This took a lot longer than it needed to. No hinted item seen, as it was hidden in the long grass. We picked it up and put it back up.Last night was a later one, arriving into Nyngan about 10pm or so. A nice mild night and birds chirping quietly through the evening. Another nice day but cooler now, still warm and pleasant, unlike yesterday's hot almost 10C hotter. Stopping at the towns as we pass for ALs and caches is a good way to see the sights and recall past times. We have an event to be at this evening in Orange, so we were well placed. Of course caching time is a different time, so another full day despite the short distance.
Another long trip around AU over the top end with lots of detours. Now heading back east across the Nullarbor with a stop at Maralinga, Ceduna, Lincoln National Park, Coober Pedy, Oodnadatta, Broken Hill & Orange.TFTC. The hint had fallen down but eventually found it in the grass. All fixed now.
Easy find. The rain since yesterday didn't help with the condition of the log. I couldn't write on it. I put some paper in a small bag. I also put it upside down because the lid is broken. TFTC
The cache has seen better days. My GPS was out 15m, but the hint led me straight there. TFTC wilyam2003.
Find# 11184Nice easy find and a clever hide.Worthy of a favourite point.TFTC wilyam2003 8 May 2024
The hint led us to a very quick find.Log is very wet and the container is perished. Unfortunately we had nothing to replace it with.TFTC.
The stars would be bright here! Found on the Mega Capital Geobash coastal loop via Adelaide - Barrington - coast to Mexico City loop. A lot of caches and white line fever was sweated out. Nice quick find down a nice road. Note to find tonights campsite. Day 4 of my travels heading across towards Barrington Tops before making my way to the 2024 Canberra Geobash. Thanks wilyam2003 for placing this here, contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy.
Think I found it,was just a little case with a bag on the ground,my co-ordinates are out and not working so I just put back as to hint.

An early start from Narrandera meant there was time to have frequent geo-stops as we headed towards Dubbo. No kids with us today, we made a quick find and were soon on the road again.
Satellites today had our GZ 11 metres north west of where we found the cache.
Thanks to wilyam2003 for adding this cache to the gameboard.

Once again im back up in Parkes for work.
Back in January, I cleaned out the town as i didnt know when i was gunna be back this way.
This time im travelling further a field in the hunt for smilies.
No luck at posted coords but after spreading the search around i had the cach in hand after a few minutes. Think an animal took it for something to nibble on. Put back to where hint makes sence.... Note GPSr had me 5m off.

No luck, definitely felt like we were looking in the right spot, but not to be
Pulled off in the side of the road and ended up bogged! Had to get pulled out by a truck ??? so by this stage we decided to not go find it and continued on our way.
Found on a trip around inland NSW with FeatherWaite.
Our original intention was to attend the Mega event at Dayboro in Queensland, travelling up via Broken Hill, Bourke, Cunamulla and Toowoomba, then home via the NSW coast to Port Macquarie then on to Adelaide via central NSW. However, the Covid outbreak in Brisbane forced us to reconsider, particularly given that the Mega and associated events were within the area of concern and we may have had difficulty re-entering NSW to get home and then would have had to quarantine back in SA for 14 days.
The floods in the north and east of NSW also hampered our travel plans. But we were able to develop a new plan that took us on a very pleasant tour around country NSW, picking up some great caches along the way.
Thanks wilyam2003 for the cache.

Found on a trip around central New South Wales with e.gregory1. Our original plans were to travel through Bourke, Cunamulla and Toowoomba to attend the Dayboro event in Queensland and return via Port Macquarie and central NSW, but a series of events that included road closures due to flooding in southern inland Queensland, a covid outbreak in Brisbane and widespread storm damage and road closures along the north coast of NSW resulted in multiple changes of plans during the trip. As it eventuated our travels took us to central New South Wales, on a route from Broken Hill to Cobar, Nyngan, and Gunnedah from where we meandered southwards through some great scenery and historic towns that included Dunedoo, Wellington, Cowra and Yass. We then headed in a roughly westerly direction through to Temora, Wagga Wagga, Deniliquin and Swan Hill before making a final dash for home. All up we found a good mix of Traditionals, Puzzle Caches, Multicaches, Adventure Labs, Wherigos, Earthcaches, Letterbox Hybrids and Virtual Caches on a very entertaining and enjoyable trip. Thanks for the cache wilyam2003!
Moving from Adelaide to Brisbane, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to drive the long distance to make the opportunity a holiday, taking 12 days and passing through Victoria, New South Wales, and then finally arriving in Queensland. We spent the first few days in SA's Riverland, visiting Morgan, Berri and Renmark; and then drove through Mildura in Victoria. In NSW, we stopped at Hay, Parkes, Merriwa, Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and Coffs Harbour, and then entered Qld to stop for a night in Robina in the Gold Coast.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I based ourselves in Parkes and its surrounds. Following breakfast, our first stop was CSIRO Parkes Radio Telescope, which was our highlight. We then proceeded north via Alectown to Peak Hill, where we walked around the old mining area. We then returned back to Parkes driving a loop via Tullamore, Trundle, and Bogan Gate, and we used the afternoon remainder walking around Parkes and completing the *Welcome to Parkes!* Adventure Lab.
We drove all the way north past Tomingley in order to find a cache in this LGA, before then looping west. It took a few minutes to find this cache, as the coordinates felt a little inaccurate? The cache was found with a big spider cache guardian, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks wilyam2003 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Day 2 of a 7 day trip from Canberra to Bourke, to Narrabri, to Armidale and back to Canberra. The main goal (apart from having a break from working from home) is to collect counties, and see some of NSW I haven't been to before. Cache easily found. TFTC.

