Out for our 6th trip around the series having not been able to get across for a couple of weeks. Picked up LostnWet along the way as it was our turn to drive. As always the walking was great with the usual assortment of ups and downs along the way. The weather wasn't doing us any favours today unfortunately and we only saw 2 other walkers the whole day. Remembered to grab the necessary info as we went.
Very cute seeing so many lambs frolicking along the way with some being very newly born.
We managed to grab a few other caches along the way and some drive-bys before our other custom of going to find a pub for some tea.
Signed logs off as T2 for our 2 teams. Looking forward to our next trip out to complete the last series and hopefully locate the black box. TFTC.

Found while out walking the series today. First time we have done an alien round in one go, woohoo! Great weather, great hides and great fun. Loved it. Full log posted for primary cache. Found with Grandad TFTC.
My fifth outing today of this fantastic Alien series, this time taking in TALKET. It was an early start and the weather didn't look promising, with low dark clouds. What a relief after a couple of hours when the clouds lifted and the sun started to shine through, and I had blue skies for the rest of the day.
The walk itself was fairly easy taking in varying terrain with two hard bits, the walk up to the section cache and the hill up to #31 which is a lung buster. My stats ended at 10.86mls and a time of 6.27hrs. for the day.
All the caches like the other routes I have done in the series are all easy to find with the exception of a couple. most of the time you don't need to refer to the hints.
I would like to thank the CO for all the hard work and effort in putting this series together and the walks you have took me on so far have all been excellent.
Thanks for the cache and the series.

Had identified the TAL caches around Pott Shrigley as a decent length walk, so parked up at TALBOL #16 and headed on over to the start point.
Over the stile and along for a quick find

8154 + 981 = 9135. Found during a wonderful wander around the countryside…
Spending a few days in Manchester for a wedding I had a day to myself to go caching. These series looked very interesting and being Letterbox Hybrids I couldn’t resist doing some of them. Parked as near as could in these narrow roads and started the big walk (25kms today for 35 caches !). A quick find at GZ. Now heading back to the car for some "drive by's"...
Thanks again P R E D A T O R S !! A Favourite Point from Me !
TNLN – TFTC !!
Cheers from Australia….
Please forgive the generic logs for the series.

[green]When we saw that this had gone AWOL we kicked ourselves as we had been so close when doing TALBOL and had decided not to detour to grab it. However it is now back in place and gave us another opportunity to sit and enjoy the hazy view. SL

Here we are again. Another Friday and another in this series that will be walked in the company of The Haywood Hornet today. Weather forecast not too bad although a tad windy in places and we had a bit of a shower towards the end of the walk. All caches in the series were found without too much trouble is what it should be on a long walk. No pub on route today so a sit down and a sandwich break part way around. Took about seven hours from car to car which is about average for the walks so far. Sorry but cutting and pasting is the order of the day so apologies. A thoroughly enjoyable day out today and so looking forward to get another series found soon. TFTC the series and a great walk.
Browni was still going quicker than me, up the hill and I arrived to see him with the cache in his hands. I was more than pleased to notice that everything was rather more gentle after this.
" And even the ranks of Tuscany could scarce forbear to cheer". TFTC and replacemrnt
Picked up on a short detour off the TALBOL section today. Found it exactly where we thought it would be when we looked last time [:o] Thanks for the replacement
After a long week at work, it was great to be out again today to complete another section on this fantastic series This week, we decided to complete the TALBOL section and also mop up our 2 DNF's on TALKET and TALLAM. We were really lucky with the weather, only encountering a couple of brief hail showers, and ending the day on Kerridge Ridge in glorious sunshine. We had expected much worse conditions after all the rain yesterday Another fantastic walk that took us 6 and three quarter hours to complete the 22.5km with detours and 673 metres ascent on this section. Yet again some stunning views and nice straight forward finds to keep us moving at a steady space. We really do appreciate the effort that has gone into placing this excellent series We hope to complete our last section next weekend - not sure what we'll do once we've completed the series [:o] Thanks for another great day
Our day 7 stats:
Distance walked: 133km
Total ascent: 4,390 metres
Time taken: 42.5 hours
Caches found: 336

Found it without difficulty, Enjoyed reading some of the long logs on this cache. Thanks. Half way there now (191 down).
Upon receiving notification we headed out and parked up near TalBol #16. A short walk later and the cache was found, the log signed and a stamp stamped. Also a predetination paradox neatly negotiated and the fabric of time and space still intact.
