that we had yet to find it so a detour was made so that we could put our names in the log book. It didn't take long for 1MinniMoo to spot the cache.

I Know that I qualified for this challenge a few years ago and Project-GC and GSAK FSG both agree.

27/1/20 Find #3425
Fangsoki, PPrime, Crew153 and I were spending the Australia Day long weekend in and around Dorrigo. This was our final day of our trip, and this was to be the final cache of the day for Crew153 and I.
At GZ, I was going in blind, I didn’t have this one loaded up and couldn’t get enough reception to do anything about it. However Crew153 said his gps was pointing that way about x metres so I started to wander when something caught my eye. Now to get around to it. With vines trying to stop me, I managed to get there and extract the cache.
Log signed, and both of us qualifying, we it was now time for home.
Thanks for the cache Net88.

I signed the log for this challenge cache on 10/03/2018.
Finally, after almost 16 months of caching, I now qualify. Today, heading to the sunshine coast for the weekend, SS3J and I found the last two remaining gaps in my calendar - Sep 19 and Oct 22. Yep, I've known what they were for some time now but just hadn't gotten to where the caches were at. Big Grin Now the Hidden Date calendar is a Selley's calendar... no more gaps. Razz
Thanks for this challenge, Net88, it has given me an extra something to aim towards on during our trips away, which is always appreciated.

When we looked at this one ‘ages’ ago we had heaps to find so we didn’t give it much more thought... until recently that is. Now, with many more cache finds to our name we thought we’d have another look at this challenge and we had only one (1) blank date. Seems if we just keep caching we’ll eventually fill the calendar grid. Naturally we targeted a cache to fill that blank date. And that was 2 weeks ago. Today when we found this cache we notice we have now found 2 caches on that date.
We’ve had a lot of fun and it’s taken us a few years to get this calendar filled.
Thanks for this cache and challenge Net88. All is good here.

I love challenge caches, so this was one of my targets for our Stanthorpe trip. As I knew I was heading down to visit, I made sure I had found the last few caches I needed to qualify for the challenge. Logging now, I can see that the last two dates I needed haven't appeared yet on my project-gc profile, so I have taken a screenshot of the logs and included those with my filled in table of dates. When I saw what this challenge was all about I checked and discovered that I had already qualified for this cache.

Found my 2nd last new souvenir yesterday, so today Pa agreed to chauffeur me around. A few days ago we started the Mount Lindesay trail from the south, so what better thing to do today than attack it from the north while staying in Stanthorpe.
Again Pa was fantastic, suggesting even more caches than I had on my list. We were very successful with only 2 DNFs and 25 smilies. Even the DNFs may become smilies if the COs accepts my photos.
Thanks to all COs for placing these caches to add to the interest of our travels.

Heading out to find this cache today, we qualify for this challenge and luckily noticed it while holiday from WA.

While taking a break in Stanthorpe we decided to drive out to Storm King Dam for a picnic and find some geocaches. While searching for caches to find I came across this challenge and was surprised to find that we qualify to find it, so this was high on our list for today.

We arrived at GZ and after a short search the cache was found, log was signed and all was carefully replaced.

I knew when we were in Stanthorpe I was only a two dates away from finishing. I have noted this challenge but never tried to complete it, but signing an identical challenge cache in ACT [UGC 07A Bachelor Degree - 1st Credit - Challenge](https://coord.info/GC702VX) got me interested and low and behold there was only two dates to get. One of those dates I filled accidentally so I only had to try and find one cache to complete this challenge.

This challenge cache was signed on the 10th March.

Thanks Net88 for the challenge.

[Beardman75](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=Beardman75) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC4VFT3/14713 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.

366 dates of 366 completed.

Completed today! Finally!!! After signing the log with 290/366 filled almost 3 years ago (Anzac Day 2015)...it has taken me a good while to knock off the few remaining. With seven days to fill I decided to make a concerted effort to complete this, the Eskies took a trip east before Christmas to collect four and today, Kestal and I went for a drive to tick off some requirements for different geo-goals from one side of Brisbane to the other...this being one of them. Attached is a screen shot of my filled calendar. TFTC Net88.

Down this way with KerriMG
Signed this today but am 6 dates short.
Looking forward to completing this.

Wednesday. Kerry from Slow Puncture was on a trip to the South and stopped in here.

With dusk coming to the end of the day and night time setting in very quickly (despite the fantastic full moon rising over the horizon which was so great we had to pull over and admire it and take a couple of photos). Watching out for the kangaroos hopping around we got to the cache in the dark and used the torch with dying batteries from the glove box. Luckily the cache wasn't too hard to spot despite the darkness. Log signed and replaced. Lots more kangaroos made for a slower trip back to our booked accommodation for tonight but they certainly make for a gorgeous sight.

Thanks [Blue]Net88[/Blue], for showing us this interesting place.

We haven't qualified yet (4 to go) but signed the log in anticipation.

No problems qualifying for this cache and we are well underway to completing this achievement a second time. The cache itself was easy to find and our signature now appears on the log sheet. Thank you to Net88 for issuing this challenge and we are happy to add another smiley to our map.

I am completing another Challenge Cache where I have to do every state in a calendar year. So, this seemed like an appropriate one to do on my lightning visit to Queensland over the June Long Weekend. Naturally we had to revisit Stanthorpe after loving the Mega there in 2015!

I completed this a while ago as a personal challenge. Now there is a cache to go with it!?!

TFTC.

