Out and about early this morning to pick up a few caches before heading to a gig at Riverstage in the arvo. Made my way to the south side and quickly made my way to ground zero, where it didnt take long to locate the prize.Log extracted and signed. Replaced safely and off on the next adventure.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available for the enjoyment of others.Cheers
Visiting from NZ and using the opportunity to find enough caches to earn the Cosmic souvenir.Decided to attempt the Glider Forest Trails today and maybe a few extras as well. Ended up doing a 16.5 km walk over five and a half hours and finding 41 out of 41. Very pleased that all the caches were in place and able to be found. This one was a nice quick find in the hint location. Thx to the COs for placing and maintaining all these caches.
Finished work after an all nighter and needed a find for my 366 Calendar Challenge. Decided to knock over all the caches located within Glider Forest. Spotted the cache as I approached the GZ. TFTC. We am from Switzerland...and we travel all States and Terrotories of Australia .We do housesitting all over the world and travel afterwards. Its nice to be back and this time even better with geocaching Nggi2 and I decided today and to make out of green ones Smilies in this forest. Were we parked we met the guys who cut the trees .I asked him if we had to be aware of snakes ?! He said we are okay on the paths ..So in the bush we were very much aware there could be some ..so we took stickes to get the caches out of the hidding .. I also wore long trousers and good shoes . It was very hot today even in the bush and we heard the ciclades an kookaburras . We spoted he caches in fairly good time .Thank you for this Dsli ( which means is Swiss cache )oinkoinkText@camp
Heute bei schnem Wetter nach etwas suchen auch diesen gefunden. Besten Dank frs legen und pflegen.
Today I decided to finish off the last few I found caches in SDSMR. It was a successful morning and after a quick pit stop at Warril Parkland I ducked over the road to collect this cache. A nice easy find. TFTC!
Found this one easy but since it was near trees the navigation system got messed up towards the end.
Caching with RoddyC hatzofff imbunda. An oldie up the road. An other to add to the collection.TFTCache Crew 153
Family geo day out with Goteammullan, drossiter, tlm83. Trying to gain some more smilies. TFTC.
I was keen for some fresh air, exercise & caching today so headed out to Glider Forest. I collected 8 Power Trail caches plus 2 other traditionals. Enjoyed the nice new path to this cache. TFTC
We were doing the circuit of the caches in this parkland and saw this one positioned quite some way from the track showing on our map. We thought would have to bush bash for quite some distance, but then we discovered that they had placed a brand new track from the road through to meet the track we were on. Following that, we managed to get within about 30 m of GZ for a nice easy and short bush bash. We provided a little further camouflage and protection when we replaced the cache. Thanks Crew 153
A lovely new path leads to within 35 m of the cache now, making for a much easier approach that might otherwise have been the case. I made a quick find once at GZ, and admired the red of the tree trunks while we signed the logbook. TFTC, Crew 153. =^.^=
A neat little hide but I didn't understand the clue

Oh dear. I can't believe this geocache is >9 years old and I've not yet found it. But I've been targeting specific geocaches this year, and it is on my list. A drive down to the Parkinson Area and this would be my third geocache for the afternoon.
Having found the other two in the series a while back, I was now all clued on to the theme, but must admit I'm most familiar with the Counting Crows cover, given it was released while I was in school.
First up I explored the parklands across the road, but then repositioned the car as suggested for launch in to get this geocache. I took a resonably direct track, which lead across squishy wet ground and through some awfully grabby grass. At least it wasn't far to go. And at GZ I made a quick find.
Everything in good condition and just one other name in the new logbook. I signed my name at 15:24 and replaced as found. And then could follow dryer, less dense route back to the road. Lovely! Thanks for this geocache, Crew 153

TFTC easy find and found eatmorchikin geo coin - will log it at next location for sure!
Over on the Southside for some more caching therapy today, I enjoyed this area so much I wanted to come back and grab a few more, this time I used the bike as I knew the area better. Seems I have been over this way a lot lately. Today the plan was to finish this little area.
I started off and passed a few that I got a few weeks back, reached the first for today in no time. Again, there was no one around here today so it was very peaceful. I only had time to get five or six before I had to return and continue on with my duties for the day.
Thank you for the outing, all caches were found in good order and all logs were signed with caches returned as found.

Checked on this one today and replaced the cache. After 7 years the last container had a good run.
Found cache, but it is in terrible shape. The lid is completely broken, and the bag holding the log was no longer able to seal properly, so it was swimming. I dried the log out the best I could, scribbled some ink as best I could manage (see attached photo), and replaced the old bag with a new dry sealed one so the log can't get any wetter at least. CO really needs to come do a replacement and dry the log out.

Needing to collect something from Browns Plains I stopped here to collect this cache…
Parking in the new parkland I wandered over using the crossing point that appears to have been installed especially for this cache…
Keeping BM75’s log in mind it didn’t take long to find the cache… all was good until I realised I was about to be carried away by the flying vampires…
Quickly made my mark, replaced the snap lock bag and returned everything as found… before scampering back to the car… tftc..

