Decided to take another run back up this way today after i didnt find many the other day. The day started out great until i got to the 4th cache and it was missing. I thought i will just replace so i can sign the log so i opened up the boot got the container then shut the boot and instantly i realized the car keys were in the boot.....The whole car was locked with my mobile sitting on the front seat so i had to knock at someones front door to use there phone to ring the rac then wait half an hour for them to come. Once i had the keys to drive again after wasting a bit of time i still managed 19 finds and 2 DNFS so the day still turned out ok....

Dropped in on my way home from work to grab this one.
Took about 5 minutes to locate, as my GPS had an accuracy of about 10 metres. After reading through some previous logs, I decided to look for something that might be 'glistening' in the sunlight... and lo and behold I see something that is not the right colour to be where it was

My apologies for the late log.
Over from Victoria visiting friends whose home is only about 250m away so couldn’t resist a couple of finds in the park.

Our thanks to jamesdylan for the cache and a chance for a stroll in this delightful park.
Sorry, no pen but I have a photo if the C.O. needs verification of the find and no, we didn’t move it.
Cheers

After noting the discrepancy in the co-ords mentioned in previous logs, we expanded our search and came up a find with iluvtrekking. Try 843 and 882. CO needs to amend co-ords.
We took our que from previous hiders logs and soon found the cache some 11mts from published coords. These coords need to be adjusted.
I'd had a quick find of a nearby jamesdylan hide a few minutes ago at what I thought was a muggle free time of day. Not so down at this end of the park with dogs and owners running everywhere. Had to make out I was checking the blackberry bushes here and it seemed that nobody was too interested in my activities.
The Cache was very exposed so I replaced it so as not to make it quite as conspicuous. It's still in the same spot though!

Was in the area on an airport run, but had a little time to kill so decided to pick up a few Caches on route...
Spotted the cache pretty quickly using Spatial's directions.
Thanks for the cache..!!

Trees are awesome, I think this is about the 3rd cache I've found in this park over the years. Took a couple of minutes but managed to find it after pacing out 11m NW of the posted coords. TFTC.
Took a little while to find this one, had fun with the GeoChildren and GeoDog while looking. Love this park, short walk from home. TFTC
Found evidence of drug use where everyone has been searching but no cache, this one is for another day
Another day out with Mistraluna and the Better Half caching.
Found the cache without problems but the coordinates should be updated.
Thanks jamesdylan for the cache.

Another epic day of caching, continuing on from where I left off last weekend. This one took a while to find. Coords had us some 10m away. CO might like to update the listed coordinates. Thanks jamesdylan
Found after a short search 10m from GZ , it's about time the co-ords were updated!!

Found by our own James Dylan on a second visit. On the first occasion the GPS battery died a couple of minutes into the search. Today, we came with full battery power, so no excuses. We searched and searched to no avail, then read the previous posts which suggested that the coords may be some way out. Broadening our search, we still failed to find the goods. The attributes suggested that the cache is stroller-accessible, and where we were searching was certainly not that, so we decided to do one last lap around the perimeter of the bushland - where a stroller could possibly be pushed. Lo and behold, just as we were about to write this one off, there it was, glistening in the sun. By my reckoning, actual GZ is some 11 metres north-west of published coords. Glad to have finally got a smiley on this one. TFTC
A day out with The Drovers and JoshyJayPlay before the heat of the day..It is a beautiful morning and thanks for the clue, made it very easy...TFTC
An early start, for a morning of caching with JacobsCrew.
Found a good variety of caches in the area, all well hidden.
Thanks for the cache, jamesdylan.

Not sure about STF, but definitely STSTL. Please thank the 6 year old in question for not choosing green as his favourite colour else I'm sure I'd still be searching. As did ROgue, I have attached a coordinate which my GPSr showed at GZ. Thanks for the cache jamesdylan.
First to DNF
I woke up this morning to find this cache published and unfound, less than 5km from my house, and rushed straight out to it.
The GPS was struggling to get a good fix under the trees, so I wandered back and forth trying to find GZ. Eventually it settled down a bit, but I still ended up with a 0m reading in about 5 different places, up to 6m apart from each other.
I spent a good 45mins searching every tree, blackboy and anything else within that grove, and ended up with my legs scratched to smithereens by the blackberries.
There seemed to be no really obvious place for the cache, and for a 1.5 difficulty rating, for a micro cache in the bush, a hint would be really helpful.

Woohoo!! FTF!
I came back this afternoon, after our shopping trips were all completed, and saw the new hint, which considerably narrowed my search area. Although I did look in that direction this morning, I didn't widen my search enough. My other false assumption was that the cache was placed within the in reach of a 6 year old!
When I found the cache, my GPS said 10m to go, which is quite a lot when you are looking for a micro in the bush, but considering how much trouble my GPS was having this morning when narrowing down GZ I expected it to be a bit out.
I took a reading with my GPS anyway, just in case this helps anyone else, and I've added it to this log.
Thanks for the cache jamesdylan!