When we saw this challenge we wondered if we had met the requirements. Thankfully Project-GC indicated that we had qualified for this challenge. A screen dump of the table from Project-GC has been added to this log.

Today we went to look for the cache. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Net88 for the challenge and the cache.

I have now qualified for this Challenge after first finding the cache on 13 Jan 17. Thanks Net88 and TFTC Smile

I only heard about this cache by accident during the Mega Event all the way back in 2015. I was with some mates who took me there to sign. I am so glad I signed it then because it set me on many a caching adventure since. I learnt to use project GC and found that I think I had over 60 dates still to get. Over the last 2 years I would sometimes fluke a date or often would target special caches just for the date it was hidden.
I made very early morning bike ride trips before work to all sorts of distant caches which were actually no where near work or on the way. As I got less and less days I needed it got harder and harder. And if a targeted cache was a DNF it was quite frustrating.
I have a young family and busy life so I can only squeeze a cache in every now and then. So this challenge was super tricky for me as I couldn't just drive for a day and grab the ones I needed. Each one took much planning and wife negotiation skills. But I loved it all. The final cache I needed saw me travel from Taringa to Morningside for a dentist appointment and then 30min further east afterwards down to Redlands. My work was over 1 hour the other way in Ipswich but I had a small window to make the grab. I have now had to wait over a week for project GC to finally update my grid so that I can log.
Thank you very much for such a fun challenge.

Found and signed log today in anticipation of completing the challenge this year as I don't qualify at present. Thanks Net88 for the good hide and great hint Smile

With a milestone coming up, I decided to go roadtrippin' down to the Granite Belt and Tenterfield to pick up a swag of smilies I missed while visiting for the Mega last year. Left Brisbane at 0330 and after 15 hrs on the road driving 650kms, managed to find precisely 100 caches Cool.

Well here it is, the challenge I've come back to find. When I was here for the Mega, I looked at collecting this one for later, but time constraints prevented that from happening. Having finally qualified recently, and with holidays coming up, a trip was planned to come finds this challenge.

Of course it's a long way for just one cache, and I've been wanting to do the wherigo in Tenterfield, so a whole trip was planned with plenty of caching along the way. And then I realised the numbers were getting bigger and bigger and my 3000 milestone was approaching Big GrinBig Grin.

With shift wirk and hectic family life, I'm rather hopeless at organising get-togethers for milestones, so I was very pleased to get enough finds today to make this cache my 3000th find! I arrived at GZ, and found a lovely cool, green spot with no one for miles. I found and signed the log then had some very late lunch in the back of the 4wd with a satisfied grin on my mug Big Grin.

Thanks for the great challenge cache Net, and placing it in such an out-there spot. It's been a fun journey getting this far, that's for sure.

This cache is in good condition, thanks **Net88** for showing us this spot. Discover our code TGQNRV, and mention where you saw it.

Woohoo! The log for this cache was signed many months ago on a girls weekend away with Selva Girls. After months of trolling through hidden date maps and targeting caches finally we can claim a smilie here Big Grin. Thanks for the challenge Net88 we thoroughly enjoyed both that and the prettily coloured squares which now fill our hidden dates grid. Tftc!

I knew I wasn't far off on completing this challenge but it was only last week I noticed on Project GC that you can search for the missing dates and map it will map it for you. Well ya can't get much better then that really.
So when other plans fell through on Friday and Saturday nights I opened up PGC for another look.
To my surprise the four I needed were reasonably close to each other, between Mt Gravatt and Cleveland. So I worked out the best route to take, set the alarm nice and early then hit the highway.
I found the first one just before 6am and the last at about 8:30. Of course I found a few extras along the way but it was painful driving past sooo many I haven't found yet. These things happen I guess, in the pursuit of happiness.
But finally after 3 years of geocaching and nearly 3 months since I signed the log, I've finished it.
Thanx heaps for a great challenge Net88.

**Oh and I just realised this is my 200th mystery/puzzle cache I've found.**

I'm down in Stanthorpe and Tenterfield areas mainly to grab the final to some challenges we've completed.

Of course I couldn't come all this way and drive past all the other caches so I made a plan to grab caches along the route!

Geo Wife sent me off with her blessing as she thought she would slow me down.

I am staying at a friends on Pyramids Rd so this is the first for my Tenterfield Loop.

It was harder than I thought to get all the elements for this challenge but we worked at it and here we are able to claim a find!!

GZ was an interesting spot to place the cache mainly because it was right on the border, probably chosen for that very reason.

Thanks Net88 TFTC SL TNLS Thanks for the Challenge!!

A some what last minute decision had me heading for the hills on this fine Sunday. All my plans are for tomorrow so I wanted to head out here and sign this one before all the games begin. It was quite a pleasant drive out here this afternoon and with no other cars on the road on the way out and back in, it felt like I was in another world. The scenery out here is amazing and if I could only convince my wife to move out here I'd be here in a heart beat.
There was a couple of widow makers on the road near GZ so I figured it best to park a little further away. On approach to GZ the cache was in plain view, I guess the camo had fallen off but it was great to see one of my favorite cache containers. I signed in with the hope of completing this challenge soon. Who knows, maybe after tomorrow I just might.
Thanx for a cool challenge Net88 and for bringing me out again to this beautiful part of the world.

On a day road trip with Selva Girls and IolantheK to the Tenterfield and Stanthorpe area.

I did not know about this challenge being nearby, so IolantheK suggested I get it today. I started my day finding a challenge and this one was the final one for the day. I had qualified for this some time ago and really pleased to sign off on another challenge.