I was wandering around looking up as per the hint when I walked into a sharp stick. Right in the belly. Then I found the hide at ground level. Lol. Thanks for the cache
Out walking and geocaching before it gets too hot. No one else on the tracks. Quick find. Slightly damp inside as one clip lock on the container is broken but the log was fine in its plastic bag. Tftc
It will be a very sad day when trees are only seen in museums but at the rate they are being chopped down in the name of progress no one will know what the future holds. This was our 21st cache for the day. The cache could do with a bit of TLC. We didn't have anything to help out. Log is almost shot. TFTC.
Easy find. We think we saw some fellow treasure hunters also looking for the cache.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I took our MTBs, and rode around Sergeant Dan Stiller Memorial Reserve / Warril Parkland and Glider Forest Conservation Area. It was fairly cruisey riding around with a few ups and downs, and a creek crossing that was deep enough to prevent riding through (although my shoes got wet with my attempt). Following our ride, we headed east to Browns Plains and visited Logan West Library, followed by a stop at IKEA.
We managed to ride our bikes up along the road, and then leave our bikes to then access this geocache from that direction. As it turned out, our initial selection for a route was across some fairly swampy terrain, and I further got my riding shoes wet (but they were already wet from a prior river crossing, so no further harm done). As we arrived at GZ, we managed to find the cache reasonably quickly as it was rather exposed, and in fact, opposite to where we should have found the cache as per the hint. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, with only one of the four lid snap locks missing. Thanks Crew 153 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Finally revisiting this trail today a bit over a year after finding the majority of this series. With the aim of completing this corner of Glider Forest this afternoon. This was the 4th.
Left the path about 100m from GZ and weaved through the trees. A very nice spot at GZ. I think
I’ll take the road out!

Found but log was damp and mouldy. Could not sign. Some water in the container also.
Nice big log to sit on and make the log. Not sure about the clue UPS. We spent the day doing the glider series and couldn’t leave this one out. TFTC
I was looking a good day caching were it was more about walking than driving. Had been in the park next door awhile ago. So this part was always on the list.
Today was the day. Love the walk around the park.
Thank you for bringing me here.
Sorry for the generic post.
Cache a day to keep the doctor away, or is it to keep me sane. No it’s to keep my streak alive. TFTC Crew153 ¥298. #1881 Finds.

Having an all day geocaching excursion with Oddiewan. Some decent terrains alongside some simples. Apologies for the generic log, but those that know me well know the logging struggle is REAL.

On our travels from Brisbane down to Mount Buffalo we searched and found som Geocaches. Thanks to all owners for the Caches.
I convinced my Muggle husband to go for a drive/walk today as it was such a beautiful day.. Took awhile to find this one. But my muggle husband found this one. Thanks for placing taking us here and for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
Another diversion off the power trail to get this one. It if a bush bash but found it no dramas. TFTC!
While doing the Glider Forest Power Trail, I skipped a few earlier diversion caches because I was keen to smash out the whole series in an hour and a half. But when some GPS trouble slowed me down at number 15, and with almost no jogging gas left in the tank, I started to take things easy instead. So, I did the pleasant bush-bash through to this one and made a quick find. Thanks for the cache, Crew 153.
Found while out enjoying a caching biking adventure with Griffo. Nice day and great weather.

Found @11:10:00 AM.
With the hidden creature souvenirs month beginning we began searching for possible locations to have a "big" day of caching.
With Lismore area cleaned out Walden clan and I decided to pack the bikes and head North. We left Lismore around 5am and returned around 8:30pm with around 70 finds.
Really enjoy caching this way. A few mishaps along the way.
1. A puncture
2. Lost mobile phone (luckily found again)
3. A run in with the police while trying to access an area that had a road closed sign.
4. A sore bum
37km of cycling.
Had a great day. Thanks to efforts of the hiders.
Sorry for all the copy and past logs.
Cheers

We are back out in this area today, on a lovely walk through the glider forest. We have collected a few geocaches along the way, and decided we should definitely make a detour to this one. We followed a small footpad through the forest which led us to GZ we soon had the container in our hands. This area is so beautiful and it is great to see it being preserved so well for the wildlife.

There seems to be a theme here, even a song may be!!! How many webs can I get on me!!! Thankfully the web owners were left behind. Just what is the point of madly waving the walking cane around, I look like a demented elephant. Then it hit me again that sticky strong web!!
Anyway back to business managed to bush bash my way to GZ had the cache in hand, signed returned and catch the remaining webs on the way back.

I went bush to come into this one. Maybe it's because I love the thrill of walking face first into spider webs I don't know?
A fairly quick find at ground zero today, and then it was more bush bashing back to the Glider Forest Power Trail caches I'd been busy gathering up until this one came onto the radar!
Took nothing, left nothing, signed the log book.
Thanks for the cache Crew 153

Back out on a new day with no storms forecast!! Good find after Bush bashing fro the main trail over. All well though the log was a bit damp. Replaced and back to the track to get the last three smileys between the ones already done!!
Good little spiderweb bush bashing to find this one.

Needed some caching fix today so we planned to get some from the Parkinson area.
I remember this cache, we couldn't get this when we were in this area before because of the creek we saw on the map and I think there was a fence too.
Managed to park in the area suggested as it was not busy yet when we got there.
Gee, there were lots of spider webs going in but we were smarter on the way out!
TFTC Crew 153. All good with this cache. Nice hide.

I found this cache on a long day in the bush. In order to visit all caches in the area I solved the Travelling Salesman problem. However, it turned out that the most efficient way had some problems in reality, so that the actual walking distance was longer.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Found it it was a great cache took along time. We went all the way round the Track but went back to the road then found it.
Not so much of a tree museum, but a tree graveyard. Still, it's been fun getting to this cache and we are so appreciative for the effort Crew_153 has taken. There was a little moisture inside the container, so we have left a spare silicon bag in with the logbook to hopefully soak up some of the moisture...
