Second time looking for this one. Looks like a deluge had pretty much destroyed the GZ sum time ago.
I think this one needs to be checked if it is still there? Looked and looked but could not find anything
My GPS was pointing all over the place for this one.
Luckily W.E.K.A. who were on the opposite side of the stream from me found it.
Thanks.

A quick find this time round. Not sure how I missed it in my other attempts. All quiet down this road this morning. TFTC.
[green] came out for another dot day. As I approached I thought I was on the wrong side of the stream, luckily the stream is tiny and easily crossed. Couldn't find the cache there, so crossed back. Did that a number of times before looking at the hint. That had me a little confused and looking for coffee beans on the ground, pointing to a cache above. Found lots of things that looked like coffee beans until I realised what I was holding - beetle carcasses - exoskeletons with no innards and no heads. Pretty gruesome. But they helped me find the cache!
Our second visit. Started on the other side this time, after reading the other logs. Several good spots to hide a cache, luckily we found it in one of them.
We tried to search for this one from port st east but when we got to the end of the road OusePark were already there so we turned around and left them to it. We drove around to the other side from port st west and headed to gz once we saw they had left. Spent quite a while searching in the wrong area - there are so many possibilities. Z1mbo dad found the right spot in the end. Signed log. Tftc
Out and about today, caching with tmann421. We did a circuit from Palmy. It was great to find a variety of hides in the Manawatu (even a few under braces!)
Thanks for the cache nigelwilson

Had a great day out geocaching around Manawatu with skindo.
We soon had this cache located.

Came here on a weekend trip to the Manawatu. The GPSr was placing me on the wrong side of the stream at a spot that showed all the signs of having been searched thoroughly by others. After finding nothing I crossed the stream and searched in the obvious places and found it very quicky. Signed log, TFTC
StreetWalker retrieved the cache and passed it up to me for signing duties as it was pretty steep at GZ. TFTC.
#7080. I was pleased that the trusty GPSr had us on the right side of the stream (though crossing the stream with dry feet looked eminently do-able). The cache was easily spotted. TFTC.
Couple of quick dashes across the stream and it was taken care of. Quite a good hiding spot!
Found with Atoms7.

The gps was a bit 'all over the show' here so initially I was searching on the wrong side of the stream. After no success I got on the right side and it was a super quick find.

Thanks for the cache, we crossed the stream on the rocks from west end as stream was low flow. TNLNSL
What a pity no coffee
would have been great after early start. Soon found and carefully returned to its hidey hole. TFTC
After the wind and rain of Tuesday 21 st the 22nd of January was fine and clear. Jono S and I had decided that we needed a day in Feilding to start finding all the new caches and would need an early start.
I picked him up before 8 am and we were off on our day geocaching following a worked out route that tried to avoid doubling back.
We found 19 caches so of which were straight forward and others more of a challenge and took a bit of time. We didnt find three.

A quick and easy find in a quiet street.
Today was a Feilding Geocache Day! An early start in the company of MJMNZ we set off to “knock off” some of the many new caches appearing in and around Feilding; mostly with success!

Twas mrs capperz birthday tody and a dot day too. In town for a meal so a quick cache and grab was in order. On approaching GZ noticed both of geodatum and caching friends. Having scouted this one out last weekend, had an idea exactly where to look and the cache was soon in hand

GPS a bit unsettled here, but while we were looking capperz turned up. Nice to see you, and also to have a little extra help. TFTC
We approached this one from the wrong side - we were on the other side of the stream and would have gone across had the access from that side been too challenging for Mrs RiffRaffs mobility issues so jumped in the RiffRaff Mobile and charged around to Churcher St - grabbed the Churcher cache on the way and made our way down to GZ. GPSr was being silly today (not the first time) and so ended up going over the stream, but it was nice and cool so didn't mind a bit. Finally put our cachers hat on, slapped our heads and said 'duh!' and then promptly found it. Stopped under the trees for a bit for a well-earned drink and beautiful roast pork sammies and plotted our next few caches. TFTC
My co-odds were a little out on this. but the geo nose soon had it under control...
Hmm might have put the wrong date on the previous log - as it was writing 4/1 twice in a row that made me finally start clicking about the anniversary. Caching site is always behind on Northern Hemisphere time. Great cache thanks - had considered hiding one here a few months back, but it had not suited the cache container I had in mind. A nice easy find, right where I would have put one of this type. Thanks heaps. The stream crossing is always fun - one of the kids got a wet shoe - ha! You own caches in some interesting places...
Second to with setucurst we delayed getting this one as we had been caching in ashurst. Thanks for the cache. Took a rubber added a handful of small toys.