TFTC I travel this road quite a bit but have never taken the time to divert to this one, finally got it, watch out you don’t trip with the long growth. Replaced safely.
wilyam2003 I found your cache Wilyam's Travels #10 on 25/8/20, 11:45 am. This is my find 2612 and find # 2 today. Thought it was gone with the new fence going up. But all good when you follow the GPSr and read the hint. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
First find on our road trip to Broken Hill. We decided to take a road less travelled and are enjoying the scenery and lack of traffic. Thanks for this cache.
We are taking a short break and heading west - as far from Sydney as we can get in these days of Covid 19. This one helped us navigate the back roads on our way to Cobar. TFTC
Found the cache laying on the ground, installed new log fixed cache up the best I could
fitzy_1965, albida33 & I headed out for a long weekend away. Basing ourselves at Macquarie Woods, we ended up visiting Orange, Parkes, Dubbo and lots of towns inbetween.
Day 2 saw us head out from our campsite and rambling up towards Dubbo.....14 hours later we were back at camp.
Had a good search then eventually found the bag lying on the ground. Signed log and put it back where we thought it should be.

20,277. Found with minniek and albida33 during a Canberra Day Long Weekend caching meander around the Orange/Parkes/Dubbo regions.
A plan was hatched for the three of us to head up this way for some quality caching over the 3 days. Day 2 and we headed off for further adventures. Next stop of the day - and after not finding at GZ we found the logbook and baggie on the ground. Rehid as per the clue.
Thanks wilyam2003 !!

Took a detour on my drive to find this cache. Stopped at GZ and the first place I looked I found cache. Bingo. TFTC wilyam2003
Found by Aussie Train Driver 15/07/2019. I was approaching the end of a day's driving around country NSW when I detoured via this cache. I took in the serenity of the area before following my GPS around in circles for some time. I couldn't see any signs of the cache and ended up resorting to the hint- d'oh, should have checked there I think the size rating threw me off, I was expecting something a bit larger. TFTC!
Decided to head out and find some caches in a direction I haven't been before. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache wilyam2003. The cache didn't take too long to spot, and was in good condition. Thanks for bringing me here.
After helping herd a mob of milking cows and fending questions from a farmer on a trail bike we signed the log and returned the cache to its hiding place. The box is broken and will need replacing soon. Kutgw
Looked for this one several years ago - don't know how I missed it as it was a quick find this morning. Thanks.

Half the team was heading back from Barcaldine after the Queensland Outback Geocaching Muster and of course picking up some caches on our way back with micaparamedic. We are now catching up on our late logs.
We pulled up far enough around the corner so as not to interfere with any other vehicles that may use this road.
We looked it the wrong places for awhile then concentrated on where the GPS wanted us to be and found the well hidden cache and happily added our names to the log.
Again thank you wilyam2003 for the clever hide.

No luck on this one. I found one thing to match the hint but found nothing there. My phone wanted at the corner posts, but there was nothing there to match the hint. Just a cool lizard on top of one of them.
After a wonderful time in Barcaldine attending the QOGM 2018, it is now time for me to head back to Victoria. I travelled from Barcaldine to Parkes in the company of Team Crackers. Geoturtle37 and Papi4506 joined us for the trip down to Blackall. A vehicle issue caused me and Team Crackers to stay an extra day in Blackall to await the finish of the public holiday on Monday so that the required part could be purchased and fitted before the journey continued.
Quite a few stops were made to quench the thirst for another cache find and I thank all the CO's for their caches and the enjoyment they provided to the caching community.

Traveling home via Snowtown, Broken Hill, Cobar, Dubbo, Forbes, West Wyalong &Temora, finding a good variety of cache types and hides. I visited some interesting historical towns and bush locations, which made the round trip well worth the drive.
I did as much maintenance as I could, replacing damaged containers and full or wet logs.
Signed and replaced.
Many thanks for placing this cache, wilyam2003, for us and others to find.

Once I arrived at GZ I knew I had been here before. I made a quick find this morning. As it has been some time I was unsure if there was another cache here, or I didn't find this one. I may need to reflect on this some more, thanks.
This is another cache we had watched sail past as we drove up the Newell time and time again. Today we made the detour and claimed a smiley. GPS had us confused for a short time until it became clear where it wasn't, the clue led us to the obvious place. Thanks wilyam2003.

Found by Mary & David at 1308. Heading to Dubbo tonight, where we hope to catch up with some caching friends. This is so pretty, with little blue daisies. Log is mush though, and needs replacing. Only just able to make our mark. Our thanks to wilyam2003.
