For some reason this was in a different spot to last time I looked but anyway it was the same result.

Passed through Kempsey on my way up the coast and was happy to find that there was a cache 10m from where we decided to have a picnic lunch.
99% sure I found where the cache should be, only a few meters from the GZ coordinates… spent nearly 30 mins looking underneath and from different angles with no luck
Regardless I still got a nice view of the bridge and river. Will take another look on my next visit

Could not find this one previously. Brought reinforcements. She found it in the trice. What a clever! TFTC
Found it after second attempt. GPS was sending me all over the place the first time
A break in the wet weather today meant a chance to go caching. Doing the new AL in Kempsey and found this cache nearby. I had searched for this cache before but at midday on a weekday there were too many muggles around. Nice and quiet today to make a quick find! River is pretty high today and base of trees are under water. Thanks Coongoola
Found tyftc. Long weekend away to grab sone fsmily time and even some caches.. fast approaching 2500 finds!. Find#2483
Heading north and stopped for while so headed to this one. I was using my phone today and had a bit of bouncing about near GZ. Headed for the obvious spot and a short search and the cache was in hand.
Unrolled the log and thought I had a first to find as the log sheet was clean. Signed in the first spot and returned cache as found.

Everyone turned in for the night but I was not ready so I left the motel and headed out to find some caches. In the dark this one took a while, but I had success. My trusty TOTT flashlite made it happen. Thanks coongoola for the evening break.
Left Di Morgan's event this morning and made the short trip here to get some more caches in the area since our last trip a couple of years ago. Hopefully we will not leave any sad faces in our logs

Found 27/1/2020 with JessYoung96 after lunch, on our trip back to Coffs Harbour from Port Macquarie.
Nice view of the river from here, we watch some geese float by in a single line and some people getting pulled around on a floatey by a speed boat.
Easy find but good hunt.

First to find in 2020, Happy New Year!
Decided on an overnight stopover on an impromptu holiday to the mid-north coast to escape the terrible bushfires further south. Stopped by the nearby park for Geokid to burn off some energy before dinner. TYFC!

Found with kingfisher_au and shifter brains, while in the area for the 6 months to Kempsey mega event. Making our way around collecting different caches. Thanks for the cache and bringing us here.
After completing a nearby mystery we decided to walk and locate this one. Mrs Shifter spotted the hide and Mr Shifter extracted it as he was closer.

I wasn't having much luck with the caches in town so this was a nice spot to sit and work out what to do and get the first smiley of the day on the screen.
The cache was quickly located, signed and returned.
Decision time..... Go back North to the Tamban and Fruit & Nut trails or go south and chase random caches.

One of few caches found in Kempsey area. We're travelling in a motorhome and are staying at the Kempsey Tourist Village. We were lucky to find a spot overnight, quite hard this time of year we've noticed...
While the better half was roaming the shops I got about half an hour for myself. How spend it better?

Stopping here in Kempsey, potential retirement for the green-martians folks, found cache at riverside park. This is not a large cache, hidden in a spot usually reserved for people sitting down. Tftc.
Went for another search. The old magnet was there but not a cache - am I looking in the wrong place or has it been stolen again?
Searched and didnt find. Found the magnet. Sadly has been stolen, but a nice easy find.
Visited cache with Anissa288 but it wasn’t hidden here when I found it over 4 years ago.

#8060 - 10:20; Day four of the 2018 Oz GeoMuster Mega mission with Sol de lune and the plan for the day was to pack up camp after a good night's sleep in Taree and head for Ballina, caching along the way. The main focus for today was GCA caches, but we stopped off to collect this cache as we passed through Kempsey. An easy find once at GZ, having collected another on the other side of the bridge on our way into town. TFTC coongoola
