Hi there viper231.
This is the 4th of 7 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
We spent quite some time here at around 1:43:00 PM, but we just couldn't locate your cache so here's a DNF from us.
Regards
Ian and Penny

Not sure if this cache has been checked in a while, there is a lot of rubbish about. I spent an hour looking before muggles arrived. Would be nice to know if it is where it's meant to be or even still there?! TIA
Followed 07minty's advice we ignored the clue and found a container fairly quickly but am not 100% sure that it was the cache. It had 'well done' written on the lid of the container but no log and no notes that MissLucyK said she left. We put more paper in the container and replaced it where we found it. If any future finders or the CO can let us know if it wasn't the cache that we found then we will remove this log.

CPwanderer, GoodLook and I headed off for a weekend in Port Lincoln via an overnight stop in Whyalla
Our weekend was unexpectedly extended by a day due to illness and so my tally at the end of the 'weekend' was 168 cache finds
Sadly this was marred by a massive 28 DNFs
Port Lincoln, despite being virgin caching territory for all 3 of us, did not provide us with the pleasure that we had anticipated
So many of the caches were bison tubes and those that we did find, quite often were in places where a larger cache could have been hidden The other issue was the lack of maintenance on many caches
There are people trying their best to maintain the 'wheres wolly' cache hides however their resources are stretched thinly..... so if you are heading over, please pack heaps of cache maintenance containers, bags and log books and help out where you can. [^]
That being said, the trip was still a blast and some great caches were found and great views were seen!
Roaming Wendy very kindly came out with us for the rest of today and as a result, our find count increased as did the laughter in the car
Thank you for your company [^]
DNF! Second DNF of three in a row

No luck here after several minutes. We could only find one spot that seemed to fit the clue closely, and another a bit less so, but both were bare. Our thanks anyway to viper231.
Didn't have a pen or pencil so left a little love note exchanged between me and my partner as a record that we were here
Went for my first geo caching on way to bakery .could not find but will be back with troupes

DNF at 4:10 PM. We spent a lot of time looking around here. There was only one item that matched the hint - and it was 13 metres away, so we don't think that the correct description has been used. Maybe it should be "trunked"
Great little spot, geokid found it and was very proud. He really liked your business card with the snake on it so swapped that - you may need to replace it if you would like people to get in touch with you.
Took business card

After no success yesterday today we found it with the assistance of a fellow geocacher......the Channon,Peaks and Baillies
Interesting story about the house and family, the area is a nice tribute to them. Easy find TFTC
Stump found. We signed the logbook.

We found this cache as part of a 4 day trip which went from Adelaide to Sceale Bay returning to Adelaide. The purpose of the trip was to remove Freddo was his home location too near the Clipsal 500 track and for us and Freddo to achieve a difficulty 4 1/2 and terrain 4 cache to make us well rounded cachers. The cache we needed to find was located near Venus Bay and we successfully completed this goal early on Friday morning which left us plenty of time to find "just one more". Loved the scenery and having the opportunity revisit this great area Thanks to viper231 for placing this cache.
My 4 year old daughter found a lovely ring left especially for a little girl to find. Very happy!
I had a look for this one but I couldn't find it today. The clue suggested a spot 12 metres away, which I checked but no smiley for me today. My thanks to viper231 for placing it.
My morning stroll took me from Puckeridge to Flinders
What a great little spot, so full of history [^]
And after a short walk around, I crossed a bridge when I came to it [:o]
The cache was around here somewhere ...
.... somewhere was found a couple of minutes later

Another perfect spring day for a drive around town while in Port Lincoln for a few days.
Hardly any muggles around and mostly good quick finds.

Another nice little park in Port Lincoln.
The GPS sent us in circles for a while before finally settling. The light rain started yet again just as we headed off to this one.
Thanks.

took the dog for a walk again, a great reason to get out and about early in the morning. nice park and good facilities. neat cache and everything in order. thanks.
Stopped for an emergency and a cache. Dog barked at me from over the fence, but I ventured in, bravely. Some school kids asked what I was up to. Said, I was checking the history. They said, ok. Tftcsl. 11/06/2014 3:34 pm Find #659
Camping at Coffin Bay, on our 2nd trip around Australia.
Decided to have a look around the area, and pick up some caches on the way.
Visited some bushland & some other interesting places.
The cache was found quickly, thanks for the hunt today, viper231.

Some mums were sitting nearby while their kids played so super stealth was required. Thanks for the cache.
Great place for a hide. Dogs loved it too
